Excellent experience. Flight landed before time. Crew was very efficient, good food, in fact yummy food. Perfect experience. I wish they add something on the entertainment side also, which they are lacking right now. Hopefully soon they will add
This was my first flight on Akasa Air. Overall experience was average. But the landing / touchdown was one of the worst that I have seen. Very hard and rough, it was scary.
The flight was 90 minutes late, but other than that no issues whatsoever. Boarding was quick and the flight crew were well-trained.
Really liked attitude of staff, particularly at the time of Check-In, though they were slow. and punctuality of the flight, In tie take-off and in-time landing.
Nice place and crew. Everything from checking bags all the way to arrival was excellent
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SEATS. I was on row 6 and they had put exit row seats (where the handrests don't move). I am 5 ft 2 and had NO space in front of me - the seat in front of me was touching my knees. Was the most claustrophobic 3 hours of my life. It was like being in a cage. I won't be traveling in Akasa ever again unless there's a must-go situation and no other options are available.
Considering their new step to aviation world , it didnt seemed like they doesn't know how to serve the guest on board and in ground . Super prompt services is really appreciating and on time rather before time arrival is something to applaud.
Overall experience has been festinating. your on ground staff at the check in counters are very special and they make a big difference on my opinion and hence rated them 10 out of 10. Well groomed, speak politely, guide well and give appropriate suggestions. During boarding also it is well planned and well managed. Overall a good job. just an issue with your Mobile app. while check - in from mobile app it dosent take the Auto assigned seats and then when done from a Laptop it takes place. This has to sorted out. I have faced this issue for the 7th time in last 40 days while travelling with Akasa Air.
My choice of food was not availabe for purchase, even veg cup noodle was not available and I had to settle for chicken. The Kombucha was great though The landing was very bumpy. Would not prefer to fly again
I was mislead in the booking thinking I was purchasing via kayak however underpricer was the ticket vendor and I did not have access to seat selection, wifi or the lounge at the airport with my business class ticket for this reason. I did know know these issues were going to occur when I bought the ticket, I was very displeased
Over all good experience. Cabin crew should have been more attentive and the food quality should improve.
Crew from ground is great but the aircraft is small and last 3 rows luggage section was occupied by crew so no space for travelers. Food was OK
From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too

Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.

The seat condition was very poor . The seats handles was broken the wire inside the seat handle was out .It was very ugly scene and very uncomfortable to be in this situation. Please keep ur flight seat in good condition to respect your passengers . Regards
Salam air flights are very full . So there is no way to fallow Covid 19 protocol . All seats are occupied . They should consider less passenger in each flight .
Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities

I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.
Staff needs to be trained in managing customers better. Indigo appears to be a low cost airlines in all aspects.

Liked the XL seat, but didn't like the check-in process at the Delhi Airport gate 5B. Though I had paid for the priority boarding, there was mad rush at the gate and allowed whoever with might pushed in. Then at the gate we were picked up for compulsory checkin the hand baggage as the flight was full. There were any with more than 2 bags and massive cabin baggage. But they didn't dare to stop them.. Overall a very badly managed check-in process.
Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

Flight was delayed almost 4 hours departing Goa. Even on arrival, there were busses to carry passengers to the terminal which were very delayed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.
The flight was cancelled and no support was offered and the rescheduled flight had several delays!! Terrible experience!
The crew was polite. The snacks were served cold and were tasteless.
