It is good. The aircraft is big enough for my legs. Just not that cold enough and food is not that good. There was a food that was supposed to be beef, but only onions, no beef inside.
The crew assisted the super senior citizen and accommodated her requests. Experience with crew was excellent. However the aircraft did not have a separate business class cabin. Some of the small offer to improve confirmt of passenger like making a bed in helping them sleep, closing the cabin door would go a long way as some of the traveler are not even aware of these facilities. Once they know, they may prefer flying business.
Since I traveled on my birthday, they gave me a gift and a card. How thoughtful and caring.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
There were no vegetarian options on flight from India. Then on the next flight there was no chosen entree available. Movie selection was mediocre
Very courteous and professional flight attendants. At least from Delhi to Tokyo leg where a good number of passengers are of Indian origin should have some items of Indian cuisine on the menu other than that great experience.

The flight took off at 10pm in Singapore (which is not an issue). However, the breakfast was served at 2:00am Singapore time to ETA of 5am SG time. Hence, it was difficult to get much of rest or sleep during the flight.
I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
The stewardesses were excellent! The food and service were great. I will definitely fly ANA in the future.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
Awful. They cancelled my flight from Osaka to Tokyo and did not communicate this with United so my flight was never rescheduled. I had to call United myself who, after being on hold with them for an entire hour, did not believe that my flight had been canceled because ANA never reported this. ANA themselves refused to rebook my flight. United then said they would only rebook my flight for $600. After three hours of calling I was able to rebook my flight. My total trip was delayed 7 hours.
Flights got canceled due to weather and rebooked; however, were rebooked for the latest times and I was unable to move anything up.
Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.
The food was really good and healthy. Hopefully, next time final confirmation before the flight is earlier with complete information such as the Seat and Terminal Numbers.
Seats were comfortable with excellent legroom. Meals were also quite good. The cabin crew were excellent and very helpful. The check-in experience was also very smooth.
Overall, very pleased with this flight. Boarding could be better because boarding was announced without a microphone so people didn’t know to line up until we heard the staff walking around to announce it. Also, had to stand in line for 10’ before we started moving. My husband who is impatient and cannot stand for too long did not like this. The rest of the flight- crew, food, and entertainment were very good.
The vietnam airlines app was not able to allow checkin with the confirmation nor with the ticket number. This led to quite a bit of consternation. Speaking with a colleague from Hanoi, he did tell me that their app is not the best. It may be best to inform travelers to only use the link and to plan on checking in at the airport for this airline. The check-in was very easy and the staff were excellent.

Really good 👍 This was our first time flying with Vietnam Airlines. It was a short domestic flight, so no meal service, but boarding was organized and the flight departed and arrived on schedule. The flight attendants were professional and neatly presented. All in all, a very good first experience. We would recommend Vietnam Airlines.
The flight crew and attendants are very professional and polite.
Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate. I had to use a paper boarding pass as they do not like electronic boarding passes. I scanned my electronic pass, but the gate agent requested the paper pass. Luckily I had a paper pass, although my electronic pass worked and when the paper pass was scanned it stated I was already on board.
I had sometimes my trips with Vietnam Airlines and I like it 😊
No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects

Flight was kept super cold. I was shivering and had to layer up.
The vegan oriental option was disappointing. The regular vegan option was okay but we've had better.
Indian Vegetarian food was bland and I had to repeatedly ask for Salt. Movie selection is out dated.
Selected ovo lacto meal because I’m ok with milk products but not any meat. It was terrible. We had the same selection back in October when we had traveled and it was pretty good at that time. It was gross this time.
Crew was very good, but could have checked on us when meals were not being served also.
Few vegetarian food options. Incorporating one per meal service would be best and captures a wider audience than just vegetarians (individuals with religious meat restrictions can also eat vegetarian).

Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.
I am Vegetarian also has Gluten free food. However they gave me chicken and fish which is gluten free, but i am a vegetrain and i requested crew Hindu meal vegetarian, they said they will come back. .but they never showed up even i asked 2nd time. They could have compensate. I also request airline industry to have another option Gluten Free for Vegetarin people as well. Because Vegetarin people will have gluen issue...
Old plane, got upgraded to “first class”, shaky and squeaky seats, too many announcements, crew was absent but over friendly when interacting.
Air India Express operates as a separate airline, so it says. Air India Express is a subsidiary of Air India and is part of the Tata Group, which acquired a 100% stake in the airline. (https://www.tata.com/business/air-india-express). Yet Air India express is not a member of Star Alliance, so Star Alliance gold members do not receive the benefits they would had they traveled on a mainline Air India flight. Even though it's a subsidiary of Air India, which is a Star Alliance airline. Very frustrating.
When landing in Hyderabad, the pilot made a hard landing. Everyone in the plane were shocked. The captain landed the plane hard and felt as if we were going to be thrown out from our seats. It was surprising the captain didn't apologize or make an announcement about. Again a surprise no crew acknowledge this. This was an odd experience!
I appreciated a meal on the shorter flight. It was slightly delayed with no announcement but I was able to determine what was happening.
I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however
Really old air craft, broken seats and tray tables. Entertainment screens don’t work. Charging ports didn’t work.

seats were not comfortable, entertainment was not working and food could be much better, given the airline calls itself full service and india's flag carrier.
The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
Everything was bad o entertainment no nice food crew were pathetic as not helping us at any time
