Pros: The flight was very amply crewed, with attentive and friendly staff. Everthing runs quite efficiently.

Cons: Maybe the only thing the tea was not hot enough.

Cons: The boarding for priority was handled rather poorly with little communication and a bottleneck at the top of the escalator.

Pros: Flight left and arrived on-time. Flight attendents were pleasant and helpful. Food portions and choices were good, and Lufthansa is always generous with drinks. Good value for money on Lufthansa.

Cons: Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy.
