Pros (+) The airport shuttle service was super convenient. There was someone at the arrivals area with my name on a board that whisked me to a car. I was at the hotel within about 10 minutes of leaving the airport. The hotel staff and rooms are all excellent. Cons (-) Not all of the room rates include breakfast. I also tried their primary restaurant, Viva, for dinner and the final bill included service charges that weren't clearly disclosed.
