Cons: Just the entertainment. Movies could be slightly better not a critic just a suggestion

Pros: The aircraft was barely half full.

Cons: Delay due to fog at LHR, but this is not the fault of the airline

Pros: There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Cons: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Cons: Too short a connection between flights. Missed connection. No priority for those with connecting flights. No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights.

Pros: Nothing, weren’t even allowed on the plane.

Cons: Should have let me on the plane.

Pros: Entertainment always the best!!! The spacious seat and quick check in system

Cons: The crew can improve by more attentive and Mayb more staffs. The flight is full, they quite busy. But General is good. The food can be better options

Pros: Crew was helpful. Leg room is good. Overall the flight was good.

Cons: Food could be better. Got Pizza for snack both ways. Could have been changed, and with 16 hours non stop, water should be offered more often. Although we can go get it ourselves, don't want to disturb others in the seat row to get snacks or water.

Cons: The boarding crew at the gate did not say anything while weighing the carry on bag. I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told.

Pros: Everything was great!

Cons: Some announcements were only made in Korean. Would have been nice to have it in English for international flight.
