Good service. I wish there was more legroom. The food could be improved with additional options.
The crew was very attentive and delivered great service unlike any other airline. It was our first time with Emirates. Our only critique is the food. Pasta pesto is not very common. Tomato sauce would’ve been more of a crowd pleaser. Beef curry sounds bad because curry can be very tough on the stomach. We were in row 26 and the pasta ran out, meaning no one wanted the beef which says something. The beef was just ok… The rest of the food was very good and generous. The plane speaker sound could be better. It was tough to understand announcements even with headphones. Although we did not need them this time due to the purpose of our trip, we were surprised that 2 checked bags were included. That’d be great for the future. It was unpleasant though that our personal items were weighed (we’ve never had another airline do this), especially when we didn’t have checked bags and almost had our carry-ons checked. Overall it was a good experience, but we wish the prices were friendlier for such a short distance (Miami > Colombia).

The stewardess took a picture as a gift , if you asked for it. Every thing was very good, Especially the food, big and tasty. The service was good, they served water several times, very frequent.
I liked the newer aircraft CRJ-550 since it had WIFI and the seats are more spacious.
Sadly I couldn't get the food I requested as it was out. Also, if you don't want to be woken up make sure the crew knows it. My wife was woken on every service.
Three meals on a single flight is disgusting. Even if I reject them all, sleeping is impossible and all that food (especially wasted food) is just antithetical to a pleasant flight experience. People were chucking multiple abandoned trays on the floor in front of my seat.
Similar to Hyd->Dubai this too was worst airlines. Bad seats, bad seating arrangement which created lot of confusion since family member were not given seat together. However most of them changed the seat and got with the family. Cheap tactics by Emirates.
The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
The flight was delayed and knowing I was going to miss my connection, nothing was done proactively to try and get me rebooked. It was an act of congress to do so. This is not on the crew, but on the experience itself

I am ina wheelchair and the gate agent knew exactly what to do when boarding just the the one of the flight attendants
Long delays at both DCA and MSP; Crew did not keep us informed (or very little). Airplane was showing signs of heavy use (not up to Delta standards). Food options for Business Class have dropped in quality. After landing we sat on tarmac for maybe 25 minutes with no provided chance to use the bathroom and crew did not tell us what was going on or give an estimated time to expect to be at a gate.
First flight was delayed which resulted in missing our connecting. As a result class was downgraded to economy on a later flight.

Bus to plane was delayed for no apparent reason and our luggage was still on the belt when they shut it off. Took about 20 minutes to turn it back on to get our luggage.

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
Late lights, lost baggage and cramped seats. Did not feel that lost baggage was a priority. Communication was slow and often unclear.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Incredible. The upgrade to Business was a phenomenal way to end my trip, beyond grateful for the generosity and hospitality.

I didn’t take the flight cause it was cancelled and i don’t recommend the american airlines to anyone as their solution was to book a hotel for me which was old one and not so good and they not sure also they can get me on a flight the next day which is so horrible
