Very small cramped plane for an international flight. Everything else was good, but it was maybe the smallest comfort-wise I've ever been on for longer than 3-4 hours and the trip was 7.5

Efficient, calm when things were delayed and kept us regularly informed of what was happening.
Boarding seemed to be organized bedlam. For what ever reason, preboarding took longer than 20 minutes. Made the plane 20 minutes late taking off. Luckily we arrived on time. Flight crew seemed very friendly. Only slight turbulence.
The crew was fantastic. They were there whenever we needed. The wifi didn’t work which was brutal on an 11 hour flight. The onboard entertainment was boring. Nothing of interest
The plane pushed back from the gate on time. However, it stopped on the ramp, and we waited for over 20 minutes before the aircraft pulled back to the gate. Apparently, something of importance had to be removed from the aircraft by the gate agent. I found this to be odd. The delay was not significant, but I felt that whatever was on the aircraft that had to be taken off, should’ve been done before we pushed back from the gate.
I do prefer to fly United and have always had excellent service, except for bad weather. Flights are on time and staff is alway curtious and helpful
The flight was heavily booked so boarding was a lengthy process. The FA’s were rather abrupt during this process but became more gracious as the flight went on. Breakfast (puffed pastry and chewy sausage) was pretty horrible but there was fruit and yogurt which they didn’t mess up. Overall it was fine.
Maybe add a seat trade app for flyers that didn’t get seats together
There's just no way to sit fully upright and comfortably in these seats. There needs to be 2 more inches of room, and that's not something that only one person on the flight needs - the whole flight needs 2 more inches of room. If that means you sell 6 less seats, so be it. It's too close for anyone. Forcing people to pay for "premium" economy just to get "barely enough space to breathe" isn't really an answer to that.
No paper towels in bathroom. Aisle seat difficult to get out of Other than those, excellent service
Very bad I put my stuff down to go through the machine and when it came out it my watch was gone. Then they have the nerve to say I have to file a report that's b.s.
Everything ok, but it was a lot of turbulence during the flight.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.

Everything related to this flight except the flight time could have been better. This is not the first though that Rouge has disappointed with poor show! Bad crew adds to the agony! Cant help it because of lack of options from YXE!
Really poor travel experience. My first flight was cancelled, which cut my international trip short and threw off my schedule. I will not be flying Air Canada again if I can so help it. The crew and in-flight experience was pleasant and enjoyable but the consistent delays and cancellations are not worth it.
Economy middle seat was so narrow that I could not sit back comfortably with passengers on either side of me. Over the 9-hour flight, with my body slightly twisted most of that time, my previously-healthy left knee became very painful, even though I got up to walk multiple times. The knee is still painful 3 weeks later. Otherwise, it was a nice flight, but I was crippled over my entire vacation.
I was randomly deplaned in Canada for staff's fault. Terrible experience and caused me a lot of delays.
