Good flight, seated and had a water within 5 minutes. Crew was hospitable.

Seat was VERY uncomfortable. Flight was delayed and then boarded slowly. The crew was super helpful with boarding and supporting maximizing the luggage in the overhead.

Delayed for mechanical and no updates on what was happening and how long the delay might be.

On the return flight, arriving in Denver we sat on the tarmac in Denver for over 20 minutes.

Delays with no explanation. It could have been handled better.

I would have liked a pillow. The vegetarian wrap and oaten cake was good.

I am an AA flyer for a very long time... AA has yet to disappoint.

Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then last minute the change to on time. The satélite location is far and a nightmare to get to.

The plane was experiencing problems with the HVAC system, it was very cold in the front of the plane and very hot in the back.

The seats from lax to DFW was so tight that I could not move my legs . No WiFi and had to pay . Not a good selection of entertainment
