We had an unfortunate experience where we had to leave the aircraft after boarding, shortly before the scheduled takeoff time, and re-board. The reason given was that a passenger felt ill and had to cancel their plans and therefor their luggage had to be found and removed.
We’ve used VA before many times the experience is always been good they have lovely staff and the food is always delicious.

Every thing was very food except the meal. It was a sandwich of something like a beef kebab. It was really bad in terms of hardness as well as taste. We were a family of 7 persons non of us could eat it his sandwich. Cake was good.

I will never ever book air india in the future. I was with my family and at delhi airport I had to go through too with horrible experience. My 12 years daughter saud that she will never come bqck to india the way people treated us. There was no line for bags drop off since we checked online and print tag at their Kiosk as per email instruction. People working at the counter were so careless and rude. They were keep talking to each other than taking care the customers. I will not recommend anyone to fly via air india. I had horrible experience. Food quality deteriorated after Tata aquired the airline. No alcoholic drinks till last meal on a long haul 15 hour flight. Entertaiment systems needs a complete overhaul.
