Pros: The best thing about this airline was getting off it at the destination

Cons: Everything! Aircraft seating poor! Cabin crew poor! Slow on board service! Bar service not stocked didn't even have soft drinks

Cons: The flight was already delayed by 2 hours than its scheduled time despite that there was an additional delay of 60 mins and the reasons provided by the ground staff were absurd, none of the Cabin crew members are courteous, they seem to be frowning or in a mourning as if lost some one

Cons: Check-In in Bangalore was a long tedious process. Boarding process was alright. Onboard service was at par with indigo and go-air. Luggage came out late at Pune airport. This experience was good enough to never fly spice jet again.

Cons: Horrendous delays causing expensive rebooking of flights. Zero customer service when the delay was the fault of Air India. Horrible boarding process and no intervention by crew when passengers threw fits about their seats and tried to switch in complicated manners, when we were already delayed.

Cons: Long story. Have international flight with 2 pieces of 23 kgs luggage from Bangalore from Hyderabad. But at Hyderabad this guy who is not quailed to print boarding passes made me to check in my carry in bag because they won’t allow a laptop bag and charged me 6,000 rupees. Ridiculous. Their website misleads. They just rip you off. Worst airlines and shameful for airline industry. If Indian government don’t regulate these scams, will loose lot of tourist

Cons: This is not a good choice for international travelers. Spicejet is a low cost carrier with a 15kg baggage allowance. I guess most international tourists like me have more to carry. I had 23 kg and ended up paying almost twice the amount of the ticket price. So I think it is better to fly with regular carriers such as Air India.

Pros: Only Allows just 15kg check-in bag will not work if traveling internationally as then the charge huge fees if over 15kg. My bag was 24kg and cost me an additional 3000 rupees. I have not given the option to check in online .

Cons: The catering magazine gives a lot of food choices but in reality I could not get any of the 3 options I asked for. The boarding is very haphazard. The queue of people is not controlled at all.

Cons: Flight delayed by 4 hours for mechanical issue, which would cause missed connection to Delhi, and missing onward flights to the US. We bought new tickets on SriLankan Air in order to make it to Delhi on time for our connection. Option to cancel Air India flight, but for a cancellation fee.

Cons: Had to wait for check in Luggage for 45 minutes. Aircraft crew were rude. Ground staff had no clue about delay in getting luggage

Cons: Staff was rude. On asking why the flight was delayed, she replied back very badly that it’s the ATC’s fault. The tone was so bad. I felt like lodging official complaint. She misbehaved with another passenger and when he asked about complaint box she said go on site and report us. She hardly cared what we would do. I guess their must be rules to make sure staff does not misbehave with passengers.

The 15kg weight allowance for stowed baggage (that no one told me about) but I did like the way one could pay for excess at the check in desk. strange that refreshments were served 15 mins before arrival exactly when the pilot started his landing announcement on both legs I travelled. On the longer leg they were also offered earlier it is true, so it seemed especially odd to serve again then.

Cons: They cancelled our flught from Jaisalmer to Delhi. Spicejet is the only airline that flies Jaisalmer. We were ledt arranged in the city where No hotels were available and Spicejet offered to cancel the flight and refund our money. They cancelled our tickets and am yet to receive the refund . We had to hire a cab from Jaisalmer to Dekhi. A 17 hours drive. No compensation from spicejet. Never bank on Spicejet.

Cons: The people working at the counter were very rude. The plane kept delaying. My flight got delayed til 530pm and I got the notification at 618pm. The plane was suppose to take off at 230pm and didn’t take off til 834pm. I missed my connecting flight. There was no accommodation for the people flying.
