In business class: no amenities or amenity bag on one flight, WiFi didn’t work on another flight, electrical on another flight didn’t work. Inconsistencies were rampant and all very bad. I doubt I’ll fly British Airways again.

The ridiculous extra security checkpoint at the gate after already going through one was very unnecessary! Also, the last meal (breakfast), my preferred meal option, the flight attendants ran out at row 3 and they have complained about this being an issue on this flight for months! Please have it addressed and stocked appropriately!

Not good always. Even our trip to japan was disaster with the American airlines delays and cancellatios. Now unfortunately we needed to book again with them last min. Was okay but as usual not comfortable seating.

Susan the flight attendant was great. She greeted me with a smile and showed great hospitality.

Overall fine. Seemed like one of the older model planes? Crew was mostly very kind, though some of the female attendants were a rather abrupt during the food service.

I don’t know who decides what food to serve on these flights but I would be so embarrassed if I served this to anyone and call it food…

The food was horrible compared to other airlines, there was no space for the overhead bins for carry-on luggage, and the seats were very uncomfortable.

The preferred seats where awful. Impossible to use them again

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service
