Cons: Thin walls, assuming our next door neighbor had to much fun at the Roof Top Bar and was throwing up the whole night, we had the pleasure of hearing every single thing for about 1-2 hours straight. Had to turn on the TV to muffle some of it out!

Cons: I was expecting much more from an Hilton property. The hotel was dirty, the first room we had after the check in was very dirty, the carpet was dirty as well and there were holes in the walls. The room was also close to the restaurant/bar in the 30th floor so all night long we were listening to the hotel staff laughing and walking around. We then decided to go to the reception and ask if they could do something about it. Brandon was very nice and gave us a different room, much quieter one. The problem was the conditions of the floor and the room. The floor is in maintenance so there was dust everywhere. In the room, one of the windows was broken and cracked. So we had to put some pillows to cover it in order for the room to stay warm. Overall It was a very disappointing experience and I won’t stay in this property anymore and I won’t recommend it to anyone else. I actually think this will affect how I see all Hilton property’s from now on.

Cons: The thermostat for the room was not adjustable. The window only opened about 3 inches from the bottom and no air came into the room. However, once housekeeping provided us with a fan, we were able to cool down the room the second night.

Pros: Very well located, close to Subway entrance that you can use to go or come from the airport. Room was small but comfortable and clean. The people at the entrance desk were very helpful. There's a rooftop were you can spend some time at the end of the day enjoying nice views of the city and there's a bar next to the ground floor with very good atmosphere. It's definitely a place that we'll repeat in the future

Location is excellent as well, easy to get from/to the airport, short walk to all attractions in the mid-town (like Empire State Building). They can accept deliveries for you (Amazon, etc), but do write them in advance to learn all the conditions and avoid handling fees.

The world is in chaos for the virus crown and my family and I are stuck with a 5 year old boy in a foreign country and are unable to return home to our country. On the second day for lucky we find a flight, we leave the room and return the keys at 5 pm (not taking advantage of 2 nights). Then i left I try to ask for a refund at least the last night, but I am refused because there was the non-refundable clause. New York is New York and you only think about business, but in such a situation I expected a little humanity, solidarity and sensitivity, not to take advantage of the emergency situation of a family with a small child

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. The lobby is beautiful but I think all the money has been spent here as the room has tired decor. We opted for an upgrade but it wasn't worth the money. Go to the Evelyn instead!
Cons: Tired bathroom. Piece of wood panelling coming away from the bedroom door. Large light behind the bed that we couldn't turn off. A quarter of the room is taken up by the entry area. Noisy corner of town. No tea/coffee making facilities nor drink vending machine on floor. Complimentary toiletries were not of good quality. Unsecured wifi.

Pros: Location of the property was good ...except had to leave early because no restaurants were open due to the virus

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Fluffys cafe next door was very convenient and had a wide selection. We ate there practically every day.
Cons: There was nowhere to put your clothes besides a small closet. The room and bathroom and was very small in general. The tv cable service was not consitant and would not work sometimes.

Cons: All the bars were closed, paint was chipping, escalators has duct tape, my room was cleaned though I had a privacy sign on the door, and they had no body lotion. I stay here for the bars and the Malin & Goetz toiletries, neither of which they have now.

Cons: Balked at the rating. This should be 1 STAR hotel rating. Felt more like a deluxe hostel than hotel. Room was too small, hallway felt like hostel. For such a small room to be charging resort-fee is outrageous. There was no room to do anything.

Pros: Very well located and surrounded by sub stations and nice cafes (Birch is a must). Walking distance from Central Park. Highlight for the crew on lobby desk - very helpful and available. When in NY, I’ll probably stay there again.

Pros: Nothing. This hotel is a dump. Aside from the hipster lobby and good location this place has nothing going for it. Staff was marginal at checkin, the room was dank and small, the carpet in the hallway was filthy, there was only 1 elevator in service.

Cons: The rooms and hallways of this hotel are ancient. I doubt they’ve been upgraded in thirty years. The lack of concern for the rooms was surprising.

Cons: this is the dirtiest hotel ive ever been in mold growing in the walls and can be seen with the naked eye. there is also a homeless shelter on some of the floors so you are dealing with homeless people

Cons: We had to request a second room because the 1st room was nasty; 2nd room had a very bad leak, also an old bag of chips on floor, broken dresser, NO ONE came to room to check leak so we took pictures to TAKE downstairs to show. Horrible Stay!!!!

Cons: First room was horrible, old, dirty, not cozy. I needed to ask 3 times for an upgrade. At the end, I got one for around --$ (before tax). New room was better, but coffee machine was not working. Asked every day to fix it - the fourth day they did.

Cons: What I did not like about the hotel was the decoration of the hallways and the room. The carpets and wall paper were in bad shape. It does not seem to be a 4 star hotel, it needs an urgent remodeling.

Cons: The hotel was old, not remodeled, no modern conveniences. A resort fee is charged, for what? The heat stopped working in the middle of the night. The room was 60 degrees in the morning. At check out, the clerk was pleasant, others had same issue.

Cons: Rooms were crummy. Activity in the hall 24 hours a day was loud, busy, frantic. Housekeeping carts were everywhere. It was not restful in any way.
