After a.long flight and the limited recline, I am very sore in my back. Probably the most uncomfortable flight to date in my travels."

Cons: "I booked on Emirates and on my way back I flew with Fly Dubai it wasn’t specified in the ticket. There were no pillows, no covers and I was freezing! No entertainment it is a downgrade from Emirates. At least the ticket should have costed less."

Cons: "Almost all the flights I take out of Cairo leave late, not sure if this an airport issue or what but it is very stressful to have boarding go so slowly and to have the plane take off over an hour late. This has now become "the norm". Please make better efforts to leave ON TIME!"

Was humiliated at Doha airport, treaded like a cattle class traveler, I hold platinum pro status with AA and I don’t fly economy even domestic but was made to travel in the middle seat in economy class and boarding zone 3 and was denied lounge access at Doha airport. Never was humiliated like this before.
Privacy and comfort of the QSuites is wonderful. The boarding process in Doha is cumbersome and confusing. As transfer passengers, traveling in Business Class, we went through security twice, including one at the gate requiring all electronic devices removed from bags and watches off, which are a great way to lose belongings as a few hundred people rush through to board the plane.

Cons: "We lost an item and while we are in airport waiting for next flight even though we know it would have got recovered by airport staff there is no way of getting it back unless we download a form online , print , fill the form and sign , scan and send it in email to lost and found team. This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there"
Cons: "Disasterous! The flight departed 3 hours late because of some mechanical problem. So missed connections in Abu Dhabi, although Ethihad could have held a later connection to BKK for just about 20 minutes for us to board. The huge hassle getting lodging from the airline to take an onward flight the next day. Your staff would not accommodate us at the airport hotel so we could avoid the need to obtain a visa, which takes a minimum of 3 hours wait. We finally gave up on the visa and decided to just stay up overnight at the airport. That caused one kind Ethihad staff to finally make issues us an authorization for the hotel at the airport. We would never fly your airline again."
Cons: "The experience with travel agent (vayama) was worse than etihad, everyone know that etihad is not the same level like before, but booking through kayak- bayama was the worst where they didn’t reply on all my emails/ even wheb they did they didn’t answered mg questions, they couldn’t help if i want to book my seat or change my return flight. This is not my fiest time to use kayak app but this time was thr worst and it changed my mindset about travel agents, unfortunately my friends were correct when they said to book directly through airline not kayak..!!!"

I believe that this person needs to be trained in order to know who needs to be helped first as he worked at that particular counter for people who already Checkin online."

Our gate location changed twice, and the only way I found out was by asking the "Kenya Airways Guest Services desk" twice.
