Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Pros: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."

Seats were dated (seat cushions), plane was dated, inflight entertainment systems dated (compared to most other airlines). Crew goofed up on food. I had a seat change which I informed the Sr Purser who came to take food order, his colleague who came to serve drinks. Still the server gave my food to the other passenger who had requested to change seats. Which resulted in no food for me. They clamoured some meal fro economy class and served so shabbily (only a pic can show how shabby it was - unfortunately I can't attach one here). In spite of all this the purser showed no remorse or offered no apology. I think I made a mistake in choosing BA, should have never come back to them."

I had to take Air India home to the US AND HATED IT... thank you BA and especially Heathrow Number one for lack of response and total irresponsibility..."

Cons: "Webjet.com and me are waiting to get my flight changed by British Airways. I tried to change my flight because of paperwork issues. I was not given any paper to report the issue. I took pictures of myself at the British Airways counter. I called customer service. They told me my contract was with webjet.com. Webjet.com told me British Airways initially reported that it was a no show. (I was at the counter for about 2 hours, and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com). I hope that my contract with webjet.com does not become frustrated because of British Airways interference. I was not even allowed to change my flight to come back at the end of September. It is very likely that British Airways has some part of the money paid to webjet.com. I am still waiting for British Airways to cooperate. I don't understand why webjet.com had to tell me British Airways initially reported my long wait and conversations with their agents for 2 hours as a no show. I can prove I was there and that I talked to their agents. I also have the email from webjet.com in which they told me British Airways was reporting it to the webjet.com as a no show (and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com)"

Cons: "The incredibly uncomfortable, too narrow, too cramped seats with immovable armrests. Awful!!!"

Cons: "We checked in exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes before scheduled departure time, as previously instructed when we attempted check-in some three-and-a-half hours before departure. Thus we were, I'm fairly certain, the second couple to check in for the entire flight. I asked the agent if the fare we paid allowed us a checked piece of luggage. She said that, yes, we were entitled to one checked piece per passenger at no charge. That being the case, I asked the agent to issue a refund for the two Checked Baggage fees my wife had paid online. She insisted there was nothing she could do about it and it was totally out of her hands. I explained to her my understanding that such refund must be requested PRIOR TO CHECK-IN, but she reiterated there was nothing she could do, and offered no solution whatsoever. In addition, the agent insisted that we were not allowed to carry-on a cabin bag in addition to a personal item. When I asserted my rights (See Note 1), she had the temerity to say "You should know British Airlines' policy if you buy a ticket." Trying another tack, I asked who DID get to use the overhead lockers, since they were only allowing under-seat sized Personal Items to be brought on-board. She replied that the "no cabin baggage" policy applied "after the first 30 passengers boarded the plane." (Please recall that we were the second couple ON THE ENTIRE PLANE to check-in, and thus should make that artificial "cut-off." (Also, as a Million Mile flyer with your partner, American Airlines, I believe we're entitled to Priority Boarding.) Concerned about the valuable items in the cabin bag she was effectively commandeering, I inquired about the airlines Limits of Liability in case of Loss or Damage. She said she had no idea. I then asked to see a copy of the airline's Conditions of Carriage. But she was either unable or unwilling to provide same. I arrived very, very early to ensure these sorts of problems could be ironed-out before departure, and am frankly appalled by the lack of knowledge, professionalism and judgement the airline exhibited in this instance. Also: On-board service was so incredibly slow, the last two rows were not served until 15 minutes prior to landing. ("There you go, sir. Bottoms up... and be quick about it! ;-) Bill B. Los Angeles, CA USA"

Cons: "Has taken up mobility/special assistance while bookkong but didn't get any assistance after landing at London Heathrow airport. Entire transfer at Heathrow airport for catching up next flight to Phoenix, USA lot of struggle had done because of it."

Cons: "They loaded us on the plane only to inform us that we'd be in que for an hour+... not acceptable. They should have delayed loading."

Pros: "Staff was very professional and courteous. No much waiting time for check in. Separate area for security clearance for British Airways passengers was very helpful and noteworthy."
Cons: "Carry on baggage at Mumbai Airport shown different dimensions than traveling from London. No proper communications for delayed flight and boarding was not organized. In flight food from Mumbai - London route was very much unsatisfactory."

Pros: "Service onboard is always pleasant."
Cons: "Not a fan of British Airways business seats. It feels narrow, crowded (i counted 8 people per row?) and not private. You get much better seats on other airlines without having to pay first prices. Boarding was confusing for people that don't know that Club World means business. And food was bland."

Pros: "Seats were cushioned and comfortable, entertainment screens were crisp and colorful, restrooms stayed clean and maintained throughout flight."

Pros: "Nice new airplane with good seat design and quiet and confortable in flight. AA crew was nice and entertainment was OK."

Cons: "No food or beverage service while in COVID mood. Pilates and flight crews were inconsistent with using masks. However overhead announcements by AA constantly stated that face mask were required and that the could prevent you from traveling with AA."

Pros: "That flight was not ultimately cancelled after 4 hour delay"
Cons: "Upon arriving after 4 hour delay, for crying out loud have someone there to immediately for deboarding !!!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed for over 2 hours because of a reported maintenance issue with the aircraft but was originally delayed because of not having flight attendants available. When the flight attendants did finally arrive they all had an attitude of wishing to be anywhere but on this flight. The lead flight attendant even got into a verbal altercation with the gate agent demanding help getting people's bags into the overhead compartment because she was "injured" & not supposed to be at work. All in all a quite dissatisfying experience but not an uncommon one with this airline & this airport. I will use both only when I have absolutely no other options."

Cons: "As we were boarding, our carryon bags were literally grabbed from us and checked in - that too not valet checked but through to the Baggage Claim. I needed to rush out and had to wait for the baggage instead. I pleaded with the agent to allow me to fit the smallish bag under the seat to no avail."

Pros: "Flight attendant called in sick flight delay for 1.5 hours leaving Tampa, could not make connection and all other flights overbooked until tomorrow."
Cons: "If I did not have a 24 hour delay in arriving!!"

Cons: "The cabin crew on the flight to Barcelona acted like they really didn't want to be there. From telling me that they'd serve everyone when they had the chance when I asked for water to shouting down the aisles to each other while passengers tried to sleep and having an overall feeling of being incredibly stressed out by basic requests (a bottle of water, help operating the entertainment screen, etc), they made the flight decidedly less enjoyable than an intercontinental flight in economy class already is. They were not rude to me personally, more just disinterested and apathetic, but I did witness one of the flight attendants being downright rude to another passenger. This was not a British Airways crew, but an American Airlines crew, and they treated us like they were doing us a favor by paying us any attention rather than treating us like it is their job to serve passengers courteously."

While standing in line to board the plane (no jetway), there were three groups waiting for three different flights. Crew was uninterested. When we arrived LAX, there was not gate available, so we sat (and sat) until they found one. Quite unpleasant."

Cons: "The passport check point was horrendously​organized as was boarding in Barcelona. My vegetarian sandwich served for lunch was nothing more than Dry bread, two cucumbers and a piece of iceberg lettuce- just awful."

Pros: "This is a old 767 I was on. No individual TV's. The reading lights never worked. I chanced it on buying the wifi for $19 dollars which turned out to be super fast and I was able to stream movies. Meal and drinks and beer were included. But no way to charge your phone with out a car charger. This plane had no AC ports."

Cons: "The group's for boarding are ridiculous. The back of the plane should board first and so on... the new plane we flew on had the smallest seats we've ever seen. When we tried to board, the crew would rudely say, it's not your turn. We were flying for a funeral and paid a lot for our tickets. We should be treated with respect. One lady said to put our luggage in the first available compartment, then when we tried, another lady rudely said, if that's not where you're sitting, you can't put your bag there. We were embarrassed and when we tried to explain what we'd been told she told us to keep moving."

Cons: "The little lady sitting next to me took my seat but it just let her have the window seat because she could not speak english"

Cons: "I feel as though I should receive some kind of courtesy credit for the poor condition of the plane, friendliness of the staff, efficiency of the staff, and finally for being 3 hours late because failure to adequately fuel the plane. I was skipped for receiving refreshments, the plane had interior panels falling off. The second flight didn't have enough fuel for a 40 minute flight. The pilot told us that we were delayed for rain for 10 minutes but we did not have enough fuel to circle around. As a result we came back to Philadelphia. I missed a graduation party as a result. I had a poor experience. The flight attendants did not greet me on entrance or exit."
