The flight lead, Katherine, took care of me in business class and provided exceptional service. She was warm, welcoming, bubbly and proactively accommodating as well as confident, professional, competent and clearly respected by the pilots. Just what I needed on my 17th and final hour of flight time traveling home from a business trip to India.

The required privilege for business class while boarding is not given. Food is average. The seats in business class are bad, worn out and dirty

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class

Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe

Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.

The whole trip was excellent. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the plane was a bit high which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Well, in my case; the flight was delayed 1 hour, we have to wait in the plane to get green light. And the plane (probably because was a short trip) did not have entertainment or WiFi. No a good experience.

Susan the flight attendant was great. She greeted me with a smile and showed great hospitality.

Checked bag was severely damaged. Whole corner was riped off including 1 of 4 wheels gone. Insulation exposed. This made it not possible to fly with on my next-day American Airlines flight.

Waited for oxygen tanks for 30 minutes after boarding was complete.

Overall, a good experience. The food, however, was subpar. The breakfast was a joke.

The seat could not recline. This was not indicated as such when I paid for the seat. So itvwad not the most comfortable ride. At boarding, the staff could have more pleasant even though it may be an intense time.

WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.

Worst flight in terms of service and food. Attendants were inexperienced, no preflight drinks, did come and give us hot towels until well into the flight. The left the Curtin open between main cabin and everyone from the main cabin went to the fist class bathroom. Food was awful! Had the golden chicken and was too lemony and inedible. No offer of coffee after. Awful!

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service
