I wish any of the US airlines operated like Emirates

Cons: "While boarding the flight from Dubai to Houston, no one announced about family boarding. About a quarter of the flight had boarded before we decided to get in the line ourselves, and they took us in without any questions. It would have been better if an announcement for family boarding was made. The Dubai to Houston crew could have been more friendly and welcoming."

Cons: "Boarding was confused and disorganized, but that seems to be a common problem with ground staff at all Indian airports"
Cons: "Boarded the plane via a very long bus ride to a remote parking bay. Once on board we’re treated to one of Emirates newest Boeing 777’s ."

Cons: "I did not like flying with Turkish Airline. Worst experience ever for travel. Kept us on the the plane for hours while fixing the technical issue. The food is disgusting, the crew does not speak very well English. They do not come quick enough when you want something. I would not recommend Turkish Airline to anyone. We had to pay extra for sears that were given, should have been given to us for free considering they treated us badly on our start of the journey."

Cons: "The first drink service after offering juice/water needs to be better. They put up bottles but do not go to customers checking for drinks. Due to delay in takeoff we were sitting on tarmac for 40 mins. I saw people being served but several people did not. Should make the process more formal. Also serving nuts or pretzels to go with the first drink would be nice."

Airline missed my special meal order. Those planes are really old and have very less leg space. Choice of movies is very minimal.
Never boarded the flight, Chatdeal didn't confirm my last flight to SEA fron FRA, resulting in me boarding a different flight to EWR which got delayed and caused me to miss the flight to SEA
Lufthansa should strongly consider increasing transit time to help passengers arriving from Bengaluru as the current time transit time of 1 hour 40 minutes appears inadequate and rushed and likely greater chance of missing that connecting flight to St Louis. This would encourage a lot of Indians coming from south India to take advantage of this service to Su Louis
Entertainment options are very limited. FRA to ORD leg entertainment did not even work. It is outdated and never responded. Food is absolute garbage.
During the boarding process women with small children were not invited to board first and were clumped into general crowd boarding, also during the 3 hr flight there was no food or water offered and I was traveling with a small child who needed water. I would appreciated that next time Luftansa informs that on 3 hr flight there would be no food or water offered so that I can prepare for the flight. In addition, traveling to the plane with the bus and then climbing up the stairs into the aircraft with small child and overhead luggage was probably the worst experience that I had in years traveling. Overall, will try to avoid traveling with Luftansa by all means. Thank you
Food was terrible. Alcohol was paid other than beer. Unless you are a baby…who would drink milk? Boarding was 35 mins away and they would not allow me to use fast lane as fast lane was 30 min or shorter. Normal security check was 45 mins. Crazy rules!!! Also just cleared Indias security check and never went out…so why???? Aeroplanes are also old and bad….nothing good to say with my 30 hour flying

Sadly! I had a Terrible experience. My daughter got super sick few hours before our departure and hospitalized. Unfortunately I couldn’t able to fly back to USA on that day. I did go to the airport and let them know that I have a serious emergency and can’t fly. Kayak didn’t help at all or made any adjustments to get a new date. I had to purchase new tickets. I’m so disappointed!

Cons: "Flight was cancelled with NO NOTIFICATION. I learnt about it when i reached the airport - 3 hours before departure. And there was absolutely no one from Lufthansa available - innperson or on phone."
