I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.
Selected ovo lacto meal because I’m ok with milk products but not any meat. It was terrible. We had the same selection back in October when we had traveled and it was pretty good at that time. It was gross this time.
Crew was very good, but could have checked on us when meals were not being served also.
I didn't have much experience with Cathay Pacific airlines because of delay and missed connections, the bulk of the trip was on Japan Airlines.
Flight delayed first from bad weather, then after boarding there was a problem with the plane. We had to get off and onto another plane...connections were missed and the trip took an additional 10 hours!! Pre-paid seatting was not honored due ro last minute carrier changes. Most of the trip was on Japan Airline.
Few vegetarian food options. Incorporating one per meal service would be best and captures a wider audience than just vegetarians (individuals with religious meat restrictions can also eat vegetarian).
Flight from Hong Kong to LAX was late, the plane was grubby, overcrowded and hot. I recently flew Starlux and that was a MUCH better experience.
The experience was efficient, on time, and provided great service.
Trip was fine. My only complaint was that when the passenger in front of me reclined her seat (which was, in essence, the whole flight except landing and take-off,) it was uncomfortably claustrophobic for me and very difficult for my husband to get in and out of his window seat. Also uncomfortable to watch the entertainment because the screen was right in your face.
There were delays at boarding and landing. These events resulted in a tight transfer time in HK. Poor signage for transfers. Finally, lost luggage at final destination.
The lead flight attendent was outstanding. We were delayed waiting for a connection and she kept us up-to-date with a great sense of humor. She also made sure a passenger in the back of the plane was sble to get out first to make a connection. She needs to be recognized by your company! She is awesome!
My seat was taken by other passenger, flight délayes caused me problem was not making my connection from Vancouver to Montreal Because of that had change for next Day to be able to arrive at reasonable hours and mist my work day and Lansing was staffer then usual
Extremely disappointing. My original Denver–Vancouver–Bangkok itinerary was cancelled due to a crewing issue. I was not proactively supported and had to drive back home after already reaching the airport. Communication was poor throughout, and attempts to contact customer service resulted in being on hold for nearly three hours without reaching anyone. Instead of being rebooked on the same direct routing the following day, I was rerouted onto a much longer itinerary via multiple cities and airlines, which resulted in arriving approximately 30 hours later than scheduled. At Denver airport, there was no visible Air Canada representative available to properly assist. Ground staff offered no real support beyond directing passengers to a phone number. There was no clear communication, no ownership, and no meaningful customer care during a major disruption. The final journey involved three flights instead of the original two, significantly increasing travel time and stress. Overall, the handling of the cancellation and lack of customer support was unacceptable. What could have been better? Clear communication during the cancellation Accessible customer service (phone support that actually answers) Proper in-person assistance at the airport Rebooking onto a comparable routing rather than a significantly longer one
Really had a bad experience with air Canada. My flight cancelled one day before my trip. When I reached at airport before 1:30 hours before the departure time. They said boarding was already closed. I called the customer support and emailed them they didn’t respond me even once. I had to buy another ticket on the spot.
My flightbwas delayed three times consequently I had no other choice then to take a 19 hour flight to Toronot and slept on a bench in Toronto airport before I could get on my 5 hour flight to Mexico City I got food vouchers in Toronto but they were not honored then my luggage was lost My trip was a terrible experience

on the longer legs, maybe a little healthy snack instead of a Celebration cookie. A second coffee would be nice. Air Canada = Second Cup. My father-in-law, Gordon White (CALPA #4) was a captain with Air Canada from age 18 to 58 on all the biggest planes. He bragged about extra treats they gave out.
Our aircraft arrived late into Tokyo from Vancouver, so departure was delayed slightly for cabin cleaning and preparation. After boarding the full flight, we experienced an additional delay due to de-icing, which was an unexpected but necessary step. The pilot advised that the first two hours would likely include light to moderate turbulence, which proved accurate. As a result, cabin service was understandably delayed. This isn’t a complaint — simply a summary of the circumstances. Once we passed through the rough patch, the remainder of the flight was smooth, our pre ordered vegan meals were good and we arrived in YVR close to the expected time. Kudos to the crew for working professionally and diligently throughout the situation. Will fly again long haul with Air Canada.
there was no food or entertainment on that short 1.5 hour flight unless you mean the cookie and the overhead announcements... Those Q-400's are the workhorse of the rugged coast and mountains for sure.

Layover time was not sufficient as the gate was too far, I had to literally run and was out of my breath. This was main drawback. The crew was wonderful and so is their service. I loved interacting with them.
They didn’t have my special meal I requested. It seemed like they just put a sticker on a veg meal for me. I had a little bit of it but it didn’t taste good and I got sick from eating it by the time I boarded my Frankfurt to NY flight
The food from Delhi to Frankfurt went bad or something cause I got sick after I ate the meal and felt ill the rest of my travel back to NY
From HYD to FRA - plane (787-9) seating in economy was so terribly cramped. There were tons of empty seats but we were ordered (by Lufthansa's crew) that we cannot change seats even after we reached cruising altitude, ostensibly because of "safety reasons". So what could've been a nicer experience was totally soured. Food was good. Flight was punctual. From FRA to LHR - for some strange reason ("totally full flight") they asked us to check in our cabin bag! We told them that there were medicines and delicate items inside al we'd like to keep it with us in the cabin. Then they VERY rudely *ordered* is to unload our delicate items and meds and the. Check in the bag. We complied. On the way into the plane we saw many others (whites, of course!) rolling in similar bags happily into the plane. This, this leg of the trip was completely ruined for us by Lufthansa's crew. Bottom line: I am never traveling Lufthansa again!

Limited entertainment. Music - very limited variety of music. Suggest more options in Hindi, Telugu, English for flights leaving from Hyderabad.
The internet was working on both sectors of the flight so hard to take the flight if you are on business.
Mumbai airport is a nightmare! Especially going from domestic to international terminal (2). I almost missed my flight. Then i could not check in because I purchased on kayak to British airways and my first flight was an indigo (non partner). So they called me when I was at the security outside the terminal and told me I had a middle seat, not what I paid for! After talking to the desk agent, they could not help but it finally worked out. A bit stressful for no reason. Probably never buy from kayak again this type pf complicated tickets (multi cities).

Aircraft was comfortable even in economy, clean. Entertainment screens were excellent and. Hoice was very good. Good was just ok. Crew was not bad.
BA flight from London NY had old BC configuration with 2+3+2 seating with open seats which was not comfortable and lacked privacy
Experience was bad. In business class, they ran out of food choices. Luggage was delayed by 2 days in both to and fro flights, ground staff was not helpful, took 3 hours to log the complaint for missing luggage.
Staff except one has poor attitude. No cabin crew seen for several hours during the flight in business class. It felt like I was traveling in economy Drinks bad in business class Flight was late for no obvious reasen and I missed my flight to Miami I was put in a 3 star hotel in London although I was traveling in business class. London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze, Sara and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. With a little more focus on vegetarian meal availability, lounge service, and consistency across crews, BA can ensure every Business Class passenger experiences the premium journey they promise.

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.

I reached the check in counter 1 hour before take off and was denied boarding because the luggage could no longer be transferred to the flight. I was aback when throughout the world(including India) for a domestic flight, you need to report 1 hour before boarding. Then on top of that i was made to buy a brand new ticket. I had paid $350 for a business ticket between delhi and mumbai and then was made to buy another economy ticket for $100, No concessions/discounts were made for the airline's own inefficiency! The reservation counter was also extremely rude and unapologetic about making me pay a second time. For such a mediocre airline, there seems to be zero focus on providing good service to their customers and providing a pleasant experience.
