Seat did not recline at all, wi-FI did not work at all. Those are both very unfortunate for a 14 hour flight. Crew and food was of course very nice as always.

The main issue was that the flight from trivandrum to Dubai was delayed which resulted in arriving late in Dubai. Coincidentally the flight leaving out of Dubai to jfk was also delayed for different reason. Despite we reached the gate ( through wheel chair assistance) along with 10 other passengers we were not let in. The gate was open and yet was refrained from entering. We were then requested to flight the next morning. Meal vouchers were provided but the hotel reservations were not made and took a lot longer to receive that. If Emirates knew about the delay and was certain the passengers will not be able to board the next flight shouldn't they have prepared these ahead of time?
I would have liked less packaged snacky stuff, more fruit. The crew was great.

Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!
Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. Food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

They denied my meal which was included in ticket and also damaged my bag completely and broke the wheel and still not accepting their fault
As budget airline everything was good. Except that - boarding process can be more organised. Then if entertainment systems are not operational. Its better to keep them switch off.
Flight cancelled after 4+ hour delay. Indigo created a nightmare scenario and showed the most callus attitude towards the passengers I will refer to them was IndiNoGo!

Foreign nationals are not permitted to check in online in advance. We can only check in at the airport, so choice of seat was limited. I was stuck in a very uncomfortable location. I would expect a meal included in a flight of this duration. The food options to buy are very basic. IngiGo are a very good domestic carrier, but if they are serious about operating more international, longer haul flights, they need to improve this service to match every other airline I know.
Limited entertainment. Music - very limited variety of music. Suggest more options in Hindi, Telugu, English for flights leaving from Hyderabad.
The internet was working on both sectors of the flight so hard to take the flight if you are on business.
Mumbai airport is a nightmare! Especially going from domestic to international terminal (2). I almost missed my flight. Then i could not check in because I purchased on kayak to British airways and my first flight was an indigo (non partner). So they called me when I was at the security outside the terminal and told me I had a middle seat, not what I paid for! After talking to the desk agent, they could not help but it finally worked out. A bit stressful for no reason. Probably never buy from kayak again this type pf complicated tickets (multi cities).

Aircraft was comfortable even in economy, clean. Entertainment screens were excellent and. Hoice was very good. Good was just ok. Crew was not bad.
BA flight from London NY had old BC configuration with 2+3+2 seating with open seats which was not comfortable and lacked privacy
Experience was bad. In business class, they ran out of food choices. Luggage was delayed by 2 days in both to and fro flights, ground staff was not helpful, took 3 hours to log the complaint for missing luggage.
Staff except one has poor attitude. No cabin crew seen for several hours during the flight in business class. It felt like I was traveling in economy Drinks bad in business class Flight was late for no obvious reasen and I missed my flight to Miami I was put in a 3 star hotel in London although I was traveling in business class. Dinner was aweful at the hotel Overall very poor experience
Entertainment did not work from DC to London. Was not able to check in online during my return journey from Mumbai to London. Food was good!

London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. With a little more focus on vegetarian meal availability, lounge service, and consistency across crews, BA can ensure every Business Class passenger experiences the premium journey they promise.
Standard Air India quality service. Nothing out of the ordinary. Exactly what anyone wants : efficient, polite, and gracious service; a comfortable seat; and on-time service
Flight was delayed almost 4 hours departing Goa. Even on arrival, there were busses to carry passengers to the terminal which were very delayed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.

Never ever travel with Air India is a very conscious promise made to myself. Poor customer service , irresponsible staff, pathetic operations and bad planes. Overall -0/10. Planes had mosquitoes in it.. i am still thinking what international standards of hygiene are they even following????. Operations team has no quality standards. They can route you anywhere on any plane inspite of a confirmed ticket and a web checkin… without your consent. Go for AirIndia if you love challenges and roller coasters and safety, time and hygiene is never your priority.

I think if i find different options I’ll travel with it but not with air India they never loaded the luggage’s and they announce the luggage’s will be arriving on belt number 5 when all passengers reach to the belt we find they haven’t loaded the luggage’s

Flight was delayed in phases from 84ppm to 2am. And at 2am it was cancelled. Only refund option provided and no stay was provided. Poor communication throughout and shameless behaviour from the airline with no regard for seniors citizens and those travelling with children.
