Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

We requested a different booking to insure travel to Orlando, which was denied. So the connecting flight was missed and after hours arrived in Orlando at midnight. Missed my ride and all car rentals were booked. All this caused a lot of anxiety and unnecessary stress. Very disappointing. And to add to it, the flight itself was horrible and there was no entertainment available for the entire flight."

I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"

Pros: "We have been using Premium Economy on various airlines I’ve the last several years for our frequent travel between the USA and destinations in Europe and Asia. The Air Canada experience was one of the very best (along with Lufthansa). The entertainment system was superior, food was great, service was attentive and comfort was as anticipated. The availability of power for iPads and computers was more than sufficient. I’m sure that a lot of the satisfaction came from flying on a Dreamliner but Air Canada is still at the top in our minds (and future plans)."

Cons: "First, I despise Air Canada's new policy of charging $25 per segment per passenger to get a seat assignment - any seat assignment. This isn't a surcharge for more leg room, or to move to business class - it is for the ability to pick seats at all. That means that if I want to sit next to my spouse on a simple direct flight, the cost is $100 round trip ($25 x 4)! For that much money, we should not only be seated together, we should be seated together at a very nice restaurant (which is exactly where we spent the $100 that we refused to spend on seat assignments). Second, my particular seat wasn't clean. Someone had been sick, and it wasn't completely cleaned up. Maybe getting a clean seat is an additional surcharge? The nice stewardess helped me and with some sanitizing hand wipes we were able to get rid of the remnants stuck on my tray and the wall of the aircraft (of course, since I didn't pay for a seat assignment, I ended up in a last row window seat in a plane without middle seats)."

Pros: "The crew are all very polite and easy going. They displayed a certain candor that is lost in todays customer service. I've always enjoyed flying United and will continue to do so."
Cons: "Several of the passengers had connecting flights. On plane that size, it takes time to get off the plane. It would be nice if the crew would allow those with connecting flights to disembark first. An easy fix in my mind, though I know I don't see the whole picture."

Cons: "I flew the first leg of my trip with ANA and the next leg with United and I certainly noticed a difference in terms of customer service. They are less friendly and seemed to have spent more time with a couple of passengers who appeared they know personally than the rest of the passengers."

Pros: "I had economy plus so was comfortable. The check in and boarding was great, no complains there. Flight was before time both ways."
Cons: "For a 10.5 hour flight the food served was not enough. I am a 123 lb female and was hungry. I always carry snacks with me because of previous experiences like this. Also when you are at a window seat it is hard to get up frequently to even get water as the people next to you are sleeping. The stewardess came by twice offering only water. I remember before they offered juice and came around more often. They gave 1 small bottle of water after serving the meal. Wish that was a bigger bottle."

Cons: "There were no power outlets or USB ports on the plane (at least in coach). Strange for a cross-country flight. Also, if you drop something or want your bag from under the seat in front of you, forget about picking it up unless you want to ask your seat mate if they mind your head in their lap. I am a small person, but not a contortionist. Limited entertainment."

Pros: "Service was friendly and attentive. Pilots handled the plan well and made up the time we lost due to weather delays!!!"
Cons: "The entertainment and bathroom facilities were very dated. The chicken served was less than desirable."

Pros: "The flight was fine, no drama. Crew was s great. But damn that is an uncomfortable plane. We were only on it 3 hours and I found the seat to be so short in the seat pan my back and legs were aching an hour in to it. You are really are just pearched on the seat. Also the aisle is extremely narrow. You almost have to walk side ways down it."

Cons: "My connecting flight was delayed by 4 hours due tknsmong in India. I called United ahead of time to tell them I was not able to make my flight and if there was anyway I could get a new ticket. The representative was confident that 40 minutes between my flights at Delhi was enough time to make it despite me reminding her about the time it took to get off the plane, pick up my luggage, get through immigrations and travel to my terminal. She was very wrong. She insisted I call them when I land and that I go to the ticket booth. Little did she know that once I miss my flight my ticket is no longer valid and I was no longer able to enter the airport in India. Once I reached the entrance I was directed to a Untied booth all the way at the end of the terminal and was told to buy a new ticket. There was no United representative at this booth. I waited 3 hours and even called the number posted at the booth. No one picked up and no one came. I had wasted several hours. I ultimately decided to buy a ticket online spending another thousand dollars to get back home when I was told that I would be given a new ticket at the booth by United. But I had to wait another 24 hours outside the airport because I was not allowed in so early prior to my flight. Very unprofessional and unhelpful when I needed it the most."

Cons: "Issue with something in the bathroom. I was on the plane watching them decide what to do for 20 minutes or more. Then I had to de-plane (just my row) while they cleaned. Then they decided it was too wet. Everyone deplaned. They changed planes and we didn't leave for hours. Seems like they could have found the issue and changed planes before we boarded."

Cons: "They don't let you view the flight path unless you pay $5.99 for the full entertainment package. Not cool, guys. The airline advertised two different cheese plates, but the crew informed us that the airline hasn't provided them to the planes. Big disappointment."

Cons: "I'm not a pilot but I've flown enough to know what turbulence is. I was one of the first to board and asked the flight attendant if there was food for purchase or any type of snack as my blood sugar was so low. I was also in pain and needed to take my medication. It was a 40+ minute flight however when one is handicapped you are at the mercy of the person taking you to the gate it's not like you can stop and look for a place to eat. It wasn't until we were almost at the destination we received a plastic cup and offered a sip of water. I sat right in front of the flight attendant and she could see my discomfort yet didn't offer a bag of peanuts or a drink"

Cons: "Don't like sitting with my knees propped on the seat in front of me when I'm only 6' tall. feel like you could give a touch of extra legroom for times like when you want something out of your bag crammed below the seat and you have to jar your neck sideways to reach it and try not to be in your neighbors lap while doing it."

Cons: "Our seats were Infront of the emergency exit, couldn't relax. I'm 6'6" , so the incline if the back isn't comfortable and we couldn't recline. We had asked switching seats on our flight to Spokane because we were given the same seats. The airline told us seats were chosen at random and they couldn't control them so we had 4 legs of our two flights stuck in no reveling seats. I was very disappointed."

Cons: "Self boarding is really a mess. some staff members were barely speaking english. entertainment system can be upgraded ( larger screens)"
