|Top route||Moscow Sheremetyevo to Adler/Sochi|

Cons: Not much. This airline hit all points of the travel experience with consistently high quality execution.
Pros: The crew were really nice. The food was good too.
Pros: Great service and clean.
Pros: Timely, clean, friendly crew. Love this airline.
Pros: Timely, clean, friendly crew.
Pros: Everything's just fine
Pros: Timely, clean, friendly efficient crew, food
Cons: Less pressure during boarding
Pros: Probably, one of the best companies: punctual, polite and comfortable!
Pros: Loved the flight and Aeroflot! Couldn’t be more punctual, the transfer is a breeze, very smiley and attentive crew and the food was soo tasty!
Cons: Passengers less rude
Pros: Great crew, they were very nice. Food was good enough, could use more variety but i never had good food on any flight.
Pros: Good service, lacking entertainment but it was a 3 hr flight so that's OK. friendly crew and clean.
Pros: I requested a refund and haven't received it yet.
Cons: A refund
Cons: We should have been notified the day Egypt announced the airport was closing on March 19th. Our flight was scheduled for March 23rd. If it wasn't for the US government STEP program we would not have known the airport was closing before our scheduled flight. Emails should have been sent the day it was announced.
Cons: 3 1/2 hours late!!!!!
Pros: The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages).
Cons: It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution.
Cons: Over the past year the cabin crews are not quite up to Aeroflot customary standards. The young ones seem to have not been trained well enough and seem tentative and not so enthusiastic, especially when the whole crew is working meals. The rest, however, are very professional and exude confidence.
Pros: Crew was so nice and food was pretty decent
Pros: Good service
Cons: The flight was 4 hours delayed!!!
Cons: If a person who checks in would not inform me that I have to seat next to bathroom
Pros: The crew
Cons: Old seats Poor entertainment
Pros: It was on time
Cons: Seats Food Entreatment
Pros: The pilot is the best one I’ve ever flown with. There was not even a slightest bump when we landed!
Pros: Crew was horrible! Rude! Boarding the worst I have ever had
Cons: I wish I could fly another company like delta or KLM or someone else. Aeroflot is the worst company ever
Pros: Crew was courteous and helpful.
Cons: Seats are cramped a bit
Cons: Wider seats
Pros: Good flight, thank you
Pros: Crew, cleanliness
Cons: I did not see while purchasing that the tickets had “no luggage included” and was charged $100 per item at check-in.
Cons: Service and attitude
Cons: More space between the seats
Cons: More space between seats
Pros: It was good
Pros: the crew was good, seats - on the ok side of the regular economy class

Cons: the crew Moscow-Tomsk
Cons: С Праздником Ребята
Pros: I did like the comfort and care about my qustions
Pros: Great food, great movies. Great pilot and crew
Cons: Lots of children running in isle. But they did give them tools to help occupy them. Maybe a children play area.
Pros: traveled with pets, took great care and they arrived safely
Pros: Tooth paste and brush that airline gives out is amazing. Food is delicious
Cons: Best service and food
Always on time

Pros: Evry thing but the dilay
Cons: If we arrive on time
Cons: Too many cabin luggage
Pros: The meal was good with pretty rich menu.
The crew was very good.
Cons: The flight was delayed, we were taken to aircraft by bus by not convenient way.
Pros: Late, I liked nothing.
Cons: It would have been better if they had a plane that could land on ice. They said this plane couldn't. Was an hour late, so we missed all our connecting flights home to USA.
Cons: Old A330, entertainment system is very tired of this world
Pros: It’s 1 hour flight and you get a drink of your choice and a sandwich - which is very generous and cool compare to other airlines
Cons: Everything was good!
Pros: The meals are always generous and pretty feeling, nice and knowledgeable crew
Cons: The TV remote is getting old, it didn’t respond when I press any button, so it was impossible to watch anything or use it at all
Pros: The crew was good, helpful and attentive. Boarding was flawless.
Cons: The TV touchscreen was not working neither for me nor for my neighbor. The third one in a row was functional, though, but it was not ours. :) The food, snacks, drinks were very limited and on the low-budget.
Cons: The worst airline ever
Pros: all perfect
Pros: average crew.
very empty plane with not many passengers. Seats seem average
Pros: Flat bed, updated aircraft.
Cons: Virgin Atlantic is still much better. From offering pajamas to organizing boarding. SVO was disorganized, both international flights NYC and Düsseldorf were boarding from the same gate pocket (22 and 21) at the same time. Ski priority members had to fight the way to check in.
Pros: Quick! Friendly! On time
Pros: The crew
Cons: Food. Not enough vegetarian options
If you will be traveling with Aeroflot, you can choose from three classes for your flight. Economy Class is the standard choice and generally provides a free checked bag, while Comfort Class will give you access to a particularly comfortable seat, an entertainment system, a warm meal, and up to two free pieces of checked luggage. Business Class comes with additional amenities, like access to a lounge while waiting for your flight to board, priority check-in, and seats that can be converted into beds.
To ensure that you stay entertained during your flight, make sure to download the two apps that this airline has created in order to allow customers to watch movies and television shows while in the air. Each of these apps are free, and they can be used on most tablets and cell phones.
Although Aeroflot is headquartered in Russia, the company can be used to take travelers to over 140 destinations that are spread throughout 52 different countries. For those that are hoping to have a vacation in Europe, you can travel to either Austria, Belgium, or France. If you would instead like to go to Asia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Thailand are all popular choices.
Aeroflot has a fleet of over 250 planes that are primarily Airbus, Boeing, and Irkut. The most commonly used is the Airbus A320-200, an aircraft that has space for up to 150 passengers and is primarily used for medium-range flights to either European or Asian countries. For longer trips, the company generally uses the Boeing 777-300ER, as it can fit up to 400 people and is the world’s largest twinjet.
