Cons: I was very confused by this trip as I always recommend Swiss airlines.Traveling this time with my sister&nephew,their tickets couldn’t be found,&we were almost denied any even if we had proof that we purchased them.Plus,they were denied any upgrade in business class with me as there were emptyseats.

Pros: Flight attendants were all nice. People in boarding are HORRIBLE. Seems like they didnt know what they were doing. It was so disorganized. Went thru 3 passport check. Flight was delayed leaving and getting off the plane then the 3 passport check after that.

Cons: Our incoming flight was delayed so we missed our original connection. We were rebooked on a flight 5 hours later. That flight was then further delayed by 1.5 hours because that incoming plane had left London late. So we got to Florence 8 hours later than anticipated all because Swiss flights are not running on time.
Pros: Wine and food.
Cons: It was hot. Extra charge for carry on, $65.
Pros: A short flight, so, it was just fine. A very friendly crew.
Delays with no notice
Cons: Second delay of my return trip with no notice from the airline. Swiss employees herded passengers like sheep forna second passport inspection after the 3 hour delay, speaking to passengers in an abusive tone. It made me extremely uncomfortable.
Worst Travel Experience
Cons: This was beyond the worst travel experience I have ever had. First, there was no gate information desk so we could only see our flight was delayed on the flight board with no further information. When we tried to ask a person working at a gate we quickly got "I don't know, there's no information for you", until eventually after an hour of no information we knew we would miss our connection from Zurich-Boston. We couldn't possibly figure out any other way of getting home to Boston because again, there were no information desks for this, just gate check points. When we got to Zurich, we had missed our connection by about 30 minutes which meant we had to wait in a line for a transfer desk and be put on a new flight. After 2.5 hours of waiting at the transfer desk we were told was the only one we could go to, we had enough and went to a different transfer desk where there was a minimal line. After 30 more minutes we were helped there but by that point there was no chance of getting home to Boston that night. We were put up in an "airport hotel" 35 minutes out of Zurich with a voucher for 20 francs for dinner and 20 for breakfast. The problem with this accommodation was that we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm when the restaurant there had closed. They gave us water, an apple and a hot sandwich that was one of the soggiest things I've ever attempted to eat. We only could get 4 hours of sleep because there were only 2 shuttle times back to the airport and we would miss our new flight if we had taken the second one. People were turned away from the first bus so I can't imagine everyone was even able to make their rebooked flights. Because of the bus schedule being so early, we didn't get breakfast from that voucher either. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences flying I have ever had and what made it especially terrible was the complete lack of any communication or helpfulness from anyone dealing with our situation beside the woman at the transfer desk who helped get us on a new flight. From this experience, I hope to never fly Swiss Air again and get a refund plus some for the debacle we went through.

Cons: Too close to the bathrooms - doors opening & closing & flushing noises were loud and annoying.
Pros: Swiss Airline was very clean with new planes and a great staff. An overall wonderful International flight!!
Connecting flight a disaster
Cons: It was impossible for us to make our connecting flight from Zurich to Berlin because it was located in a different terminal and we had to go through customs first which took over an hour. “Not our fault” says Swiss. Swiss and other airlines should unite in demanding customs allow the connecting travelers to go through 1st.
