Plane was new, but somehow the seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The earphones were of very cheap variety and kept falling off. The variety of the entertainment was bad. Only a few good movies or shows were available. The check in took a long time even though we were in the priority queue. Boarding was even worse. The agents were very busy talking among themselves and not too bothered about the travelers. I will prefer an indirect flight of another airline like Qatar, or Cathay next time

UK 708 was an Airbus 320 Neo, one of the least comfortable planes. This was premium economy and the seats weren't really comfortable - but I always travel with a pillow to make up for that. The seat in Row 3 had plenty of leg space as it's behind business class. The food looked sad, and tasted as such too. I miss the old Jet Airways days. Four people at the Boarding were an overkill considering the fact that they didn't really follow sequential boarding. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes while taking off, but landed 5 minutes after original ETA.

Wait too long to check in bags
My connecting International was Qatar and allowing 15kg Carry, Vistara allowed 12.5kg only and made me throw 1 KG plus from my checkin too. Ordered Veg And Available option was Hyd Biryani and got some lemon rice with bad curry and dal.
Vistara had wrong information about the required pcr test I needed to transit Dubai. This cost me much stress and $40. Other than that, great experience on both airlines.
On landing, we had to wait for the bus while most of the aerobridges were empty. Bad experience

I was asked to wait for almost an hour and a half to get my documents cleared for my travel to dubai. After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Very disorganised and inefficient boarding procedure compounds the disorganised nature of the Indore airport. Crew announced that a system would be followed based on those passengers that paid for expedited boarding, those with children and those in the military etc. However the system was not implemented. Not sure why IndiGo does not use and enforce zonal boarding. A/C not working on bus transporting passengers to aircraft and information system indicating flight information not working either. Given this leg happened after sunset there was very poor lighting on boarding ramps at both Indore and Mumbai.
Food purchase options confusing. Out of 4 Indigo flights this week, two offered a choice of food, the third offered only 1 choice, and one offered no food. Very confused what I buy when I buy an Indigo ticket.

Some inexperienced people in Air India inquiry had no knowledge of how thing work. Check-In people gave very hard time over excess baggage. For almost 80-85% of the flight, The kiosk in flight not working. The charging outlets not working. Crew couldn’t turn off the main lights because the dimmer lights were not working. Food quality was horrible. The whole flight was not sanitized It had stains and dirt from previous passengers. Unfortunately it was my 6th trip in six months with Air India not one was pleasant. Cannot travel AI anymore.

The sink drain in one of the toilets was missing and in its place a strainer made out of metallic tape was pasted up. They need to maintain/repair the planes."

I specifically requested for extra leg space chairs as I have someone in my family who is 6'+ and another member who recently had knee replacements and thus needs extra leg space to allow more knee flexibility. My seats were all good to go, and I arrived at the airport 8hrs prior to my flight and was able to check in and print boarding passes. When I was boarding the aircraft, the gentlemen crossed off my families seats and re-wrote them in PEN right at the gate. I told him I did not approve, and he said "it is to make all your members together". I had told him we were already seated together and I did not like him switching my seats last minute. Turns out when I went in the aircraft that my seats were given to other members, and my family was forced to sit in another row. The team in the aircraft called the guy from the gate and asked why this was done. He gave me all sorts of bullshit excuses, none which made sense. He said it is "Impossible" to give me my original seats back. The other issue occurred from SFO-DELHI where the crew was incredibly rude. They would walk away in the middle of someone speaking, and wouldn't stand to listen to the full request."
