In business class: no amenities or amenity bag on one flight, WiFi didn’t work on another flight, electrical on another flight didn’t work. Inconsistencies were rampant and all very bad. I doubt I’ll fly British Airways again.

The ridiculous extra security checkpoint at the gate after already going through one was very unnecessary! Also, the last meal (breakfast), my preferred meal option, the flight attendants ran out at row 3 and they have complained about this being an issue on this flight for months! Please have it addressed and stocked appropriately!

It was one hour 15 minutes late taking off so we missed our connecting flight in Philadelphia.

Not good always. Even our trip to japan was disaster with the American airlines delays and cancellatios. Now unfortunately we needed to book again with them last min. Was okay but as usual not comfortable seating.

Susan the flight attendant was great. She greeted me with a smile and showed great hospitality.

The First class experience was really good!! Customer service was excellent.

Horrible. 4 hrs delayed with no explanation for the multiple push outs of time. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly and air vent above seat was partially clogged. Bathroom sink did not work. Anything else you want to know?

Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service
