The seats from lax to DFW was so tight that I could not move my legs . No WiFi and had to pay . Not a good selection of entertainment

Nice modern plane. Can use your own device for entertainment. Get a snack on the plane.

We were delayed Al ost / hours after boarding so that maintenance had to add oil to the engines. Then the oil they grabbed had been left out in the Dallas record cold and was frozen. They had to go back to the hanger and grab some that was not frozen.

Promised lounge access, gate agent didn't allow us entry.

Packed commercial flight was as comfortable as can be expected

Late boarding to clean plane from previous flight; initial boarding announcement not loud enough; fantastic cabin attendant front of plane

Food choice is limited, entertainment better than average, seat leg room terrible

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service
