Even the serving utensils were solid metal and had a very high quality feel to it. Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."
Cons: "The crew lacked its usual pep and cheer. For some reason they seemed very introverted and tired. First time on Singapore Airline that I noticed. The amenities kit was a bit on the cheap side. Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

The Crew was really helpfull and nice, A/C was coold for me but for others i think it is ok and the food not bad and not that good. The Thailand Airways employee at the Indera Ghandi Airport " Indian guy " was very bad he hold us for 2 hrs and then he run away letting us the last people at the transit counter and couse us to be so late and about to lose our flight to Bangkok, for nothing. He asked us of we have a retuern ticket, and we told him that we have not because we are traveling for treatment, and then he asked us to wait for 2 minutes, After we wait for a long time he just run away, And after we asked the lady she said ok no need now for return tickets and she gave us the accsess to the gate.

Because of the bubble agreement b/w India and Srilanka, I was not allowed to board the flight to Columbo. My experience about airport representatives was good. They were through in their job and saved my family from getting stuck in Columbo (as I would not be able to fly to Doha because of bubble agreement). So by their prompt attention, such a catastrophe was avoided. For this reason, even without flying with them, I would rate them 7/10.

And in all honesty who reads all of that these days. The ground crew were nice enough to take me to the airlines office at the airport and figure out a solution. It took an hour and a half to sort it out and get a verification from headquarters office in Srilanka."

Fortunately, he was able to hold the plane and I made it. My baggage didn't though - and was only delivered to the hotel at midnight after a convoluted process claiming it at Tan Son Nhat Airport. Not really good enough given we paid extra in order to be able to travel together. Pick up your game MAS - 2 planes out of the sky and you won't regain customers like this!"

She fell ill last night and continued to feel sick today because she was not able to take her medicine. To top it off, my wife currently cannot find a favorite piece of clothing. It is green, lacy lingerie. We are sure it was packed before leaving our previous destination. Could you please check to see if this piece of clothing was located, either at the airport in Bali or in Kuala Lumpur? If found, please send to our next destination, Pingviman Hotel, Chiang Mai. Because of the inconvenience, including not having our luggage for an entire day, my wife feeling ill, and this loss of her valued item of clothing, we believe we deserve some compensation. We are very displeased with these circumstances and hope you agree that something needs to be offered to us to once again feel satisfied. Thank you for your time. John and Emily"
