The boarding process consisted of ground staff saying we are ready to accept passengers and people just rushing in. It was so chaotic. The seats were so uncomfortable even for my kids. These are the perks of budget airlines.🤣
PWD access has improved significantly.
More choices to shop on board😁🤩
As usual, flight delayed. We arrived around 2pm already.
Cebu Pacific unilaterally changed our flight to a flight 3 hours later. We were unable to take the later flight, but were given no venue for choosing a different, earlier flight instead. So we had to purchase an additional flight back to Dumaguete. We purchased our new ticket with Philippine Airlines. We will avoid Cebu Pacific in the future.
I requested a refund several times because I changed my travel plans. Customer service has been dirt poor from both Cebu AND Kiwi. I will not recommend these agencies to anyone else and will not do business with them myself. Very bad customer service!
Excellent flight.
Terrible bag drop, kiosk didnt print, still slow lines just to bag drop…serious problems with efficiancy
i book the extra luggage through the site. but the next day i gat the mail that can not book and it was refused. and once i go to airport counter and did not even take the luggage to airport because it was refused. but the airport the airline charged me hkd 240 and then only issue the boarding pass. and they said it is in their system. point is it is miss communications between your and the airline. but you forcefully charge the money to me. i appreciate to check the issue and do the necessary refund.

Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.
The space between seats are a bit narrow
Flight was 2 hours delayed. No explanation provided. Gates changes twice.
Waited Over 5 Hours for a 1 1/2 hour Flight. Manila AirPort is absolutely pathetic. This was after Cebu Pacific personnel tried to overcharge me for excess baggage.
Don't use kiwi
I am 74 hrs old and I appreciate walking on the ramp instead of using the stairs. Too bad they didn’t have that on the return.

Out of the 53 planes that compose Cebu Pacific’s fleet, all of them are some type of Airbus. The Airbus A320-200 is most commonly used by the company, as it was specifically created for medium-range flights and is ideal for voyages between neighboring countries. For longer trips, such as between two different continents, the Airbus A330-300 is used instead, as it can fit up to 436 passengers and has a large fuel capacity that makes it perfect for long-haul flights.
