Few vegetarian food options. Incorporating one per meal service would be best and captures a wider audience than just vegetarians (individuals with religious meat restrictions can also eat vegetarian).
Flight from Hong Kong to LAX was late, the plane was grubby, overcrowded and hot. I recently flew Starlux and that was a MUCH better experience.
Crew and food were great in-flight. We had a 2 hour delay, no communication, and just got left in a limbo. The crew arrived late and they were running checkouts on the plane (which is important, but why not doing it earlier?) Cathay did nothing to about the delay, and a lot of people missed their connection flights. I had to run and got stuck at checkpoint, which made my entire trip very unpleasant. Got to my gate 5 mins prior to them closing it.

Overall, not good. Super late boarding in Hong Kong because some last minute issue with a plane. The boarding process is chaotic. Kathy Pacific should seek to do better with punctual departure time. Caused a lot of trouble with missed connecting flight.
The morning in Hong Kong was ridiculous. Very chaotic. The flight was delayed. Missed connecting flights. Kathy should be more competent in getting the planes ready ahead of time so that flights can depart on time.. totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Very poor performance.
Not much of anything could have been done better unless I had a first class ticket. I was literally 15 hours with an airline in the economy class. Very professional friendly and attentive crew. Good airline food, clean cabin, seating area and bathrooms. I've been 4 times back-and-forth with Cathay Pacific, and I would not choose another airline for this trip. Five out of five stars.
Well- trained, cheerful onboard staff. Business class seating and storage were excellent. Outstanding range of food choices, though quality ranged from just OK (seasonal rice and beef dish) to outstanding ( congee and soup noodles with beef brisket). But what can you expect; it's on a plane. I couldn't figure out the remote control, but touch screen worked well. My wife and I (in our 60s), didnt find much to watch from the Entertainment choices. We mostly watched the flight maps. The bedding did the job but is unwieldy and ends up in a clump, with one-third falling on the floor.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Lots of movies to choose from as well as tv shows. Highly recommend.
My connecting flight was canceled or never existed. My stopover went from 1 hour and a half to 10 hours. It was a long day that I wasn't prepared for and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Cathay is great though. Great staff, entertainment and food.
As we were boarding the plane, there was an unknown substance on my seat. We requested that the cabin crew clean the substance off of the seat, but a member by the name of "Julia" asked us, "Why should I clean this mess up?". She then proceeded to ignore us for the duration of the flight, even asking one of her colleagues to serve us during the meal service instead.
Flight cancellations, delays, mass confusion and disorganization! That’s Air Canada for you, nothing new. I would have chosen a different airline if it were an option, and Air Canada continues to prove they don’t care about their customers.

The flight from SFO to YVR was delayed and my bag did not make it to my next flight from YVR to SYD. It took almost 3 days after I landed to get my bag and when I got it, it was filled with dust
I liked the flight but the check in was horrendous. I have booked with you before but not ever had to pay extra for luggage, it was not clear on booking, I didn't know there was different categories of economy that meant different allowances. So was alarmed when we had to pay a further £120 at the check-in at a point of not changing.

5 hour additional delay in vancouver with 3 kids and all the compensation was a meal voucher of 15 each, which goes nowhere in an airport. This delay resulted in us needing an additional hotel night in Calgary at the cost of almost 300 dollars

Layover time was not sufficient as the gate was too far, I had to literally run and was out of my breath. This was main drawback. The crew was wonderful and so is their service. I loved interacting with them.
They didn’t have my special meal I requested. It seemed like they just put a sticker on a veg meal for me. I had a little bit of it but it didn’t taste good and I got sick from eating it by the time I boarded my Frankfurt to NY flight
The food from Delhi to Frankfurt went bad or something cause I got sick after I ate the meal and felt ill the rest of my travel back to NY
From HYD to FRA - plane (787-9) seating in economy was so terribly cramped. There were tons of empty seats but we were ordered (by Lufthansa's crew) that we cannot change seats even after we reached cruising altitude, ostensibly because of "safety reasons". So what could've been a nicer experience was totally soured. Food was good. Flight was punctual. From FRA to LHR - for some strange reason ("totally full flight") they asked us to check in our cabin bag! We told them that there were medicines and delicate items inside al we'd like to keep it with us in the cabin. Then they VERY rudely *ordered* is to unload our delicate items and meds and the. Check in the bag. We complied. On the way into the plane we saw many others (whites, of course!) rolling in similar bags happily into the plane. This, this leg of the trip was completely ruined for us by Lufthansa's crew. Bottom line: I am never traveling Lufthansa again!

BA flight from London NY had old BC configuration with 2+3+2 seating with open seats which was not comfortable and lacked privacy
Experience was bad. In business class, they ran out of food choices. Luggage was delayed by 2 days in both to and fro flights, ground staff was not helpful, took 3 hours to log the complaint for missing luggage.
Staff except one has poor attitude. No cabin crew seen for several hours during the flight in business class. It felt like I was traveling in economy Drinks bad in business class Flight was late for no obvious reasen and I missed my flight to Miami I was put in a 3 star hotel in London although I was traveling in business class. London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze, Sara and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. With a little more focus on vegetarian meal availability, lounge service, and consistency across crews, BA can ensure every Business Class passenger experiences the premium journey they promise.
For a business class ticket the service was very mediocre. We had to ask for coffee after a meal and the service was grudging like we were putting them out. The leg from BOM to LHR was especially bad and the toilets had no water. It was disgusting. Looks like self service is the new model for Business Class. No Thank you. I will look elsewhere

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.

I reached the check in counter 1 hour before take off and was denied boarding because the luggage could no longer be transferred to the flight. I was aback when throughout the world(including India) for a domestic flight, you need to report 1 hour before boarding. Then on top of that i was made to buy a brand new ticket. I had paid $350 for a business ticket between delhi and mumbai and then was made to buy another economy ticket for $100, No concessions/discounts were made for the airline's own inefficiency! The reservation counter was also extremely rude and unapologetic about making me pay a second time. For such a mediocre airline, there seems to be zero focus on providing good service to their customers and providing a pleasant experience.
