It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

Absolutely horrible all around especially for such a long 13-14 hour flight - terrible food - ancient entertainment - legroom worse than a short air Asia flight - not enough toilets

Different rules going from Dubai to Ahmedabad vs going from Ahmedabad to Dubai Horrible, only 1 baggage was allowed to carry on and no personal bag, i had to put personal bag inside carry on

On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.

Checkin and boarding staff at Delhi Airport is not cooperative with passengers Their behavior very humiliating . They don’t allow Lap top bag and Ladies’ purse/vanity bag which most of the airlines allow besides cabin baggage and check in baggages. They try to charge extra payment on the pretext of small variations which normally other Airlines staff don’t do. Airline staff should be courteous & cooperative but check in staff of Emirates Airline at Delhi was not so at all.

Very bad !! My confirmed ticket got canceled with out notifying me in hyd airport , crew didn’t help us out !! They were very rude!! They made me pay for the confirmed ticket again !! Can you please let us know how I can get the refund for the ticket I paid

Overall good but one thing I didn’t understand is why they didn’t allow me to pick my own seat.

Check-in process at Bengaluru airport was atrociously slow. Emirates should allow baggage drop option after online check-in and verification of documents. The rest of the flight was quite good and we didn't have any complaints.

I did not receive my luggage This airline is not good. My luggage is missing please you guys need to find my luggage. It’s been three days now I cannot get my luggage. This is not a good business I

Again, entertainment system didn't work. 50% of aircraft don't seem to have a functional entertainment system and the crew is absolutely uninterested in fixing. They just say Addis needs to fix it. Well, Addis had better get off it's butt and fix their aircraft.

Bathrooms were absolutely atrocious. Absolutely third world. Unusable. From non-flushing toilets to poor maintenance - missing toilet paper, dirty with mess, etc. Horrifying. Does Ethiopian Airways expect customers to clean the bathroom before use. For sure inconsiderate passengers don't do anything to clear/clean after use.

My entertainment screen wasn't working and they couldn't fix it.

The gate was changed at the very last moment and no one informed us. The flight was one hour late and the screen broken, the remote control not working. One toilet was out of order . the other toilets were also not totally functioning, because the washbasin was plugged and the water couldn't flow away.

The food could be better, the beef was quite tough. The crew were friendly and helpful on this flight, which has not being my experience on other Ethiopian flights.

The crew were extremely unfriendly. The plane was dirty and the entertainment system did not work, so they did not even give out earphones to anyone.

It is just ok, the sits are very uncomfortable, the temperature too low and there weren’t blankets. The food is mediocre and there are no screens to watch movies.

Seat in front of my wife was broken so it reclined further than normal and without having to push the recline button so my wife had absolutely no room the entire 17 hour flight. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline at all. Also.. my tray table was sticky and dirty right away before I even used it. Also...the floor in the back of the plane from our row of seats on back was totally soaked and both times we landed water came rushing out of the food/servant area like a flood onto the same already wet carpet. It got everything wet that was placed around our feet...including our shoes and socks.

Luggage delayed for one day. I called customer service, and they had no info and no empathy. Boarding was very disorganized and chaotic. We went nearly 7 hours with no food or snacks on the flight. This is not an airline that has respect for its passengers.

Seats were great. Business class service has been cut entirely, not even a water handed out

Excellent crew. Three problems need to be taken care of: 1. Lack of wi-fi during the flight. This prevents busy traveller's from working while onboard. 2. Why there were two very-slow security check points was more punishment that necessary. Went through thorough security at transit area, the an even slower one at Gare 19!!!! Why passports needed to be checked st least 5 times by 5 different people makes no sense. Additionally, passengers were crammed like sardines in a boarding area with no charging ports that work!! This was a boarding nightmare. 3. During my flight (seat 27C) the headset socket did not work. Watched one movie, but very difficult because of that. Had to keep my fingers on the socket for it to work!

Staff and service on board is always exemplary. Food however could be better.

The cabin crew were very good, respectful, and nice. However, the flight was delayed more than an hour. They could have managed the problem easily but they couldn't and that affected our travel. Thanks

Great staff. Horribly uncomfortable seating. The seats have been replaced 10 years ago. It was like sitting on an ironing board for 15 hours. This was true for both legs of the round trip flights. Would not take Kenya Airways between New York and Nairobi ever again.

Seriously one of the most disappoint experiences I have ever had when flying. My flight got delayed FIVE hours. Nobody wanted to help at the airport (“this is Kenyan booking, we cannot do anything”). I got on the phone with someone from Kenyan for one hour until he finally moved my ticket to a Delta ticket. Then the painful journey restarted - the Delta crew in land kept saying there was no other flight and ai had to wait. An agent called Gerard Robert was being so sarcastic I felt humiliated. He would say things like “you say you understand what I am saying but you are not understanding what so am saying”. I asked him to please speak in a less sarcastic tone and he said “I am not going to speak with you anymore, go find someone else”. These were his words. Tired, after 14 hours in a plane, I just wanted to cry. I looked for another agent, who was an angel and rebooked me to another flights. Thanks to her, I made it to my meeting in Washington-DC. I am going to send a formal complaint to Delta about agent Gerard Robert. It is not fair to speak with customers in that cynical, sarcastic tone. If one works in customer service, it ia important to mind that tones can make people feel humiliated. And turning the back to a customer by saying “Go find someone else” can’t be part of his training.

I almost missed my flight because my previous flight (Mombasa- Nairobi, also Kenyan airways) landed in a different terminal. There was no signs whatsoever, no information shared. It felt messy. If the flights are purchased together, like mine, there has to be indications on how to board to the following one.

The cabin is due for a refresh - the seats are very thin and not very comfortable. The AVOD system also did not work on one of the seats and the touch screen were very glitchy. The overall cleanliness of the aircraft could be improved

Paid an extra USD 100 for so-called Comfort seats. All of these (the bulkhead seats) had parents with babies and infants who were screaming much of the time. One mother even decided to change nappies on the seat. This was anything but comfort!

Absolutely no leg room for 5 hours. Eating the meal (which wasn’t bad) with a plastic knife and fork and no room was nigh impossible - especially trying to cut up meat and vegetables. I had my steward light switched on for almost an hour and none of the crew ever came to see what I wanted. Two toilets for the whole of Economy - approximate 165 people I think.

The planes are dated and need upgrades. Seats are not comfortable and entertainment equipment doesn’t work

Direct Connection is the biggest advantages. Aircrafts are now better but food and beverages could be better and served more often in a ultra long flight

Poor behavior by ground staff in Mumbai. Very harassing. Initially they did not let me board with my little violin. They do not have the correct information. No concept of hospitality. The food on the flight was not good.

Information about when boarding would start was missing. Ground staff wasn't ready to provide any information with the answer being in the next 15 minutes any time we asked. (Took 2 hours)

Flies in the flight, broken seats, broken entertainment system and display - worst flight ever

We trusted KAYAK and Air India but no one is responds for the lost of baggage 🧳 2 (bags). My in laws are totally lost hope for this kind of situation to travel any more.

I don’t like air India seats are too small and staff are not that nice

Bags got damaged for multiple passengers, and they wouldn't even reimburse the depreciated price of the bag.

Everything from check-in, punctuality, working screens, food, service, baggage handing

The flight was dirty. The screens were not working and people were restless. Food and staff was okay.
