Due to COVID, we had to cancel at the last minute. The staff at Conrad was not only understanding, they waived all fees. Their professionalism and courtesy were outstanding, even in this very difficult time. I look forward to rebooking a stay with them and experiencing their hospitality in person.

Pros: Liked all except conference facility.
Cons: Hotel was great. Meeting room was bad. Seats may have been most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in at a conference.
Excellent8.2
Pros: architectural aspects of lobby and room. Location, location, location.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast was top notch. I would have loved to stay longer.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Spacious rooms. Great products. Awesome shower.
Cons: Wish there was a coffee shop or starbucks in lobby
Excellent10.0
Pros: Loved our deluxe suite room that had sliding doors which kept each room very quiet even when watching tv with the volume turned up in one room. The push button controls were really cool for the lights and privacy settings. Enjoyed the free breakfast at Atrio and the friendly service from everyone there especially the host. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and were able to accommodate a late checkout of 2pm for us. Appreciated the unique designs and architecture of the hotel. Liked that it was located right next to the World Trade Center, and of course Shake Shack. Liked using the exercise room and business center which were very clean and well maintained. Overall it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay.
Cons: Nothing really except that there was no swimming pool or entertainment room with a pool table or table tennis.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Dramatic building and interior.
Cons: Clunky internet sign on. Limited to 2 devices per room.

Pros: Room was nice, and the staff friendly.
Cons: Price went up as we approach summer. People should get the same rate as when the stay started. 98/100

Pros: Staff was extremely accommodating. They let us check in early and gave us lots of recommendations on things to do in the city. Heat wasn’t working in our room when we checked in and they sent a technician up right away to get it fixed. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Great location and amazing staff!
Cons: Rooms were a bit small.

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness, and comfort.
Cons: Cheaper

Cons: The window was left open before my arrival. Upon arrival, the temperature of the room was 46 degrees. I closed the window and notified the hotel staff immediately. For some reason they sent an engineer to the room. To be clear, the heat worked but the window was left open. I turned the heat up to 80 degrees, turned off Eco Boost, and set the fan to high. When leaving, the heat had been on for over one hour. The room temperature had just barely gotten above 50. Again we notified the front desk. There was no attempt to make my room more bearable or to transfer rooms. When arriving back at the hotel room around 11:30pm, the room was still under 70 degrees. Again I called the front desk. It wasn't until this time I was offered a room change, however at 11:30 I preferred to use extra blankets to stay warm.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Nice modern rooms. Great location. Food carts one block away at Greely Sq.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Gorgeous room that was large and comfortable. Staff is lovely and both restaurants are amazing! Food is extra special here. I love all the kimptons but this one is in the top 3, perhaps number one.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Concierge was fantastic. Restaurants were great. Vibe was relaxing and cool.
Okay5.7
Pros: The restaurant was nice, good food
Cons: The room was never properly cleaned. I stayed for 6 nights and the room was never fully cleaned. The bathroom mirrors had the same smears the entire stay, the floor was dusty and hairy and I saw the same piles of dirt from day one. The glass shower wall had a soap scum that remained the entire time as did the bathtub. The entire room was dusty and never saw any of it cleaned. And I'm quite certain my sheets weren't even changed daily. I believe the cleaning crew only changed towels and made the bed. I also asked that they did not leave the a/c on 65 each day and i continued to return to an ice box daily!
Excellent8.2
Pros: The bed was so comfortable! The location was very central.
Cons: No business center and no pool.
Excellent8.5
Pros: Great hotel. Friendly staff. Great location.
Cons: I gave this hotel an "okay" because of what seemed to be chaos in the kitchen. I would order an item, the friendly person on the other end would say ok. But...wait for it...each time I ordered and confirmed my food items, I received a call back telling me they are out of at least one of what I'd ordered.

Pros: The rooftop was amazing !
Cons: Was confused about the hotel facilities and how to gain access to the terrace - more info at checkin would be good

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room was small but adequate. Nice views
Cons: Night stands are sloped. Meaning drinks don't stay put. Tiny bathroom. Almost claustrophobic. Stingy with soap and lotion- replace if shen you clean and don't make me call for some. Also don't close roof for renovations without telling people in advance.
Excellent8.0
great location, but LOUD LOUD LOUD hotel! The surrounding nightclubs (and the hotel's own nightclub) mean that the thumping music and rowdy crowds go until 4 a.m. pretty much every night. Ear plugs, white noise app, sleeping pills, and STILL couldn't sleep. fantastic gym with crazy views (weights, stairmasters, Pelotons). cleaning people were awesome--thorough, efficient, and sweet. Room service was really good--coffee was fresh and hot (seems a tough thing to achieve for most hotels). design was great, and the room was nice and bright with an amazing view. some form over function issues (open shower left black tile bathroom floors soaked, even with a dam of towels to prevent it). pushing floor numbers in the elevator was a challenge, because it was so freaking dark (the numbers were next to, not ON the illuminated floor buttons), and you only have a few seconds between tapping your security card and pressing your floor button. truly, it's a great hotel in a lot of ways, but the noise level was ridiculous, so you should take into account what your agenda is going to be for your trip to NYC.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Stayed for conference and anniversary. Asked 3 days ahead to have flowers delivered to room. Never happened. Asked day of and they would have concierge reach out to me. Never happened. Restaurant. Was outstanding. Top floor was a bunch of nobodies acting quite pretentious.
Good7.4
Pros: Cannot beats the location! It’s very high in NYC Hot zones!
Cons: The Standard Highline review TOILET PAPER! Worst toilet paper ever!!! BRING YOUR OWN!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!! It’s like Cold War East Germany Military-grade issued!!! Single ply you can almost see through!!! If you’re not careful, you might sand off your butt or get a bad paper cut! Really for almost $400/night to have such crappy toilet paper???!!!??? (Pun intended!) Really BRING YOUR OWN TP!!! Otherwise everything was quite nice - especially the views from the room!!!
Okay4.0
Pros: the location was good
Cons: This place needs a makeover badly. Not only did it look run down but there were many issues with lack of maintenance in the room. They also didn't honor the special promised on their webpage then won't answer my emails now. Poor customer service on top of a tired hotel. Avoid.
Okay4.0
Pros: Friendly front desk staff.
Cons: $34 resort fee includes WiFi, which nearly always means they'll just take any separate WiFi charge off the bill when you leave. Not here! $19.99 daily upcharge for "fast" WiFi, and no warning whatsoever, not even when you check out, unless you ask. They took some but not all WiFi charges off. But hey, if you don't need fast WiFi or don't mind paying $54 per day for it, the hotel is great.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Super comfortable bed, awesome views, helpful staff, great location.
Cons: Bluetooth speaker wasn't working when we arrived but the staff replaced it pretty much immediately. Thanks for that!

Me and my fiancé booked a room with moxy and when we booked we had seen the pictures of the room and booked it. At least the pictures showed that we would have enough space to move around in the room with our luggage present. When we checked in the room was a matchbox room, it was so small that one of us had to stand in the bathroom, so the other can open the luggage. The room had a bed which was between two walls end to end and at one end we had a tv. So basically it was a capsule bedroom and this was not mentioned when we booked it. In all this was a disappointment and I would never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Pros: Very reasonably prices for the time I stayed and extremely cozy! The bar on the 2nd floor is a great place to unwind and the staff was super friendly.

Pros: Really enjoyed my stay here. Amazing from start to ending. Great friendly and helpful staff. Customer service excellent!! The beds are super cozy, rooms are small yet still beautifully modeled. Would definitely recommend staying here again my next visit. Great location in the heart of timeshare. Amazing!!
Cons: Loved everything

Pros: Super comfortable beds, great location cool bar and super friendly staff
Cons: I know its NYC but rooms are small
Excellent10.0
Pros: Sheet as comforter. Body wash shampoo pump in shower! Cell phone shelf and outlets to charge underneath on wall by bed

Pros: Location
Cons: Luggage storage

Pros: Room was comfortable, very efficient for the space and quiet. NYC can be loud due to traffic and people, but I was not disturbed! They also welcomed me with a personal, hand-written note in the room.

Excellent8.2
Pros: Very clean, modern with good bed and linens. I appreciated having the charger and internet access. Well located for lower Manhattan and near public transportation. Friendly staff who truly try to be helpful. Unusually small, but perfectly adequate room. Good restaurant.
Cons: No good place to hang bath towels to dry them so asked to have them changed each day. No magnifying mirror nor place to hang small personal laundry.
Excellent8.2
Pros: The hotel reception was excellent, did not encounter a single staff member that was unpleasant. Hotel room was nice and comfortable.
Cons: My complaints are minor. The fact that the food in the lobby is so expensive was a let down. I also didn't like the shower curtains because they kept falling down. My last complaint is that I didn't like the way the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were placed.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The Ambiance was beautiful and the staff
Excellent9.4
Pros: Hotel is modern. There's a free happy hour for guests which is lovely (Resurrection in expensive New York). Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Smaller rooms, but I guess this is typical of NYC. I didn't like how the shower was open to the room.

Pros: Bed was super comfortable
Cons: Long waits for the elevator
Excellent10.0
Pros: Modern design, the lounge area is designed to incorporate as co-working space where people can do work or have meeting, rooftop bar with great view to the city and empire state building, free bike rental, friendly staff
Cons: The room is a little small compare to other traditional hotel but it is really clever designed to maximize the use of space. There's only one glass door between the bathroom and the outside. If you share the room with someone, your 'business' could be heard.
Excellent8.5
Pros: As an interior designer, I have an appreciation to the level of design and details. The room was small, but because of thoughtful use of space, it functioned really well for our needs, plus with an expansive corner of floor to ceiling glass, it still felt open and airy. Great views. We loved hanging out in the public spaces, listening to live jazz. Only disappointment was that the roof deck was not open during our stay. Would have liked to have experienced that. The breakfast toast available in the lobby was amazing.
Cons: The HVAC system was loud. I did not sleep well the first night because of it. The entry doors are huge and heavy. While the ADA automatic door buttons were helpful, a door man would be a nice addition to help guests in and out of the Lobby with luggage. The elevators were slow. At times there was a line to get on the elevator on main level.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great studio space for working with yummy food and bar services available throughout the common areas. Surrounded by the city and all the great Korean food. Wifi is included and suer nice staff. Great value in this city.

Pros: The bed was super comfortable, the location was good, and the staff was nice.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Location
Cons: I couldn’t pair my phone to their tv to their Chrome cast
Good7.7
Pros: Rooftop tiki bar Very chill vibe Well decorated Connected to a new hip restaurant Free wifi Streaming Environmentally friendly
Cons: Small room, especially for the price Small bathroom, not suited for doing hair and makeup The hallway felt like the Titanic The security gave me a hard time going to the roof (even after I displayed my key)
Mediocre2.0
Cons: 1. My flight was delayed. I called 3 times to tell them, no one every answered. When I arrived at 1:20am they didn't have a room available and now were fully booked even though I had a reservation and was fully paid in advance. The staff repeated multiple times how I was a "No show" and it wasn't there fault. The staff did not offer or help me find another hotel. - I returned on Sunday for the remaining stay. 1. On the 3rd night I asked for a shower towel and they didn't have any and so used hand towels. 2. The room above me would wake me up at all hours of the night with loud banging. I asked to move rooms and the staff was unable as they needed approval and the person wasn't there at that time. I was unable to get it switched.

Pros: Location
Cons: Very noisy hotel, parties and smell of weed!!! The staff don’t really care

Pros: Great location, at an NYC cheap price. The room got completely dark at night. I couldn't hear much noise from the street or any noise from other rooms. The hotel itself was well kept and I felt safe.
Cons: The comforter on the bed was only mostly clean, and the door to the bathroom was dirty also. You can clearly hear whatever is going on in the hallway, even when your door is closed. The bed wasn't sower comfortable.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Loved the design, rooftop, the location was better than expected...the rooms weren't huge but honestly I prefered them to a normal hotel. Much cozier. Wouldn't go here with small kids though because of space. Also loved that I could securely leave my luggage in the lobby
Cons: They weren't ready at 3; walls are thin.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Pod39. The hotel was very nicely decorated, definitely a "trendy" hotel. I know they have many room options - I stayed in the bunk bed room which was very small and New York-like. The beds were really comfortable. I would most recommend this place for people traveling alone or with a small group (although the bigger rooms might be good for families - there is a bar/restaurant attached to the lobby, though, so keep that in mind). The price was quite good for an NYC hotel, and the location was great - I was able to walk to all the Broadway theatres as well as Koreatown near Herald Square. Also fairly close to a subway station and Grand Central. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The room was so small there was no ironing board - I didn't ask the front desk what my options were because my clothes weren't that badly wrinkled, so there may be a way to get your clothes ironed. It's not that big of a deal, really!
Excellent9.7
Pros: Great location, yes the rooms are small hence the name Pod however you're in New York, you're not really spending much time in them. The rooms are very modern and the shower is great.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great price, lounge and rooftop! The room is really only for sleeping and showering.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The front desk people were very nice the room was very clean distance was not that bad
Cons: They do not have private parking lot, but instead, they made the contract with parking garage that is called "Icon" This is the only one parking garage that they made the contract. You need to be careful since many of parking garages in new york have same name "Icon" (I think this is kinda public that the city operates...? ) I got bad experience. I parked the place where it names Icon which located between 39th and 38th. When I dropped the car, I checked the guy who worked in there that I am in right place or not, and he said, I am correct place. However, when i came back to pick up the car the guy changed his word. He said he had never said that to me. It is because he knows i am tourist!! so be careful
Good7.4
Pros: Sure the room was tight but the bed was comfortable and everything worked fine in the bathroom. The location is wonderful and so is the value. I will return.
Cons: Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities very good
Good6.0
Pros: Great shower and comfortable bed. Awesome location.
Cons: Very small. Needed one more mirror and had a great place on the empty wall above the desk. Peep hole in the door had been pushed out and was filled with toilet paper. Bathroom sink was clogged up and wouldn't drain even after maintenance supposedly fixed it. Didn't have extra rolls of toilet paper and had to go to front desk to request more. Also no ice machine. Had to go downstairs to the bar and they looked at us like we were crazy when we ask them for a cup of ice.
Excellent10.0
Pros: It was my first trip to New York. I was really impressed by the staffs and everyone at Pod 39. Very efficient and valuable hotel in New York. The location is very convenience. The hotel room was comfortable for one person or two people. I'm surprised of how clean the room was. The hotel maintain the cleanliness very well. Very reasonable prices.
Cons: I wish they had a small fridge.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Clean, good location
Cons: Not enough elevators, pretty loud at night
Excellent10.0
Pros: It has everything you could need in a compact package! Great location!
Cons: If it had a mini fridge and microwave it would be the best place to stay in NYC for the money!
Good7.7
Pros: The price is unbeatable and the hotel is simple, clean and centrally located. Remember, this is NYC!!! Unbelievably affordable to spend some time in the Big Apple! Perfect for a no-thrills solo traveler.
Cons: The USB port in the room didn't work so that I couldn't charge my phone. But it actually felt good to leave the phone in the hotel room and explore the neighborhood without social media. Quite the vacation and interesting to observe the people around you being glued to technology.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Great location. Clean, stylish rooms with an efficient layout. Lovely bathroom. Yes, the rooms are small but I was expecting it and it was everything I needed. The staff is also very accommodating in keeping your luggage until you can check in, or holding your luggage if you have to check out before your flight leaves.
Cons: I wish it was just a couple of blocks west to be closer to the tourist attractions, but that’s only because it was 20 degrees during my stay in NYC and every block felt like a mile when you’re freezing!
Good7.7
Pros: We loved the layout of the room, the cleanliness, the speed of the elevators. Even staying directly next to the elevator wasn't a problem. Staff were very nice.
Cons: The glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom is a big problem for us. I can't think of anyone I'd be comfortable staying in this room with. If I were alone, it'd be great.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Pretty much everything...loved the HDMI inputs on the wall, the awesome bathroom, the responsive AC, and of course, the staff.
Cons: Nothing not to like...this is basically a well-managed upscale hostel with superior private rooms. I would totally recommend some tweaks for the designers, mainly to install a shelf on the wall near the LCD screen to maximize vertical space. I would also suggest a water kettle as an optional in-room item as I travel with my own cup and tea and missed this feature.
Located in Midtown, this luxury hotel is steps away from The Majestic Theater, Times Square and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Broadway and St. James Theatre are also within 5 minutes. Times Sq. - 42 St. Station is 5 minutes by foot and 49th St. Station is 7 minutes.

Pros: The Westin Times Square was great overall*. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was also very friendly and professional. Great location by Times Square.
Cons: but the facilities outside our room were not. The lobby areas didn't feel safe as there were many people hanging out there that did not seem to be guest and the lobby restroom was a mess.
Okay5.7
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: I had reserved a room with a view, when I arrived I was told that there wasn’t one available. The staff said they would get one ready, it was after 6 pm. Ok, no biggie, my daughters and I would wonder around Times Square a bit. Had to take all our luggage back down to luggage hold. After dealing with that, I returned to the the lobby to use the restroom. When I asked a staff member where the restroom was, “are you a guest “ then where’s your key?” I explained, and was told I would have to go back to the front desk for a key. The line was 20 people long. ITS A BASIC HUMAN FUNCTION! Using the lobby restrooms should NEVER be that big of a hassle. We finally got a room at 8:30 pm.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Everyone was so nice from the bellmen staff and the front desk staff .They helped me and answered any questions I had.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We have stayed at the Westin at Grand Central Station before and all of the Westins are very similar. The room was clean and we had a great view facing west over the Hudson River. We stayed out until 11pm and when we came back in the building security was checking everyone to make sure they were a guest. Some might see this as an inconvenience but I see it as very good security considering where we were. We are very happy with the staff and our stay.

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Excellent8.8
Pros: Really impressed with the smart, switched on staff. Just such nice people. What I liked about Holiday Inn is it felt honest, not trying to hustle a couple of dollars more out of me. Just good all around quality. For this reason I will definitely stay again.
Excellent9.7
Pros: I liked that the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful. The staff were very nice in giving directions and staying on the phone to help me, I was traveling from Seattle. You're close to JFK by taking the A from Fulton street subway which is close. Cons, the hotel has 50 floors and only 3 elevators, long wait at times not such a big deal. And there's no microwaves of fridges so it's not an extended stay Overall if you are here for business or a short stay this is a great hotel. It's not too loud outside either
Excellent9.7
Pros: King bed room on 39th floor at Holiday Inn Express located at 99 Washington Street in the financial district of New York City. Room was small but cozy with a comfortable king sized bed, a medium sized flat screen TV, good towels (not the scratchy thin kind you sometimes get at lesser hotels) toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and lotion). Plenty of outlets to charge whatever devices you may have and our room had a nice enough view too. Friendly staff. When checking out, we asked the desk woman if we could possibly leave our duffel bag while we walked around the city for a while and she was very accommodating with a pleasant smile and demeanor. My wife and I agreed that she seemed like the perfect employee as you'd see in a commercial. Smiling genuinely, appearing very neatly dressed and helpful to customers. Job very well done.
Cons: Noise outside our room door. The ice machine was right by our door as were other room doors. We very clearly heard someone getting ice as if they were in our room with us and we heard a couple speaking as they entered their very nearby room but each incident occurred only once so it didn't really bother us or take away from our otherwise very good experience.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We arrived very early New York morning The hotel gave us a beautiful and very soon we got our room. Very nice hotel, our room too. Very comfortable, new and inviting. We were assisted by representatives of all that we had to receipt and received excellent service and answers to all our questions. We would be happy to stay at the hotel, even when we get next time.
Okay4.8
Pros: The view from my room
Cons: The smoking floor, the wake up call that never happened, the false advertisement for valet parkind.
Okay5.4
Pros: The room was VERY small... but nicely equipped and comfortable.
Cons: ELEVATORS.... this was ridiculous.. they only have 3 elevators for 50 floors and each one hold about 4 grow adults. IF you stay here be prepared to wait 20 min for an elevator to go anywhere. Will NOT stay her again for this reason alone.
Okay4.2
Pros: Location is the best thing about this hotel. Hotel was very clean.
Cons: Rooms are too overcrowded. Can barely walk around my room. Very small rooms make me feel very clostophobic. Workers misinformed me about parking and had to pay full price for parking instead of getting discounted rate.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Location to major tourist attractions a huge plus! The 9/11 memorial and Statue of Liberty close by. Access to the subway is also walking distance.
Cons: The room was small. The bathroom was even smaller. Could barely close the door once you step in. The elevator took forever to get to my floor. Over 10+ minutes. When the elevator doors finally opened, it's packed with people. I had to go down 13 flights of stairs with luggages! Not happy at all!
Good7.4
Cons: the bathroom flooded every time i showered
Excellent10.0
Pros: The location was great! Everything was at walking distance!
Cons: The check out too early!
Good6.5
Cons: A little noisy at night with doors slamming. Cramped room.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I enjoyed the modern room style and the view of the city.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The location was prime. Especially if you're staying in the area for buisness. View was amazing. Staff was VERY friendly. Left some medication in my room after check out and they let me back into the room to grab it. The staff could work on giving better directions, but they were friendly and eager to help. Everything was clean and new. Also was nice cherry on top to be able to stay you've stayed at the tallest Holiday Inn in the world. Bar area was nice and bartender was friendly and offered us a free drink. Would certainly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Financial District of Manhattan.
Cons: The room was small. The king size bed took up about half the room, but we were only staying a night so we didn't mind. Also, the parking was a few blocks away, not well marked and a bit pricey (it is NYC after all). It was a bit of a hike to get to Central Park, Times Square etc. but the Statue of Liberty and 9/11 memorial/Freedom Tower are a short walk. No need for a cab or subway.
Excellent8.0
Cons: Bathroom design is too crampy, no place to put extra toiletries. there was no refrigerator in my room.
Excellent8.5
Pros: Convenient and clean.
Cons: The rooms were a bit smaller than What I was use to.....but comfortable bed
Excellent10.0
Pros: Staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is very centric and well located. I will definitely go back here on my next NYC trip

Pros: The views are stunning. The location is convenient and is near amazing restaurants and shops. Very local NYC feel.
Cons: Little hard finding the front desk (on 14th floor)
Good7.7
Pros: Breakfast was mediocre. Dinner was ok but the wait staff needs to pay more attention to details. And the customer. When they delivered dinner they dropped the plates and disappeared. We didn't even have a chance to ask for silverware, which one of us was missing. We shared until we could get someones attention. Not an easy task here as they seem to go with the NYC theory, Don't make eye contact. When we were finished I asked the wait staff for our check (I hadn't seen our waitress in a while). We waited, and waited, and waited. I finally saw our waitress by the bar so I went over and asked for the check. All in all, a mediocre experience. The only plus is the location. I won't return. Not really worth the $$$.
Cons: Breakfast, Dinner. The pool is only open until 7PM. This is NYC. You know, the city that never sleeps? I guess the pool gets tired early.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Great look, great location. Clean, modern rooms. Perfect for me
Cons: Last night of my stay, my floor (9th) turned very noisy. Not just in rooms but up and down the hall. Younger crowd yelling to each other, etc. Felt like I was trying to sleep in the middle of a frat party! This was between 1-2am and went on for quite some time. It would have hoped someone would ask them quiet down on room levels.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We found the staff was helpful. We liked the location. The hotel is well appointed. When we pointed out a minor problem with the elevators, we were given a 4PM checkout at no additional cost. We will dedefinitely stay there next time we come to NYC!
Excellent9.7
Pros: I didn't do a ton of research on Hotel Indigo before booking my stay and arriving at the hotel. We were in NY for a wedding and we received a discounted room rate as negotiated by the groom. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is hip and clean and in a great location. The proximity to Katz's is worth it. There is also really great coffee in this neighborhood. Try Ludlow right across the street from the hotel or Cafe Vita only a few blocks south. I would say the due to the room rate discount we were pretty lucky with the price we paid as the hotel was booking around $500 per night (their regular fee). I would say that $500 is over priced for that hotel but $350 or lower is a great deal.
Cons: Because there is a seemingly popular bar on the 15th floor of hotel you can run into some characters when it is just time to go to bed. Also when coming back home for the night the door man acts as security so you have to your room key on you in order to just get through the door. The receptionist warned us about this so we were prepared but I thought it was a little annoying. However as a guest of the hotel you get restaurant and bar privileges so there is no wait for you to get in.

Pros: Location was great with a lot of varied night-life options. Terrace bar and pool is something to check out for sure.
Cons: A/C worked well but was very loud especially with something loose inside that made a clunking noise constantly while the A/C ran. I called down after the first night to see if could be addressed. Engineering was sent while we were out but the problem wasn't fixed. We got in too late to deal with the second so had to try prob a chair against it to dampen the noise :(

Pros: I rarely write reviews but our stay at Hoilday Inn LES was perfect as it was three blocks away from my family we were visiting. We booked two rooms for the price of one boutique hotel in the neighborhood. The rooms were clean and modern. I've stayed in luxury hotels like the Ritz and boutique hotels like the Kimptons. This Holiday Inn room reminded me of the W Hotel in San Francisco (size, style, etc. less one down comforter). The staff was always courteous and helpful. Free WiFi! could use their "e-room" to use computer or print boarding passes. Free complementary toiletries if you forgot something. Air conditioner was amazing. Showers and water pressure were awesome. Room was very quiet. This will be our go-to hotel from now on in NYC.

Pros: Very nice view. Very friendly environment. We asked for a late checkout and they were able to extend it up to 2pm. Thank you.

Our room had obviously not been cleaned before our arrival (tons of dust) and they did not clean it at all after the first night! The shampoo dispenser was broken and there were no tissue papers. We told the front desk and they were really uninterested in fixing any of it!
Excellent8.0
Pros: Friendly staff Spacious bathroom Good location
Cons: No turndown service Odd odor in the hallway, panels along floor were flaking, mid-renovation?
Excellent10.0
Pros: This is a nice hotel with small but well-designed rooms and a wonderful club lounge with views of downtown NY all the way up to the Empire State Building. It's a Sheraton and really fits comfortably within the Sheraton brand - so what you'd expect from a Sheraton is all there - plus the beautiful club lounge.
Cons: If you have to park, it's expensive. We didn't have to use their service as we stayed Saturday night and you can park in NY on Sunday.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Second time staying here in 3 months. Love the location and quality. Able to check in early and check out late this trip, which really helped our itinerary (was rushing into town to go straight to my workshop, so it was nice to check in quickly and be able to put bags in room instead of leaving with concierge). Also was able to upgrade to a king bed since my boyfriend came down with me last minute. Staff was super accommodating. Close to 1/2/3 and C/E trains, as well as a couple blocks from 6/N/R/Q/W trains, so it was easy to get around to east or west side. I'm a light sleeper and find these rooms to be on the quieter side (we were facing the back of hotel, which faces downtown).
Cons: No fridge in room. Definitely a business feel to hotel, but didn't really make a difference to me. In fact, I chose the Sheraton bc in NYC hotels can vary widely and I found that chain hotels give a good consistent experience no matter the location.

Pros: really quiet

Pros: Great location in soho. Staff was very helpful and parking easy. The room was clean and new. A great view with very clean sheets and duvet. A good mattress Bathroom was new and clean. Room was not big but neither was the price tag. Liked it much better than the soho grand that shows it's age

Pros: Good location
Cons: Really small towels Cleaned room at 8pm

Pros: Location was close to everything. Bed was comfilortable. Amd room was clean. I
Cons: When cleaning the entrance keep the closet room closed and do not leave mop and cleaning stuff unattended in the entrance. The front desks was unorganized. No welcome hello. Overall things did not look well organized. I would exoect the manager to keep an eye on all details. Very basic bedroom decor, no drawers for storage.
Excellent8.2
Cons: The hotel just seems outdated. Needs a renovation and the lobby is super dark.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Very nice staff, clean hotel, type fancy and would recommend anyone to stay. Great area and very close to the train station.
Excellent9.3
Pros: Location is definitely a plus. Comfortable hotel overall
Excellent10.0
Pros: Front desk employees were awesome and so helpful! Very minor issues (light burning out) were addressed immediately.
Cons: The restaurant attached to the hotel has no affiliation with Sheraton but we didn't like it- they were rude and took advantage of us.
Okay4.8
Cons: This hotel has an attitude of over pricing everything, adding on fees including tips (that frankly aren't deserved) and having a staff that doesn't do much. When I checked out the man at the desk was flat out lying to the woman he had on the phone and when he hung up I said "Well she's going to be disappointed" and he smiled and laughed. That's what you're going to get here.
Located in Midtown, this hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Times Square, Empire State Building and Broadway. Grand Central Terminal and Chrysler Building are also within 1 mi (2 km). 34 St. - Penn Station is only a 2-minute walk and 34 St. - Penn Station (Fashion Av.) is 3 minutes.

Pros: The Hiltin's location, across the street from the Occulus, means you have several subway lines at your disposal. Rooms were a decent size for Manhattan.
Cons: Rooms and interiors are showing their age compared to my last visit a few years ago.

Cons: Temperature was extremely hot and we could not change it from our hotel unit control. We sweated all night.
Excellent10.0
Pros: 50th floor, amazing view of Hudson River, Freedom tower, WTC Memorial....and completely different view at night w everything lit up.... comfy bed, 1 block to dunkin, Krispy Kreme, couple blocks to Delmonicos, Bobby vans...1 block to WTC Memorial....very good COVID-19 safety and security
Excellent9.7
Pros: We had a good experience at the hotel. Staff was nice and rooms were very clean. Only minor negatives: Room service food, particularly breakfast, isn't really that good, which forced us to start going out for breakfast ( 3 out of 5 stars). However no worries because it's NYC so there is plenty of food around. Location isn't the greatest, but it's close enough ( 4 out of 5 starts). The 9/11 memorial is right across the street, which is convenient, but other than that, you'll generally be taxiing or ubering everywhere. My boyfriend forgot his keys and didn't realize until we were back in DC. The great news is that the housekeeper did turn in the keys, but the guy in the list and find area was being a dick, asking him the most ridiculous questions... We still haven't received the keys either. Hopefully they actually send them.
Good7.4
Pros: The rate was great for NY. Room was clean and the bellman are always helpful.
Cons: The bathrooms in the lobby are disgusting. If you're having a drink down there you have to constantly go up to your room to use the restroom since the others are so dirty and smell like urine. The concierge was not helpful. When asking for recommendations to restaurants, he would only direct us to their restaurant in the 3rd floor. Also asked him about the Book of Mormon show, he called and tickets were over 325 ea. We had to talk to other a couple others in the hotel who gave us recommendations and we got tickets for a little over 130 ea. Seems lazy or completely unaware - probably shouldn't be the concierge.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Clean, beautiful view, attentive staff
Cons: 20min cab ride to uptown
Okay4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: A flat screen TVs instead of the very old Zenith tv; shower curtain looked clean, but smelled moldy; cheapest quality toilet paper; tub drained terribly and left standing in dirty water, even when turning off water in between lathering
Excellent10.0
Pros: They easily accommodated all of my requests and the staff was delightful in all of their interactions. Beyond that, the hotels looks nice, has clean facilities and has a great location next to the One World Trade Center/Freedom Tower, as well as connections to a variety of subway lines. Very convenient.
Excellent10.0
Pros: fast elevators, clean rooms, super quiet, great pool, big windows, nice/spacious lobby, subway entrance out front to ACE and R. Comfortable beds/pillows/linens
Good7.4
Pros: The location
Cons: The walls were paper thin.
Okay4.2
Pros: The concierge was great and the views from the room were amazing. Extremely convenient location.
Cons: The front desk was understaffed, distracted, and unwelcoming (the lobby was not overly busy, I would have understood if so). The room was dated, not terribly clean, and had an odd smell to it. Overall, not the experience I was expecting for the price.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The location is great, right in front of the WTC Memorial, the hotel is super clean and the employees at the hotel are very friendly. The gym was nice although a little small and there is an indoor pool that I would've loved to use but I forgot my swim suit. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to staying in more Hilton hotels
Excellent10.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel. The room was clean, nice and had an amazing view of the Freedom tower! Well worth the money
Excellent10.0
Pros: Location was what we liked and felt vary safe at all times. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortably.
Cons: The parking was a great convenince but seamed pricey when you add it to the room cost. Maby price it per visit vs per night.
Mediocre2.0
Cons: We had a reservation during phase one of reopening from pandemic. The hotel was filthy. No one was wearing masks. The staff did not care. Asked me for a tip for a better room. We left my wife was crying nonstop. They would not refund our money.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: Well, the fact that the company contracted by this third party site went bankrupt, canceled our reservations & didn't return our money was a buzz kill.
Cons: There is no guarantee in going through third party booking sites so buyer beware. You take a risk & the booking site is absolved should anything go wrong with those with whom they are contracted with your reservations. You as the consumer are left in the lurch. Consider going to the reputable hotel chain directly instead.
Okay4.0
Cons: The rooms had mold on the ceiling, the bathtub didn’t drain, old and dirty rooms, mattress was awful. Outrageous for a Hilton property in NYC no less.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I loved the staff, the room and the pool
Excellent10.0
Pros: Loved everything from staff to the fresh new high class bed sheets
Cons: 55 dollars a day to park, moved 1 bottle of champagne in the fridge and was charged 20 dollars for it, due to the sensors on the bottles, called front desk and they removed it from the bill with no issue though.

Pros: Perfect location in midtown- walking distance to sights in Manhattan and close to subway stops for everything else. 24 hour reception desk is good too if you get in late
Cons: You don't have your own bathroom which isn't a big deal unless you're not expecting it.
Excellent8.3
Pros: The hotel was very clean .the staff were wonderful and welcoming especially for the short amount of time we were there.
Excellent8.0
Pros: The location was absolutely amazing. You won't find another place that gives you that for this price. What you will find here is a higher-end hostel. I didn't get a look at any other rooms, so I can't really comment on their sizes, but ours would be considered small by college dorm standards. However, if all you're planning to do is sleep there, then it serves its purpose well. There is approximately one shared, single-use, lockable bathroom per 3-4 rooms. Honestly, it stayed cleaner than I expected. Our sheets and towels were changed daily upon request, and were in good condition.
Cons: Wifi was only available in the lobby area, and I pretty much expect wifi in the rooms to be standard at this point. The bathroom, for whatever reason, smells strongly of vinegar.
Okay4.5
Pros: Location in city
Cons: Everything else was awful
Excellent8.5
Pros: Location was excellent. Walking distance to pretty much everything in Manhatten. Reception was very good.
Cons: There was one small roll of toilet paper and no soap in the bathroom. Dusty bed lamp with hard to find switch.
Okay5.4
Pros: Prime location, Good staff, Clean area
Cons: No Free Wi-fi at such huge price. Its real pain and disappointment. Also management is strict with Check-out time. They did not even allow me to keep my room for at least one hour after 12PM checkout time.
Mediocre2.8
Pros: The location is the only redeeming feature of this hotel... Not even the wifi is complimentary in this grotty, depressing place.
Cons: The hotel is loud all day and night, the decor is old and it smelled of vinegar which they presumably pour down the in room sinks to get rid of the slightly worse smell of what goes in there when people don't leave their rooms over night. The mobile advert failed to mention the shared bathrooms, then the guy on reception just dismissed complaints with a smirk as though he'd heard them a hundred times before. The rooms were tiny and uninviting. Even the lifts/elevators were terrible - spectacularly slow and always stopped on the second floor (reception) for no reason.
Mediocre2.0
Pros: The place is a dump dirty and really expensive for what you get no individual bathroom. Very disappointing
Good7.4
Pros: Amazion location. It was clean enough, the bathroom wasnt clean all the time but nothing bad and there were always bathrooms available.
Cons: Payed Wifi and if you need to use more then one device, you have to let them know. Some people on the staff were rude, but other really helpful.
Mediocre3.4
Cons: They don't have bathroom inside the room, no free internet, no parking, no breakfast and they tell on they website they have everything, it's a lie. We need split a restroom with another people like in a hostel, it was the worst.
Good7.7
Pros: Attentive staff Cleanliness Location
Mediocre2.0
Pros: nothing
Cons: We expected a tiny, crappy room but not the BLATANT THIEVERY from the hotel. First they charge us a bullshit 'resort fee' which allows them to lie about having a lower daily rate. But even worse they charged me an additional $159 for NOTHING! The thieving liars won't tell me why they're charging my credit card. If you like getting ripped off and sleeping in tiny, bug-infested rooms then this is the place for you.
Good7.1
Pros: The location was fantastic. You can't find anything else for that price.
Cons: The rooms are very small and bathrooms are shared on the floor. There was no continental breakfast or coffee pot in the room.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Very close to many famous NYC sights. Great price for the location. Room was very clean.
Cons: Bathroom tub didn't drain. Just went down the hall to another bathroom.
Good6.5
Pros: Good location, staff generally helpful, hall baths were surprisingly clean (though very slippery!)
Cons: Tiny bed, street noise a real issue (even on the fifth floor)
Mediocre3.4
Cons: No bathroom in the room
Good7.4
Pros: Simple clean hotel. Great location. Great staff. Sharing a bathroom no big deal, each room has its own sink so the bathrooms are not tied up.
Cons: Wifi only in the lobbie.
Excellent8.0
Pros: A budget friendly hotel for short stay. Terrific location. Overall clean and maintained. good staff. over all good

Pros: BEST location!! The staff were super nice and friendly! The room was small, but it just what you needed for a night. The location was perfect! Especially for the price. Bathrooms are shared but there's multiple ones on each floor, so you can still find one for yourself.
Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable but did you just justice. And the room was small. Bathrooms shared and drains weird. Had to pay for wifi but worked great. (Under $10) But other than that there isn't much to say bad about this place!
Excellent9.7
Pros: I went with my girlfriend for a weekend away, the staff was very friendly and accomadating. The location was great, right in the heart of everything. We got stuck an extra day due to the storm, and the staff was very helpful and extended the stay with no problems, and gave us a discount rate for the extra night with no problems. Def would stay here again
Cons: Shared bathrooms, but they were very clean at all times. Nothing bad to say about the hotel

Pros: Subway was right outside the door, a lot of food places and shops near by! Not busy and in a quiet street!
Excellent8.5
Pros: Excellent location: sightseeing and transportation -subways. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Elevator capacity not enough especially at checkout time
Okay4.8
Pros: Restaurant served excellent Italian food. Well lolcated. In FiDi...close to subways.
Cons: Only 3 elevators for a 44 story hotel. I stayed over Labor Day weekend and only 2 were working. They had no WiFi. Took 20 min to get to the lobby...or walk down 30 flights. This is an on going problem. FaceBook reviews complain about elevator. Problems for over 6 months.
Good7.1
Pros: Location and price were great. Room was clean, well-appointed and functional albeit small.
Cons: Elevators. 3 elevators for 44 floors is simply insufficient. I had to wait for elevators every time I went down. At check out time it took me over 15 minutes and 4 missed elevators to get downstairs. I would've walked but for my 3 large bags. I can only imagine how long the waits are when one of the elevators goes down or the hotel is particularly busy.
Good6.0
Pros: The staff of this hotel was great. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.
Cons: The room was loud. Even at a high floor I could hear everything that happened outside my door or next door. Also things in the room showed wear: broken outlets and cracked tiles. The first floor entrance is confusing and gross--it smelled like damp and mold. The a/c/heater was so loud I just turned it off at night because it would wake me up.
Okay4.0
Pros: The staff are lovely.
Cons: It is not clean (blood stains on the sheets and hair grease in the headboard) and there is construction outside all night and eve louder in the early morning. The hotel can't control that but it is not a comfortable place to stay.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The staff was outstanding.
Cons: Had a fan in the bathroom that they couldn't cut off
Good6.0
Pros: Good service. Frenly staff .good value
Cons: Elevators slow.
Good6.2
Pros: Friendly staff. Nothing to complain. Good location and easy access to go anywhere.
Cons: The water running in the bathroom when i shower, the water pressure was to strong when i was washing my hands that every time i had to clean around me the water splashing and the towels where not clean. It shounds ridiculous but it's really. I don't complain just to be a pain in the a.. but to help them fix those problems.
Good7.4
Pros: The staff were friendly.
Cons: Elevators could take up to four minutes to arrive at your floor.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: Location was decent
Cons: Elevators frequently never showed up, requiring walking down 19 flights each morning. Wifi cut out multiple times. No minibar/fridge for storing leftovers/drinks/snacks in room. Shower leaked water all over the bathroom and entryway floor. Would not stay here again.
Okay4.5
Pros: Bistro setting
Cons: Small rooms Elevator doesn't work In room amenities did not work Gift shop was pretty much empty
Excellent8.0
Pros: Close to the r line
Cons: Elevator took very long, would have to wait a long time
Okay5.1
Pros: Great location
Cons: Water was not working on two occasions. One of 3 elevators (in a 46 floor building) was not working causing 15-20 waits to go down/upstairs. Not a good thing when you are on the 26th floor.
Cons: smokers hanging outside.....person vacuuming entry obviously would be doing something else
Good6.6
Pros: Perfect location.
Cons: The air conditioning doesn't work well. The room was 77 degrees F the entire time.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The room was great!
Cons: The walls were thin and could hear everything happening on the floor. The elevators took forever as well.
Good6.5
Pros: very polite staff great location close to a few subway lines (0.1 miles from R line) pharmacy right next to the hotel a lot of places for shopping and fast food restaurants if you occasionally need some extra clothes(e.g. elegant short) - you have TJMaxx in 5 minutes walking distance
Cons: 3 elevators for 44 floors building are not enough (busy all the time) I had tiny ants on the floor in my bathroom.. other people probably will not even notice that..
Excellent9.7
Pros: I absolutely love everything about Hilton honors.
Cons: Room service.
Okay4.2
Pros: Staff was friendly & attentative
Cons: This Hilton Doubletree is in dire need of renovation, and not up to the usual Hilton property standards. The elevators were extremely slow to arrive and frequently stopping at floors where there were no passengers. Often, one of the three elevators was not working, causing waits of over ten minutes. Also, the room was showing it's age, with the covering on the desk chair being worn and peeling, and the hem of the widow curtain was torn. Overall, very disappointing.
Located in Midtown, this hotel is within a 5-minute walk of American Lyric Theater and New York Times Building. Times Square and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum are also within 10 minutes. Times Sq. - 42 St. Station is 7 minutes by foot and 42 St. - Bryant Pk. Station is 9 minutes.

Pros: Good location.
Cons: Please call to discuss thank you.
Mediocre2.5
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: The elevators were very very slow. They would stop at every floor and sometimes you waited 15 minutes to get on an elevator. There wasn't enough seating in the lobby and it was quite small. The room was always cold despite turning the heat up. Make sure you wear socks all the time in the room to keep you feet warm.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The staff were very accommodating and friendly!
Cons: Explain the roof access. Both elevators did not go to the roof deck.
Mediocre2.0
Pros: Room itself was clean and fine for what I reserved
Cons: On checking, I was initially charged $350 for my $200 room. It took a bit of effort to convince the one person behind the desk that he was overcharging me, including producing a printout of the reservation. Check-in was a 40 minute wait - at midnight. "City view" delivered - there was a fake facade 20' from my window on the second floor that I was looking at the inside of, with another tall building across the street from that. Just outside the window was a 15' gravel roof covered with trash. Coming and going involved going through a gauntlet of folks smoking pot and tobacco at the front door. None of these items are earth shattering, but it does make me think that Hilton is off their game. Back to Marriot if I have to stay in a chain.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Rooms are more spacious compared to many other Midtown Manhattan hotel rooms. This is the best value for every dollar you spend!
Okay5.4
Pros: Location proximity to port authority and subway
Cons: The room was so small I could barely put my suitcase on floor without it hitting the bed. The bathroom was half painted. The lobby was so crowded that I had to wait for 3 elevators to fit (multiple times during my stay).
Excellent10.0
Pros: They gave us free cookies on Valentine’s Day. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. There are so many great restaurants around. I was able to hook my laptop up to their tv using an hdmi chord so i could watch whatever I wanted. Great location and great price. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: The room was cold and the heat kept turning off. Eventually the room warmed up. But if they are expecting guests they should have the heat on. I also wish that the room had a mini fridge. Besides those things I had a fabulous stay.
