The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

Good experience, just i couldn’t connect me to the wifi
The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.
Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.
The whole trip was excellent. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the plane was a bit high which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it
KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.
Crew was good. Plane and seats were cleaned and good. Food and entertainment system was bad.

Business class in Turkish airlines is like none other. They separate themselves and highly recommend it
Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.
Pretty good. I’m currently in Accra but my luggage is still in turkey so that’s inconvenient
This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.
On the positive side, Turkish airlines had a direct flight from Dallas to Istanbul. The check in process was fine and the flight crew was very nice. In terms of improvement, despite paying for better seats, the seats were very cramped. The food was terrible.
On international flights passengers had wide variety of entertainment choices, though the flight was short. Service was good and no issues at all.
It was a nightmare. I booked business class ticket from Ediburgh to Beirut via Istanbul to attend a funeral. I had a wonderful experience flying to Istanbul from Edinburgh. Then I could not get a boarding pass issued to Beirut. It seems that although they booked me and I had a reservation number, I had no seat allocated and the flight was full. I was asked to go from one desk to another and made to wait for 2 hours. I missed my flight as I did not have a seat assigned and it was full. The only option was to put me on the next flight, 6 hours later, for a fee of over $400. They said that was the best they can do to 'help me' and to 'take it or leave it'. Well, I was not about to be bullied; I stood my ground. I booked and paid premium for the journey, which was confirmed. The eventually accepted to not charge me extra and i waited a total of over 8 hours in the airport with no compensation. On top of my grief with the risk of missing the funeral service, I had to put up with their indifference and condescending attitude. They spoke about me in Turkish thinking I would not understand (I hold a British passport) in front of me. When they eventually handed my passport and boarding pass back to me, I showed them I was born in Istanbul and that I understood everything and said a condescending 'thank you' back to them in Turkish. You should have seen their faces. I said that consumers have rights and it is a shame that Turkish Airlines does not have good customer service to at least acknowledge and apologize for errors committed by the airline. Blaming the me, the client, for such an error and placing unreasonable ultimatums, rudeness and dismissiveness to be rid of me, particularly when I was vulnerable and visibly grieving was really shocking... The airline taints the city of Istanbul and the people of Türkiye. Such a shame.
Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.
The pairing of personal Bluetooth headset did not work, provided headset did not work, then the screen locked and therefore no in-flight entertainment was available.
United service is way below par when compared with other airlines like JAL, ANA, or EVA on the same route especially for business class.

Bad, but r that was because Chicago to stl flight 14 hours late.
At least the delays were short. Business class, even in the new planes is very crowded now with crappy tray tables
Every Single leg of our trip was delayed signifigantly... including a new flight we had to take because we missed our connection flight due to delays.
Two hour flight delay, it was awful and loss of sleep.
Food is very bad and entertint not too many options ... flight attendet service is not good
