It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

delayed multiple times. no resolution on anything from AA customer service. was put on hold in chat to talk to manager. was 6th in line to talk to manager for more than TWELVE HOURS - from sometime around 9AM until well after I had gone to bed that evening. no explanation, no attempt to make it right. just a five hour delay because of repeated maintenance claims

It was freezing in there. When I asked about it, the response is “we would have to tell them” and then she just walked away and continued to serve beverages. Everyone was cold and they didn’t care at all.

I was not given the option to get on a different flight even though I was going to miss my connection due to weather delays (I did). When I called early in the morning, they said it wasn't delayed long enough; though I knew it would be by the time it was time for the flight ... it was and by that time it was too late. I wasn't given the option to pre-board with my toddler, and the food service was less than normal due to delays .... at least that's what the crew said.

I was fine with everything except for the last breakfast, where I did not have an option. the only availability was what I could not enjoy eating.

Crew never smiled, never helped , told me to make my own bed ( in Upper class), never offered a drink

The experience was great and much better than the flight going out. of course I was in first class but the service was excellent

I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK. I did not have enough time to go to the desk before boarding so I went to the desk and told them while I was boarding and they had a boarding pass for me within three minutes. Nice. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight. I would’ve paid for a decent dinner, but they didn’t offer anything but a snack box —not good for six hours.

American airlines put us on a connecting flight that only had 20 min layover. I made it by running down the concorce in Phoenix and was last one on the flight. Not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall a fiasco. My first flight was delayed so late that I would have missed my connection. I had to cancel the flight and reschedule for the next morning. I took over half an hour to retrieve my luggage. I already paid $30 for checked in luggage for the flight I didn't take. When I checked in for my new flight on app I paid another $30. I went to the kiosk for my luggage tags and was charged $40. (My baggage didn't make it on the connecting flight but was delivered at 10:00 that night.) Later that day I requested a refund of the baggage fees. I received an email stating my refund was complete in the amount of $234.62. I didn't realize that meant my return flight was canceled until I tried to check in at the counter. They had refunded the wrong thing. It costed me $381.10 to book a new flight home. At least my baggage made it home with me.

First of all the check in was terrible . No customer service treated us like we are lucky to fly on American . And kayak never notified us of flight changes , I think we got a text at 3 in the morning before our flight . Charges for seats and luggage ! Really flying is just plain stressful .

No food other than a tiny snack. The flight is too long for not having a more substantial food option, other than buying the overprices and mostly non-plant-based options from the menu.

The Air Canada experience wasn’t bad per se. It was the Toronto airport experience that was truly horrific. Terrible crowd, control, poor signage, and power, hungry security people who felt the need to tear open gifts in a hasty and careless fashion, causing damage to my items because they don’t know how to read a damn x-ray. On top of that the attitude was completely disrespectful and callous. I left feeling completely violated.

My trip was ruined by the restrictions hidden in their "basic economy" plan. I'd flown hundreds of times and never encountered a program that does not allow changes of any kind. I don't know whose interface hid this information more, but I'm unlikely to use Kayak or Air Canada again after that experience.

A 6 hour flt and only offered water twice the entire flight. A small bag of flavored pretzels was offered as well w/ the first round of beverages. The landing was ‘hot’ but I arrived safely. The plane was nice and new and the seats were roomie. I’m use to warmer more generous hospitality but all and all I’d fly with them again but I’d bring more water and snacks.

Fine. The plane took off and landed. Food was as expected. Less than comfortable flight.

The flight itself was ok the staff was great and so was the inflight food. The biggest problem was that my luggage was damaged (the zipper pull from both sides of the zipper where completely ripped out) and I didn’t notice at the airport but at the hotel and when I tried to make a claim it was not possible for me because I have to either call (which is difficult because I’m in another country) I tried to call every nombre given to me but the one that I need I was never able to contact and going back to the airport was not an option. So it’s basically impossible to make a claim if you are abroad. Very disappointed that there are no other ways to claim a damaged bag and now I need to buy a new luggage while on my trip.

Crew was terrific. In flight entertainment system is very slow and the touch screen can be not sensitive enough or too sensitive. It was such a pain to pause a movie in case when I unpaused it accidentally thought I presses stop. This happened 3 times. I gave up and went back to my phone for entertainment.

It was overall above average experience. If there is only one thing i could complain about was the lack of wifi availability on my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco

Flight was delayed, jeopardizing the following connections. Food was terrible. Crew was great.

There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.

My baggage got struck in Rome while coming back from Hyderabad - SFO I missed my connection from Delhi to Hyderabad, and they were offering me a flight 3 days later. I had to purchase my ticket to go to Hyderabad.

Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good

This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience

The check in staff was excellent. Some of the ground crew at Bengaluru airport that Lufthansa has outsourced to are terrible. The airport security removed my 2 power banks and set it aside from my check in luggage but they ground staff refused to go pick it up despite the airport security confirming it’s waiting for them to pick them up. I was very disappointed by their utter disregard for customer service and unwillingness to help me.

Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.

The main issue was every single flight and connection was delayed. That made for a very stressful run through Frankfurt airport both ways. Other than that it was much better than other cheap flights, but basic. The cabin staff were great.

Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.

This was not a UA flight. This was Lufthansa. Good experience overall

The flight was delayed, missed my connecting flight. Also missing one bag and no one can help me. The bag arrived the day after and the airport can't locate the bag.

The Lufthansa ground staff at bengaluru airport was completely unhelpful. There was a single line to check in for all passengers, those that checked in via the self service kiosk and everyone else. The bag drop counters were not staffed and the as a result we wound up standing in line after getting our bag tag and boarding passes just to drop off the luggage. Also there was one counter for economy class resulting in long wait time. There are lots of personnel milling around but not able to do anything.

Bad. Bags are missing, there was no wheel chair assistance provided

There was no entertainment offered or expected, so please disregard my readings of that component. The flight was fantastic. Efficient boarding, takeoff, and even early arrival!

Everything could be better. Really poor airline service. No communication. Overall rude staff.

The perfect jet stream back saved over 1 hour in the air.

a/ c way too cold in Miami airport. Ridiculous cold temperatures. I was suffering the hole time.

Baggage handling was very poor, I didn't get my luggage for 4 day's on way back. Neither a responsible person to answer my call. Kindly see my call log on lost luggage reference no BOMBA41916. all details are recorded. Difficult to convince me to fly once again. Sorry for harsh words.

As happened on the outbound journey to London, where the flight was canceled and rebooking took two days and several nights in a hotel, coming back was really no better. Again staffing issues and some misinformation as to the reasons, lead the story. We eventually boarded in London and then sat on the tarmac for a long time. Being 2 1/2 hours late to our Chicago destination I missed my connecting flight and there were none available until the next morning. A voucher was given for a hotel, but all the hotels in the area were fully booked. I resorted to finding a bus to get home. What a disaster of a one week holiday. One of the worst travel experiences I've ever had both coming and going. And I used to be such a devout British Airways customer from my many years of travel. Not any longer.

We were on flight for 7 hrs and there was no WiFi. Not really easy to use any of our electronics. Def not ideal

The port to insert the headphones was loose and had to hold it the entire time

The flight was provided by Aer Lingus and our seats were in a poor condition (15A & 15C). They looked like they needed repairing/replacing and were uncomfortable for such a long flight. Also the arm rests on Aer Lingus planes do not lift more than around 45 degrees, instead of the usual 90 degrees upright, meaning you cannot maximum the space between you & your travel companion so as to be more comfortable for such a long flight.
