I would have liked a pillow. The vegetarian wrap and oaten cake was good.

Air Marco’s fleet of airplanes are old and pathetic. The seats are torn and stained. The monitors don’t work properly. If this wasn’t a business trip and I had control of booking the flight, I would not travel on this carrier.

So awful Unreliable Unfriendly Bad Mad Mean Smelly Hot Late Overbooked Understaffed Expensive Cramped Narcs If they were a fruit they’d be rotten durian

Nice modern plane. Can use your own device for entertainment. Get a snack on the plane.

Flight was delayed , waited in the tarmac for 3 hours and then came back and was cancelled

It was perfect in almost all ways. In fact it arrived early in both legs of my flight. The entertainment was marginal, but that was due mostly to the length of the flight. I love American!

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service

It was a short flight on small plane. We luckily had the first row after 1st class so lots of legroom. No complaints.
