Pros: + Location was good. + Laundry on premises (paid) + Full kitchen in unit + Pretty clean
Cons: - Very few towels in the room, and they were small - No shower gel, only soap bar and shampoo - Hair dryer didn't function - Only rooms are air conditioned - Fitness center is purely nominal - cramped, with ULTRA low ceilings (7 ft?), packed with treadmills I couldn't use without banging my head against the ceiling, also it was a bit dusty, of course without mats and towels, and completely unusable because of intense heat due to lack of AC. I went for booking an hotel because I wanted a fitness center, and I ended up not being able to use it - so disappointed!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The suite was very large and spacious even for the one double bed room. The kitchen area and parts of the place are a little outdated but it was very clean and had a lot of amenities. It feels almost like an Airbnb minus someone else’s belongings around. If you go into it knowing that it’s not a four star brand new hotel room but definitely better than a dingy motel or hostel than you will not be disappointed. It’s a great value to be so close to Soho and TriBeCa area. Super close to train station to get to anywhere else and just a block away from great food places and shopping.
Cons: The bedding in my room was just sheets and one of those thin stiff quilted bedspreads. Luckily they had some extra throw blankets and extra sheets in the bedroom closet but if you are picky about your bedding might be aware or bring your own. But it wa clean and not terrible.

Cons: The rooms do not have a roof, just because the owners think they are smart by selling you "privacy" but really all they do is set wood boards between beds, so you book a room and get a 60 bed room, noisy, smelly and the bathrooms are the worst I have seen in NY, had to change hotels but lost all money because it was non refundable of course.

Pros: nothing. the person on the phone was super rude. it was late and obviously they could give to shits that it's raining and it's 11pm and you've double booked me.
Cons: im sure this place in nice but c'mon. you don't double book and make it seem like it's the customer's fault. and then don't help them book another hotel or motel or whatever. god knows if i even got my money back. don't really care. thanks guys.

Pros: The location
Cons: I'm no picky guy, but it's definitely an experience to sleep in a room that is 21 square feet ( 6' by 3.5' ). It's always a question of the 'bang for the buck', and I'd rather pay $90 on groupon for 100+ square feet with my own space rather than $50 for 21 square feet.

Pros: Great location. Overall very fancy/swanky.
Cons: The UX design needs improvement throughout the hotel. You check in on an iPad but the lobby is nearly pitch black so it’s impossible to see where to swipe your own credit card. The “create your own room key” technique is not intuitive. The bar has six doors but only one of them opens, and no signage to indicate which one. There were more odd things but those stood out.

Cons: Things are dirty even there was housekeeper that cleans. Under the bed are some trashes seen, towels are totally cream with spots even though it's white in color, and so on.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped but could have been cleaner. Near subway. Not luxury but fine for a few nights. Chinatown offered a different feel for the city than I've had in other, more commercial areas. Not for everyone but I liked it fine.
Cons: Housekeeping wad lacking, it was clean but found things left behind, no washcloths left either morning. Little stuff but annoying.

Pros: They had everything that I needed at a very good price for Manhattan Island. The location was convenient to NYU and jas plain getting around. I would recommend it. The bed was great, the bathroom was private, and the WiFi worked very well. All the essentials
Cons: Don't be surprised if the towels are clean but have a stain, and the walls and furniture are well used. It's wort putting up with these things.
