We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Cons: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

Cons: "I took a BA flight after a while. I had stopped flying BA in flight service and comfort was poor. I travel business class. Seats were dated (seat cushions), plane was dated, inflight entertainment systems dated (compared to most other airlines). Crew goofed up on food. I had a seat change which I informed the Sr Purser who came to take food order, his colleague who came to serve drinks. Still the server gave my food to the other passenger who had requested to change seats. Which resulted in no food for me. They clamoured some meal fro economy class and served so shabbily (only a pic can show how shabby it was - unfortunately I can't attach one here). In spite of all this the purser showed no remorse or offered no apology. I think I made a mistake in choosing BA, should have never come back to them."

The aircraft being parked on the wrong side of the airport on return journey I presume the baggage was quite late to baggage hall. I will avoid BA if possible in future as this is not the first time I have had long bus rides between plane and terminal at Terminal 5"

Then they decided there we were overweight (data that should be known before the cargo was loaded) and off loaded two people. Then after another delay they realised that off loading people meant off loading their baggagge, total delay nearly 2 hours The hedset socket on the entertainment system did not work The USB port did not work THey ran out of food after serving three rows, loaded four sandwiches, no wraps and 2 cheese plates for a full evening flight that was over 5 hours in duration including the delays."

Cons: "Plane never arrived. Forced to rebook a day later"

Cons: "Interrupting my movie several times. Stop that. I understand when it’s a seat belt message, or landing. Don’t make me listen to the pilot drone on about the weather. It’s 2018. I can check that on my own"

Pros: "Things went as they should have got a 2 hour flight."
Cons: "The inside of the plane around the air vents definitely could use some cleaning."

Pros: "I upgraded to a premium seat I was assigned a seat in the middle very uncomfortable when there were empty seats three rows ahead should not have been a problem"

Cons: "DIdnt understand why a seat as not assigned. A few people had the same issue and the gate agent suggested we may not get seats. Very stressful given he need to make an international connection. Gate service was not available early enough."

Cons: "All the flight attendants were hanging out in the back. Socializing like we were invisible. They seemed to prioritize one another over the passengers. It felt a little odd."

Pros: "Crew made a special effort to find me a nondairy meal (which I had neglected to request)."
Cons: "Web page dysfunction meant we couldn't sign up for wifi. The page asked me to set security questions but the pulldown for the questions had no options to select from. I tried on multiple devices/browsers."
