New York hotels near National Museum of the American Indian

Pros: Loved our deluxe suite room that had sliding doors which kept each room very quiet even when watching tv with the volume turned up in one room. The push button controls were really cool for the lights and privacy settings. Enjoyed the free breakfast at Atrio and the friendly service from everyone there especially the host. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and were able to accommodate a late checkout of 2pm for us. Appreciated the unique designs and architecture of the hotel. Liked that it was located right next to the World Trade Center, and of course Shake Shack. Liked using the exercise room and business center which were very clean and well maintained. Overall it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Pros: The moment you walk in the place they greet you with a smile, ask if you need anything or a drink of water. Help you with anything you want and then let you know about their rooftop bar and assist you with whatever you need. Love this place. They should pay their staff more. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

Pros: The Dominick is a class act. From the doorman to the cleaning staff to the front desk everyone treated us like gold. The rooms are beautifully appointed and well equipped with all you might need. The gym is small, but excellent. And, you walk out the door and you’re in the Village. We’ll definitely be back.

Pros: I liked the value of this hotel, as finding a decent hotel at an affordable rate is difficult in Manhattan. The room was small but efficiently laid out. On the 20th floor in the restaurant, one can get a great view of the 9/11 Memorial from atop.

Pros: Ice cold filtered water and plastic bottles to fill, free of charge, on every floor - a lovely amenity in NYC in July. Room was luxe and comfortable, affordable by NYC standards, but there are signs that maintenance is being deferred - poorly patched ceilings and window seals, sluggish drains, housekeeping giving the once-over instead of a real cleaning. This was our second stay, but it was nicer last year. I hope it will be back on the upswing again next year!

I suggest everyone at least take a look at the restaurant that overlooks the 9/11 memorial and the rooftop deck. The staff at 10pm and at 10am were bubbly and personable but most importantly, they were extremely helpful. I can't say enough nice things about this property.

Good food and drink in hotel bar and lounge. Room is well appointed including a bathrobe, various bathroom products, blow dryer, well stocked minibar fridge and snacks (costs extra). Solid wifi.

Pros: This hotel has been on my list of places to stay since it opened up so I was very excited to finally get here, albeit maybe 10 yrs later... The decor was beautiful and the staff were all excellent. This includes valet and maids that you pass in the halls.

Pros: Every Associate we encountered was excellent; very warm, helpful and accommodating. Our 10th floor room was cozily decorated in darker tones and neutral accents. The furnishings were appealing, well built, and fitted to the room with adequate room to maneuver throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable and we left it each morning feeling rested and recharged. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and was supplied as expected for this level of Accommodation. (I have managed hotels and know first hand that, even the appearance of clean, is impossible on white porcelain and ceramic tile. Exterior noise from inside the building went mostly unnoticed; city noise was acceptable without the a/c fan running but we set it to blow continuously and the city outside mostly faded away (A/C blew worked excellent). Amenities are as advertised; the lounge atmosphere and appearance brings to mind an image of a1920's / 30's sitting parlour - comfortable, elegant, and well suited for drinks, work, meeting a coworkers or friends. On the weekend we stayed, the lounge was fused with music of the runway, the city and SoHo. It was an excellent kickoff for our evening with friends. The location could not have been better for us; subway - entrance on same block; restaurants - all around; cabs - always;

Pros: Really impressed with the smart, switched on staff. Just such nice people. What I liked about Holiday Inn is it felt honest, not trying to hustle a couple of dollars more out of me. Just good all around quality. For this reason I will definitely stay again.

Pros: I liked that the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful. The staff were very nice in giving directions and staying on the phone to help me, I was traveling from Seattle. You're close to JFK by taking the A from Fulton street subway which is close. Cons, the hotel has 50 floors and only 3 elevators, long wait at times not such a big deal. And there's no microwaves of fridges so it's not an extended stay Overall if you are here for business or a short stay this is a great hotel. It's not too loud outside either

Pros: King bed room on 39th floor at Holiday Inn Express located at 99 Washington Street in the financial district of New York City. Room was small but cozy with a comfortable king sized bed, a medium sized flat screen TV, good towels (not the scratchy thin kind you sometimes get at lesser hotels) toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and lotion). Plenty of outlets to charge whatever devices you may have and our room had a nice enough view too. Friendly staff. When checking out, we asked the desk woman if we could possibly leave our duffel bag while we walked around the city for a while and she was very accommodating with a pleasant smile and demeanor. My wife and I agreed that she seemed like the perfect employee as you'd see in a commercial. Smiling genuinely, appearing very neatly dressed and helpful to customers. Job very well done.

Pros: We arrived very early New York morning The hotel gave us a beautiful and very soon we got our room. Very nice hotel, our room too. Very comfortable, new and inviting. We were assisted by representatives of all that we had to receipt and received excellent service and answers to all our questions. We would be happy to stay at the hotel, even when we get next time.

Pros: The location was prime. Especially if you're staying in the area for buisness. View was amazing. Staff was VERY friendly. Left some medication in my room after check out and they let me back into the room to grab it. The staff could work on giving better directions, but they were friendly and eager to help. Everything was clean and new. Also was nice cherry on top to be able to stay you've stayed at the tallest Holiday Inn in the world. Bar area was nice and bartender was friendly and offered us a free drink. Would certainly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Financial District of Manhattan.

Pros: I rarely write reviews but our stay at Hoilday Inn LES was perfect as it was three blocks away from my family we were visiting. We booked two rooms for the price of one boutique hotel in the neighborhood. The rooms were clean and modern. I've stayed in luxury hotels like the Ritz and boutique hotels like the Kimptons. This Holiday Inn room reminded me of the W Hotel in San Francisco (size, style, etc. less one down comforter). The staff was always courteous and helpful. Free WiFi! could use their "e-room" to use computer or print boarding passes. Free complementary toiletries if you forgot something. Air conditioner was amazing. Showers and water pressure were awesome. Room was very quiet. This will be our go-to hotel from now on in NYC.
