Very efficient and profesional .One of the best. I had 20 minutes between 2 flights and still made it amazing.
Vienna airport is a zoo Agents directed me to the wrong gate and then the wrong line Lounge is so crowded no place to sit Not enough bathrooms anywhere On the flight they asked for medical attention While I attended to the problem they forgot my food when I got back They forgot to give me water at night Waited 1 hour for bags Agents didn’t know which Shute the bags were coming to so it was between 2 places
Food: my selection was pasta with vegetables, though it was potatoes not pasta. Breakfast was 2 rolls and some sort of spreads— not sure what they were. Worst thing was that we had to wait for over 90 minutes for our bags to show up at O’Hare
Original Flight was cancelled Then Baggage was lost on rebooked flight
Austrian business has no access to lounge Boarding is chaotic , mad scramble Business is just an economy seat in front Crew was very nice, attendants very friendly Bus to gate afterwards
Very bad experience with them and they canceled my flight three hours ahead and they just don’t care
Fine
I liked that the air staff is very good, but the ground staff still has lots of areas of opportunity. They raise their voices over the passenger questions or requests for information.
I flew business class. But nothing compare to business class. Lounge closed in Vienna. Not exist at all in Tel Aviv. Priority boarding not exist in Tel Aviv despite available business counter. Nobody in front of me was checked in to Business or with Senator status. No welcome drinks. All overall awful experience.
Pros: Very friendly crew, clean airplane.
Cons: Nothing. They did excellent job.
Pros: I liked almost everything. And according to me, it does not make a difference if we rate things good or excellent at a certain point in time. As long as it is good, it can be excellent. I mean including crew. People have good days and bad days. I am sure the crew can say the same about passengers.
Cons: What could have been better is: - the email that the airline generates and senda to people a couple of days prior to flight directs you to a site where you are supposed to fill in the blanks. About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating.
Pros: Perfect
Cons: More food
Cons: Cannot ask for more
Pros: Quick Trip, Friendly Staff
Cons: Spacing of seating due to covid.
Pros: fast and friendly checkin, fast boarding, easy transmit
Cons: food
Pros: Boarding a smooth flight
Cons: Food absolutely
Pros: Austrian Airlines is the best! Crew, food, drinks, entertainment, and plugins were all provided, and it was all very nice (and delicious food!).
Cons: Nothing! Love Austrian Airlines!
Pros: The raw was empty and I could sleep whole 10 hours
Cons: Choice of movies and TV programs
Pros: The crew members were so sweet.
Cons: Flight was late. I missed my connection.
Pros: yes, seat is always ok , I'm not overweight
Cons: basically, nothing, just keep smiling
Pros: Nice service easy flight
Cons: Hot, ridiculously warm on the plane
Pros: The crew was very responsive. The seat requires real improvement. Austrian can provide bette seat than the allowed minimum.
Cons: Food and seat comfort.
Pros: Everything
Pros: The seat i got was great
Cons: There was a delay
Pros: The entertainment system was good and the crew excellent. The person in front of me did not put their seat back which made my trip more comfortable. Loading and unloading was orderly and efficient.
Cons: Food could have been better
Pros: Super friendly and efficient crew. Tasty food, excellent, first rate service (business class).
Cons: Business class seat was comfortable, though a bit too narrow; when seat was horizontal my arm was constantly falling in the aisle.
Cons: Comfort mostly
Cons: lastminute.com was completely unhelpful in assisting with any changes to my itinerary. They repeatedly provided me with incorrect information that sent me on a wild goose chase.
Pros: Friendly and helpful crew, smooth transfer between flights, comfortable adjustable headrest, easy to request special meal online before flight.
Cons: Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't of great importance anyway.
Pros: Very smooth boarding on both flights, a smooth transfer between flights, and comfortable seats (especially nice flexible headrest on longhaul flight). Very friendly and helpful crew.
Cons: Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't important anyway.
