Try to Fly on time without keeping commercial passengers stranded
Yeah yesI have n yeah traveled on this flight yaa this flight yeahfrequently yeahrescheduled yeahor canceled this was very bad experience I yeah will never forget this Airlines have h yeahave not to do so
On time Arrival and Departure despite budget airline. In side the aircraft, seats and floor carpet is very clean and neat
Cons: "In Kiwi i couldnt add extra baggage weight. I had to pay extra in the baggage drop in"
Cons: "Extremely bumpy take off and landing. The pilot could do better."
Pros: "The seat was really bad and the crew didn't make any effort to dim the lights for about 75% of the journey. I would say an international flight on a low-cost carrier like Indigo should be avoided."

Cons: "We traveled with a wheelchair person, but they boarded her separately from the rest. That meant she was without anyone she knew for some time. It'd been better to allow @ least 1 person of her people w/ her while she boarded."

Pros: "The staff at the airport check in counter cause too many delays by asking unnecessary questions regarding visa for concerned country, where as they only need to check for onward ticket. Also, passenger at the back of my seat was causing discomfort by stretching his legs too close to my seat"
Cons: "The staff at the aiport check in counter are not very well trained regarding visa requirements for other countries. The cabin crew needs to better train passengers regarding the amount of space allowed for their seat."

Cons: "Separate counters for wheel chair passengers as well as bus transport. There were several unruly travellers and it is not fair that ground staff should have to remind passengers of protocol. Separate transport will help."
We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.

Cons: "Some of the most unhelpful, incompetent and unprofessional staff i have ever had to encounter. Honestly the worst flight of my life. NEVER flying with Air Arabia again and I recommend everyone else spend a little more money to fly with another airline to avoid the hastle this airline will without a doubt put you through. I have submitted a complaint with Air Arabia, let us see if they even reply"
Pros: "I liked the fact that the flight was on schedule in spite of the fact that one passenger seemed to cause a delay on forgetting to locate his passport from his own carry on ! I also liked the content shown on the screens as they juggled my ken a bit! Food was to taste despite the cabin pressure! The cabin crew were just amazing!"
Cons: "I did not like the fact that I had to strech my pate and strain my eyes to view the screens. The food was a bit expensive on board unlike online!I feel the variance is unjustifiable. Seats are so squeezed and unadjustable for more comfort!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed for hours in Delhi with no notice, making us spent the night at the airport. The flight was supposed to get to Abidjan around noon, but because of the delay, we missed the connection and the next available flight was the next day which would mean I missed my next flight and a work conference. In Delhi, the Ethiopian Airlines people assured me that it could be worked out in Addis, and that they could change my final destination to get me where I needed to go. However, in Addis, the employees were rude and did not even read the email that the Delhi people sent them. They would not do anything except send me to Abidjan the following day, which was useless since I already had to be in the US by then. The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination."

Cons: "It took 45 minutes for a flight attendant to respond to my call despite me calling dor assistance every 10 min. I had an issue with my tv screen and was not able to use the in flight entertainment I am very dissatisfied with such poor care and professionalism from your staff. This was something that should not have taken 45 min to get solved and even worse despite the call light being on multiple flight attendants walked by and did not even bother to question why the call light was on"

The flight attendants on this flight were incredible! One even gave me her own dinner when my special meal order wasn’t transferred due to a flight delay! She insisted and I was so grateful. That is going above and beyond! The issue I had with the flight was with Lufthansa support. I missed my connection due to a flight delay and they wouldn’t rebook online, only in person. This took a lot of time and visits to the airport waiting for a Lufthansa agent to arrive 5 hours later than posted and almost paying full-fare price for the new flights and refusal to add my special meal orders. It made for a challenging journey home and I didn’t feel valued as a customer.

Cons: "The quality of the food. You pay a lot for a ticket, for that pricem, I just don't expect a croissant (no butter or jam included) and a dry cake. Flight would normally leave at 7.30 AM. A normal time for an airline to serve some kind of decent breakfast for the price you pay. Not at KQ. They are not making friends this way. Am not even talking about emails going unanswered for days with very specific questions: how to book extra luggage allowance. Anyway…"

It’s an overall good flight. Check in crew should be more professional, at least greeting/acknowledging the passenger instead of being on the phone while serving passengers.

Cons: "Travel was not comfortable and the food during entire 16 hr travel was horrible. I could not eat anything except tea and coffee. I usually not a complainer about my travel. I always travel by Air India. But past couple of times the quality of food has declined a lot and I thought I should inform about it. Also the AI crew was unprofessional. They were talking in their local language. They should also pay attention to their appearance. Thank you."
