Staff too cold
Staff is kind of cold. Didn’t like that security made me check my trekking gear as if I was carrying weapons. Wouldn’f even let me bring my bag to the front counter. The front counter staff is slow and tries to take control or talk you out of everything. Both times I stayed I would ask a simple quesrion eg, “Whwre’s a fun place to go at night.” Or “Do you think Uber is cheaper?” They would totally ignore the question and go on some ramt about how my idea was bad and how they were going to tell me what to do with my time in India (which basically meant mever leavinf Aerocity.) If you ask about anything outside of Aerocity they basically tell you don’t do it, do somethig in Aerocity instead - which is jusr a bunch of hotels and a tiny mall.
Nice bed, hot shower, and helpful staff. Very clean common areas and rooms.
Room is small for extended stay.
A wonderful start to the holiday
The location is perfect for relaxing after a long flight. The staff are magnificent and go out of their way to be helpful - without being intrusive Our room was fantastic - it had a design theme encapuring India anD was a welcome change from the usual comfortable but boring airport hotel rooms I would ( and in fact already have ) recommend this hotel
Very nice clean airport hotel shurtle.
The hotel is located next to T1,T2 and T3 airport terminals. The Airport Express metro line is just walking distance from the hotel, getting you to VFS Visa Centre in 20min. Centrally located, the hotel is connected by NH8 linking it to Cyber City, Cyber Hub and Ambience Mall. The hotel is next to Worldmark and located close to Delhi's shopping malls - DLF Promenade and Emporio, Select Citywalk in Saket and Indian Spinal Injuries Centre Hospital and Fortis Hospital as well.
