Malaysian is known the world over for its great food. It's a pity Malaysia Airlines MH=Malaysian Hospitality doesn't extend to serving simple, good food. The pastry was nothing but a lump of dough with tasteless fillings, and the main meal was atrocious.
Everything else was mediocre, except the crew, who were friendly and warm as always,

The process to check and pay for a bag at the airport was ridiculous. We waited in line to check the bag, found out that since we hadn't paid for it ahead of time, we could get the bag checked but would need to go stand in a new line to pay for it and could not have the bag tag until this was done. Then the new line only had one agent working all of the people who needed to pay for their bags. When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later.

Being a budget airline, you really get what you pay for. Seats do not recline. Minimum legroom. I was thankful that it was only a 1-hour flight
Stiff, uncomfortable seats without controls. Just adequate legroom for a 5’3” person
Singapore to Hanoi flight.
Boarding is thru T2 airport bus which brings all passengers to Flyskoot plane parked somewhere.
Not good for those with strollers.
Will avoid Flyskoot if going to Hanoi.
We were given just one very small water about 150ml and told we have to pay if we need more water. Restriction on providing drinking water in Business class seems unfair. Please reconsider

Customer service...very helpful and accommodating. Good food. Easy transfer from domestic to international. On one of our flights, a 39 minute one, they served a substantial snack (yogurt, breakfast biscuits, oj) and tea, coffee, etc. Amazing in that amount of time!

I liked where I seat that was very much appreciated. Its nice to have delightful meal and having bottle of water in seat pocket was a nice thought. Boarding was excelent. It was called section by section.
Cabin crew were very friendly and attentive.
I always like to fly with Qantas
What I don’t like is always late in boarding... But having said never be late in arrival. Always arrived in time ..
The staff on board were very kind.
Being delayed 3 1/2 hours...but at least now I know the ' friends' I traveled w/aren't the people I though they were. Their American Airlines flight was on time. They arrived at LAX at 6:30 a.m. By the time I landed at 10, they were already home. Without me.
