Cons: Our arrival time to Delhi got delayed for more than 28 hours. First they canceled our flight and gave us no other option than to take the same flight the next day. Then, the second flight was delayed for more than three hours.

Cons: 1-the response towards my damage laggiage which happen During trip. 2- The food was not good. 3- in spite asking a gift for my child staff denied and said this is stopped. At the same time they said if I had booked meal for my child in advance I would have got a child gift . This sounds incorrect. 4- my bag was damaged and I found that only when I reached home after a long trip. Immediately I called Kuwait air ways numbers in india . No answers to my calls , then when finally got some one they gave me another number and kept on calling till some one answerd and simple reply was was Can’t accept your claim . You should have logged the claim at th airport when you arrived not after leaving the airport. I told them that I can on a long flight and I didn’t see that in the airport . My bags were handed by porter and as soon as I saw the bag on arrival home I stared calling. The answer was no you should have made your claim at airport . We can’t take your claim. I tried to explain the face to them but they were not ready to understand.

Pros: Hi, We had experienced a huge delay (over 8hrs) from JFK & transit in Kuwait was horrible. Staffs in transit are horrific & not at all care takers. We stayed over 18hrs in airport due to poor flight management. Staff didn't even provided hotels for accommodation.
