After all that wait I was asked to sign an Indemnity form stating that I'll be responsible for any penalties whatsoever from Dubai Immigration if denied entry in dubai. The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Traveling by air in India in economy class is like traveling in a greyhound bus. If you are from the US and 30+ year old avoid the Economy class."

Anyway we missed flight from Delhi to Amritsar. We bought new one way ticket from the airport that evening. We were 5 adults and one baby visiting Golden temple from USA."

Cons: "Three things : 1) The crew seemed to be relatively inexperienced and just out of college. I observed a couple of informal communication exchanges from their part. But the crew were helpful and tried their best to provide the best customer experience. 2) The boarding process normally starts with business and premium class and then followed by economy. For my flight however the economy class was boarded first while the business class passengers were kept stranded waiting in a separate line. This also reflected the inexperience of the crew which handled the boarding. 3) Vistara was my connecting flight from Pune to Delhi followed by British airways flight from Delhi to London. Though the flights were booked under one ticket, the representative did not checkin my luggage throughout the journey due to which I had to collect my baggage at Delhi and check it in again. The representative explained that vistara still didn't have alliances with most airlines allowing luggage to be checked in till final destination. This is another front on which they can improve."

There were many passengers who were not carrying case in Qatar Riyal and their cards work not successfully swipe,therefore they remained hungry. This is in human and no airline on international route is allowed to do so"

There were three of us travelling independantly through India and each time we presented the appropiate copy of the E -Ticket they wanted to see the credit card pictured on the ticket. Of course this was impossible because you guys made it up for some unknown reason. If you ever want us to use your service in future you're going to have to stop doing this practice."

Typical Indigo Crew The flight was delayed and the on time with Indigo is anyways a misnome, the announcement was made only an hour or so before departure. Poor service."

Its effect was increased by the fact that it was late at night. In fact, we were using flight rather than train to save time and it ended up costing us 5 hours between waiting and flight. - There was no food available on the flight apart from food that one should buy at an extra cost."

Our group was on a medical mission and had to have a bag for our clothes and one for medical supplies. It cost over $800 for 6 of us to have the medical come with us to Nepal. As humanitarian volunteers, that money comes out of our pickets. There is no reimbursement from the sponsoring charitable foundation. We could check both bags for free from the US to Nepal, but because we had to have a layover in India, Air India charged for one of the bags. There was no other airline option available to avoid this cost."
