Pros: The Dominick is a class act. From the doorman to the cleaning staff to the front desk everyone treated us like gold. The rooms are beautifully appointed and well equipped with all you might need. The gym is small, but excellent. And, you walk out the door and you’re in the Village. We’ll definitely be back.

Pros: My mother and I spent four lovely days in Arlo Hotel SoHo! The place is very stylish, new and clean. The bed is super comfortable too. The staff is extremly kind, helpful and everyone is happy! We enjoyed every morning a super delicious, healthy breakfast totally worth the money! We enjoyed the location, easy to get everywhere in Manhattan! We hope to come back very soon!

Cons: The shower was horrible. We were given a handicap room, and the shower was very narrow. There was no space to move around, and water got sprayed across the whole bathroom because there wasn't a lip. The shower head also fell on my friend's head mid-shower

Cons: Upon arrival their systems were down making things difficult. It was rated 4-stars but my room had bunk beds, which were uncomfortable. Phone in room didn't work. Room was noisy and tiny. They only came to clean once I asked.

Bar offers incredible views of downtown and across the Hudson. Location of the hotel is excellent - short walk to the waterfront and very good access to Soho and Greenwich with two metro lines close by. Recommend visiting the High Line which is 25 minutes walk.

Cons: Rooftop bar was closed for the season - not advised in advance on website or with booking. Breakfast service was disappointing and food was okay, but overpriced. As breakfast was not included in room rate it was optional but for those who paid the extra to get it each day, I'd be asking for a refund - better breakfast is available locally for similar or better prices.
