It's very confusing because Kayak has it as American Airlines, but it was Hawaiian Airlines, but operated by Alaska Airlines. I had to go to the airport for my boarding pass because American said I didn't have any trips.

Wish they had the seat-back video screens for watching movies or playing games.

Would have thought that they would gas up plane before everyone got on board

Nice modern plane. Can use your own device for entertainment. Get a snack on the plane.

It was perfect in almost all ways. In fact it arrived early in both legs of my flight. The entertainment was marginal, but that was due mostly to the length of the flight. I love American!

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service

The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.

Very disappointed that there are back to planes without entertainment units. They charge for the wifi without providing a few movies for free. All this after I has missed my flight as the previous plane was 2 hours late.
