Lufthansa keep delaying flights, my 26 hour journey became a 46 hr. No empathy from service desk just take it or leave it attitude
Lufthansa cancelled my daughter and my ticket without any notice. Misinformation from Lufthansa staff from departing caused our luggage to be checked out to part of our connecting flight, not all the way through to final destination. Because of that, their reason was my return ticket from Delhi to states was cancelled and they left us stranded to fetch for our own return flights. Worst customer service from staff at counters.
Your flight crew was disrespectful. I asked simply what type of snack were available and the flight attendant snapped at me with we serve only a cheese sandwich and it’s “halal”. I never asked if it was halal. I simply asked for what type of snack they serve. I am a Catholic and had no idea why she mentioned halal when I never asked that. She may act racist in Europe because maybe that’s a thing there but in United States the flight attendants thank god are respectful and do not act the way she did.
Airline missed my special meal order. Those planes are really old and have very less leg space. Choice of movies is very minimal.
This was a terrible flight. Crowded flight. Difficult boarding. Our bags were lost and never made it to Budapest. Here with no bags, and unsure if we will get them. Terrible flight. Will avoid Lufthansa and Frankfort in the future.
Lufthansa should strongly consider increasing transit time to help passengers arriving from Bengaluru as the current time transit time of 1 hour 40 minutes appears inadequate and rushed and likely greater chance of missing that connecting flight to St Louis. This would encourage a lot of Indians coming from south India to take advantage of this service to Su Louis
Entertainment options are very limited. FRA to ORD leg entertainment did not even work. It is outdated and never responded. Food is absolute garbage.
Appreciate pilot getting us there safely in suboptimal weather. Flight crew was friendly and professional. Plane was late duel to problem refueling, something I don't think the airline had any control over. Unfortunately, the flight arrives very late as scheduled, and we arrived even later, adding to an already very long travel day.
The ground crew would not allow me to bring carry on. Sh on the plane while the seat next to me was empty and some of the overhead bins were available. I had to wait 30 mins for the luggage to arrive. There was no reason for it.
Food was not good. Nothing for my kids to eat. Needed some simple options for kids. Boarding was chaotic. Why serve food at 3am local time? Focus should have been getting people to sleep.
Flight was canceled with little notice or explanation. There were no other flights to Belfast from Heathrow, so I had to travel across town to London City (or wait until the next day).
Worst airline to travel both sides my flights were cancelled and I was moved around & flight from London had technical issues I had to sit 3.5 hours in plane
Some good historical or documentary or true story movies - the movies were rubbish!
Overall the the whole experience was very mediocre from check in to service on the plane. The food was not at the business class level. Looks like BA is at the bottom of the barrel compared to other carriers offering the same business class service. Will never fly business on BA.
