Okish. But for £550 , I’d have preferred a better experience
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...
Good food and staff. Flights were delayed making catching the connecting one tough with no time to stretch in between
Most aspects of the flight were great! The entertainment was mediocre, though, which made such a long flight less enjoyable.
Very good!! If at all, the business class chair/bed was bit small!! It’s because of older plane- as was told!

It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.
Absolutely horrible all around especially for such a long 13-14 hour flight - terrible food - ancient entertainment - legroom worse than a short air Asia flight - not enough toilets
Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.
The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good
It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.
Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.
Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.
The whole trip was excellent. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the plane was a bit high which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
I'm 75 years old man and I was given the seat right in the back of the plane. There was no one sitting behind me. And I booked the ticket more than one month ago. I was given the seat number on the last half an hour before flight. I wonder how this happened. I was not able to stretch the seat. The whole flight I was sitting tight. Please don't treat the seniors like that. I hope you will consider this suggestion and treat your seniors little better.
Both my flights from Calgary to Montreal were pleasant. I should also mention my gratitude to the two ladies at YYC who helped with my check in and went out of their way to assist me.
I didn't use the entertainment feature. I can't fault that. That was my choice. I could have opted for a bigger seat. Again, my choice. The crew was excellent on all of my flights. I don't really fault the food choices. (I'm one that's grateful to eat). All of the flights left on time or arrived early or on time. Grateful for the assistance that I received when checking my bag at Heathrow. (It was early...hard to think)! I hadn't flown in 17 years. I would consider choosing Air Canada again in the future.
It got me from A to B in one piece and in good time. Back of seat tv didn't work. Snacks are a joke
The service was excellent from start to finish. However, it’s best not to order a gluten free meal because they combine it with dairy free, fat free, low sodium, and every other specialty diet variation that exists, and serve you boiled chicken and mashed potatoes for lunch. Yuk!
Confusing with Air Canada and United flight, it was a hell, no help, rude people there, stressful environment
Very poor.!!! They cancelled our flight and rebooked us with very little time to catch the flight. Our luggage was lost. As of now we do not have it yet. No clothes to change on the second day of vacation.
Older plane, business class was not up to par, entertainment screen small and dim and average food.
Fantastic how well crew especially at check in counter switched to English for our comfort.
I hadn’t noticed that I was on the budget carrier so I suppose it’s my fault. But that’s a long flight to have no entertainment and few food options,. Only one drink service offered during the entire flight.
