The flight lead, Katherine, took care of me in business class and provided exceptional service. She was warm, welcoming, bubbly and proactively accommodating as well as confident, professional, competent and clearly respected by the pilots. Just what I needed on my 17th and final hour of flight time traveling home from a business trip to India.

The required privilege for business class while boarding is not given. Food is average. The seats in business class are bad, worn out and dirty

The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members

Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.

Well, in my case; the flight was delayed 1 hour, we have to wait in the plane to get green light. And the plane (probably because was a short trip) did not have entertainment or WiFi. No a good experience.

Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok

Both directions of our trip were befuddled by massive delays, one of which led to our connecting flight being grounded mid air due to storms that we’d have missed if we were on time. The other our originating flight was delayed repeatedly until it arrived at our connecting airport later than our final leg was even supposed to have arrived. American cannot seem to manage rebooking s for a family party… both directions we had to come up with a plan to get to Boston stay overnight only one night each direction was covered by the airline -and take a bus to or from our destination. Missed an entire leg of our trip, hotel cancellation fees, expensive stay in Boston and bus ticket expenses are unlikely to be comped and the meal vouchers are worthless.

The flight was delayed multiple times. I was autobooted and placed in the center seat in the last row of the plane.

Most things were ok but the main problem was the cabin staff; they were very abrupt and not very friendly. They were busy and often rushed, snatching drinks off people before finished and bossing them about.

The new seating in BC was a joy. My vegetarian pasta dish was excellent, very creative. The chicken potpie was ..... The crew was extremely focused and impersonal, but everything worked.

Somehow I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass and was in transit Food is horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided on 11 hours flight

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.

I hate when you book your seats and then they sick in in other seats when you get there. We were to be in row 9 and was moved to the back of the plane and separated our seats. Great start to a trip

3.5 hour delay!!! No plane for hours, mechanical issues and poor communication from airline. Horrible! Supposed to land at 8:54, landed at 12:32!

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service
