Flights on time is good. Crew should take care of passengers more.
Not punctual in departure and seats are very tight and narrow. Crew should handle noisy families during flight.

Some chair in the flight should be maintained, but I think they may not have time to check every seats, since it is high demand in this period.
Our experience was the worst. Over 2 days flight was changed and delayed 4 times. Not impressed
The plane stayed hot the entire time, no leg room, no entertainment. Definitely a budget airline experience.
Flight was okay. Seats were a bit cramped and not that comfortable, especially for a 7-hour flight, but you get what you pay for. Food has to be bought also so plan ahead. But if you can tolerate it then it’s not a bad deal! Staff are nice too.
This was the worst flight (domestic or international) I have taken till date. Check-in and boarding experience at the airport were fine. I understand its a budget airline, still some basic stuff was missing. It's an international flight of almost 5 hours duration however, not even water was served to the passengers. If you need water, you have to go to the Crew Station and ask them for water. I asked him to fill up my own water bottle to which he denied and instead told me that I can have 1 Cup of water. When I informed, that we are total 4 family members needing water, he asked me to bring everyone to the Crew Station. Which I really don't understand. The cabin AC was not working or the temperature was kept at such a high temperature that I (and many others) were literally sweating. When I requested the cabin crew to reduce the temperature, my request was ignored twice. Finally I again had to go the front of the aircraft and ask the crew member to set it to 23. Then it was adjusted and we felt a little better. Overall a disappointing experience. They need to improve on lot of things while still keeping the cost low.
No in flight entertainment, no food, not even drinking water, uncleaned flights, smelly bathrooms, and above all no baggage allowance, they charged us 53700 yen for the baggages.

Need to update the staff of the airport. They tell luggage weight according to they want.
Not comfortable for sitting. Sits are too close to each other and it’s too hard for butt..you need to improve your entertainment section like tv programming, Movies, it’s so hard to kill 15 hrs in long flights .you don’t serve good food like other competitive airlines thats my opinion
No first drink available for 10 hours so make it easy for beer or wine
I like to see entertainment system as well as USB charging port in working order. In addition, thought entertainment system did not work, I could not turn the screen off. As a result, glaring screen was facing my eyes throughout the 16 hour journey.
