The crew assisted the super senior citizen and accommodated her requests. Experience with crew was excellent. However the aircraft did not have a separate business class cabin. Some of the small offer to improve confirmt of passenger like making a bed in helping them sleep, closing the cabin door would go a long way as some of the traveler are not even aware of these facilities. Once they know, they may prefer flying business.
The supporting staff were good and supported a super senior citizen traveling alone. This is much appreciated. It would have been an excellent experience if your staff knew Kannada a local language. Without that, traveler had to scramble to understand the steps, the issued documents. and to find next steps.
There were no vegetarian options on flight from India. Then on the next flight there was no chosen entree available. Movie selection was mediocre
Very courteous and professional flight attendants. At least from Delhi to Tokyo leg where a good number of passengers are of Indian origin should have some items of Indian cuisine on the menu other than that great experience.
In general, Japan Airlines was great! The flight attendants are kind and attentive. I was surprised to receive a late dinner on this flight, as most U.S. airlines do not serve a full meal. Because of this late meal, the lights in the cabin were not turned down until very late. I was hoping to sleep, but couldn't with the lights on so late. Also, this was a red-eye flight. Food was delicious and plentiful. Seats are very comfortable!

for a such long and tiresome flight with halt of 10 hrs. during night Indigo should provide night stay arrangeement to such transit passengers we both are senior citizens of nealy 75 with some diability. any responsible air line should provide such arrangements.
The self-baggage at Narita provided by JAL only worked for half my baggage, but the staff present at the counter were very quick to provide assistance. When I arrived in Vancouver, after waiting for ~25 minutes at the baggage carousel, a staff member with a JAL badge quite rudely came up and told me that there was no more baggage coming to the carousel, and I should double check that the baggage that wasn't mine, just in-case my baggage had somehow changed into a different one. After ~3-5 minutes more baggage came out onto the carousel, which included mine.

Selected ovo lacto meal because I’m ok with milk products but not any meat. It was terrible. We had the same selection back in October when we had traveled and it was pretty good at that time. It was gross this time.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Lots of movies to choose from as well as tv shows. Highly recommend.

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.
I booked Flexi ticket, Paid extra for extra legroom seat. What I got was worst ever place to sit. It was an emergency exit seat with lots of legroom but half of the seat was occupied with aircraft body. Means you don’t keep that seat where a passenger can’t sit. The seats are too narrow. Whole night I was awake. Not movable armrests. One of the worst.
i booked vegetarian hindu meal for my flights from delhi to hong kong, and hong kong to los angeles. on first flight, they said that they do no have my meal information. thank fuilly some veg meals were still left and i could eat. However, on second flight they game me hindu non vegetarian meal, and I ate shrimp without knowing. pathetic.
We had an unfortunate incident in the Maple Lounge. After five hours between flights including a delay to our return flight to Brisbane. I had two glasses of wine over four hours and when I asked for a cocktail the serving person refused (Saturday 15th August, 2200 hours), she refused me. She claimed to have counted my drinks, and said that 'as a senior person (me)' I could have a medical incident on the flight if I had any more to drink. This was an extremely confrunting experience which I have never had before. Quite literally, I had two medium glasses of (quite average) wine between about 6 pm and 10 pm. I had poured one other, very early on our arrival, for my wife.
We were delayed from 8am until 5pm. Was not given food vouchers,just left sitting in waiting area.

One of the Male serving crew was very rude and not helpful. Whenever asked Hot water to drink, dismissed the call and asked to come at back and take it on our own.

Poor airlines. I paid 2300 dollars for economy ticket from Delhi to Dallas for which I normally pay less than 1000 dolllaes. Flights got delayed passengers where not looked after at all. There was no one to help the connecting passengers. The food in the airlines was stale and bad I will never travel jn air Canada again.
Flight was smooth and on time, seats are cramped and apart from dinner and breakfast, food was scarce, never replaced the consumed items. Attendants just vanished after dinner
Was looking forward to this flight and better than usual service from a North American carrier, sadly not the case. If over 6ft the lie flat seat space is restrictive due to the table below the screen. That said, did get a decent sleep on the 16 hour flight. Air Canada is a carrier that configures planes with minimum toilets, there are only 2 for Business and despite only being 75% full there was usually a wait as Premium Economy were also using the toilet behind the cabin. Amenity kit is nice but no slippers provided. The journey involved 3 flights on Air Canada and every one was late and had to be rerouted, at least my luggage arrived at the same time.
I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it
They didn’t have my special meal I requested. It seemed like they just put a sticker on a veg meal for me. I had a little bit of it but it didn’t taste good and I got sick from eating it by the time I boarded my Frankfurt to NY flight
The crew was exceptionally polite and caring. The plane was comfortable. Great experience. Will fly more on Air India because of this experience.
The flight attendants were rude in the DEL to FRA flight. The transfer between the two flights at Frankfurt International Airport was an unpleasant experience. The airplane was never parked at the terminal, but was deboarded instead on the tarmac itself. For those passengers in need of a wheelchair, it was a nightmare to come down the stairs and then rush across the airport to catch the connecting flight from FRA to IAH. Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Would make it a point never to travel with Lufthansa again.

You gave me a “Never fly Lufthansa” experience for life. You charged me $1760 for reinstating my ticket on a cancelled flight. Service at the airport was terrible. I’m convinced that I should never fly Lufthansa.
This is the worst part of the journey. The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa staff have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and I are stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.
Very poor, flight cancelled, no help from Lufthansa customer service.
Boarding pass could not be used in normal way due to reasons beyond my knowledge, there was argument for 3 hours and the whole episode was miserable specially when you are traveling with 83 yr old sr ctz in such long hall flight. Air india should be avoided if possible, Lufthansa should take a note of this harassment
Ground staff in New Delhi was very bad. They kept insisting on extra payment for hand baggage and nearly made me miss my flight. Hostile people.

Terrible airline... Originally, the flight was canceled and didn't receive a notification, had to learn from their twitter account... Rebooking was a huge pain... Every other airline like American and United did eventually fly a day later... The flight had a layover, no other airline needed one... India is such a weak nation globally, this airline has no leverage to negotiate good airspace... Flight left late, again no notifications as to why at the airport. On the plane, wifi is spotty, chargers don't work... The only saving grace used to be good food. Even that has gone down the drain. Just the worst!

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.
The planes are dated and need upgrades. Seats are not comfortable and entertainment equipment doesn’t work
