When I asked help to change a seat, flight attendant did not help."

This flight was cancelled and I was passed around and given four different flight plans that got me in PV a full day late. I had to rebook a different flight with Delta and that was amazing

The flight was canceled due to "maintenance" and they booked me on a new flight...for 16 hours later on the NEXT DAY. That was not acceptable for me and my travel companion since we have work today. There were no other flights and rental cars were scarce. I was able to book us tickets on a bus, and incurred costs for the bus tickets and the transportation to the bus stop. I want to be compensated for those costs AND refunded for the price of the ticket."

Pros: "with 23 years old aircraft, I expected the seats are not comfortable. Same with the entertainment screen, it did not work for almost half the flight and after that, it started working like 1990s PC. The meal okay compared to other flights. From Ahmedabad to Delhi, there was no meal."
Cons: "The attitude of check-in staff. The Check-in lady was rude to talk, felt like she does not want to help me, answered my question after repeating it 3 times. Also, at the boarding gate, same staff."

Cons: "Our monitors and remotes did not work at all, for the entire flight. What’s worse, is the monitors weren’t just black... they were stuck on a bright white screen which were constantly in our face and prevented us from sleeping. Towards the end of the flight, out of desperation for sleep, I placed my blanket over the three defective monitors so the two other people in my row and I could try and sleep, but I was yelled at by a stewardess because she considered it a fire hazard! She was completely unsympathetic. Having a blinding white light in your face rather than an entertainment system, on a 14 hour flight, was torturous. My girlfriend and I were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this flight. The food was also very underwhelming and akin to bad hospital food. But at least that was bearable."

Cons: "I was not able to select a seat for this overnight 7 hour flight because Austrian air and Indian airways did not codeshare. Now I am on my return flight and have the same problem. Not only can I not choose a seat but the system says check-in is unavailable. This is unprofessional. It is not 1990. Also, my seat was broken. I had to wrestle it to get it up and down while someone held the button and armrest was also broken."
