When it was time for serving hot beverages, I skipped tea and waited for the coffee. However, the flight attendant who was serving the coffee never looked my way, and she passed so fast before I got the chance to signal her. Afterwards, I asked three other flight attendants and even though they said they would come back with the coffee, they never did. Finally, when I was about to get up and head to the crew cabin, one flight attendant came by and I pointed to her that I wasn't offered coffe so I was about to go and see if I could get a cup of coffee from the cabin. She said that I didn't need to get up for that and she would get it to me. They eventually brought that coffee one hour after my first request."

The trip was booked on a Premium Economy, I was moved to standard economy with no compensation. When I boarded the flight crew had already made someone else sit in my place who were reluctant to give me my seat. Quite a few people were found not wearing masks and crew did nothing about it. No choice of food in spite of me with a standard economy ticket that includes the option of food.

The staff don't even know the rules and have behaved so dumb while dealing with passenger and have zero knowledge about document checks. Either the airline needs to get them more trained before getting them on the floor or needs to take strict action against them. Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

Rather tell me that in the first place. This has happened numerous times with swiss. Remote for the entertainment didn't work and although crew said they would reset it they never did. A bit of a pain for a long haul flight of 8 hours...."

Cons: "The seats were too small, and the food wasn't good enough, especially the 'salad' which consisted of some moderately old browned lettuce with no tomatoes. Happened on my flight back as well. The one time when I thought the staff faltered was when I hit the paige attendant button, and noone came for 25 mins. I ended up walking to the back of the plane and asking for water myself. I also thought some of the materials used in the plane were cheap, like the foldout tables on the back of the seat, the pillow covers, and the headphones (one of which broke midway). The headphones don't cover the noise of the jet in flight very well."

The food is disgusting, the crew does not speak very well English. They do not come quick enough when you want something. I would not recommend Turkish Airline to anyone. We had to pay extra for sears that were given, should have been given to us for free considering they treated us badly on our start of the journey."

I went to airport to file property irregularity report and their staff denied to file it and said that it was my mistake. I am not going to fly Turkish airlines anymore. Even the food was bad."

Pros: "I landed SAW airport with another operator. Turkish airlines should have simply waited for me as my reservation with them starts in SAW airport. My previous operator sent my luggage to SAW as final destination, which means i have to cross passport control, collect my luggage and start the check-in process; given the time window between the flights, that was simply impossible. TURKISH AIRLINE's ground staff - transit team of SAW airport - Made it happen! I was requested just to wait, then they confirmed transferring the luggage and gave me respective tags! landed CDG - Paris to find my bag safe and sound :)"

Cons: "When I called the night before to check into the flight our reservation had been cancelled and we did not know until we got to the airport Turkish Airlines counter in Mumbai very early in the morning that we could still fly. Never understood why our names had been removed for our return flight. Because we didn't have a boarding pass when arriving at the airport the security hesitated to allow us into the facility. Luckily we found our itinerary and they allowed us entry."

Pros: "The overall experience was good. The food was good, the comfort was good and the service was good compared to other airlines I have been on. I particularly liked the safety video. It was a refreshing change."
Cons: "There were a few delays in taking off and the second delay nearly cause me to miss my flight. I had to run through the airport which was a stressful experience. However, I did end up catching the flight and my bags reached to the destination on time. So overall it didn't cause anything more than stress to catching the flight. =)"

Cons: "Mostly as a mother traveling with a stroller, they expected me to haul everything on my own. Stroller,car seat, child, two bags! They were impatient and impolite, unresponsive when I used the steward attendance call for water or to move my child's tray (for over two hours)... there was much I didn't care with this airline, from their customer call service (I filed a complaint) to the state in which my box arrived in Mumbai (again filed a complaint but no one folllowed up with me). I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone, especially if traveling with a child."

The luggage came after 5 days with it missing 12 pounds of stuff. Never go on this airline. They don't care about customers especially in istambul and Mumbai. I think I should get full refund for this flight."

Cons: "WOULD NOT TAKE TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. I took a flight from JFK to Tel Aviv, with a a layover in Istanbul. Turkish delayed my first flight by 2 hours, which caused me to miss my layover, and the next flight from Istanbul to Tel Aviv was not until the next day. They made me pay for a visa to get into Istanbul, took me to a hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, and then did not serve me any food for dinner. The Istanbul airport was a mess, the flight attendants and everyone working for the airline was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. Then on the return flight, they changed the time of my flight at the last minute, which caused me to almost miss it. On top of that, they lost my baggage and took a week to get it back. DO NOT EVER FLY TURKISH, YOU WILL REGRET IT."

Pros: "The planes were clean. Ground staff was nice. I am comparing my in flight experience with emirates and qatar which may be unfair for Turkish. The flight was better than flying one of our domestic carriers like delta or united but not up to mark with emirates or qatar."
Cons: "The over all seat pitch was low and seemed very cramped for a long journey. Food was hit or miss. On two different legs of flight we had a good service from Ist to was but below average service from Bon to ist. Connection in ist airport was scary - too many flights arriving at one time, people lining up outside the airport mad literally pushing their way to get in. In today's tunultous time this seemed extremely unsafe as far as airport safety. I would not travel Turkish till they extend/ update ist airport which is supposed to happen in 2 years."
Pros: "A three hour flight and they gave us a very nice meal and beverage selection. Never happen in the U.S. unless you are flying first class, and even then they wouldn't exceed Turkish Airlines. When did you last have metal eating utensils with your meal..... if you even got a meal. Plus multi channel seat back entertainment on a three hour flight. I wish the U.S. would open domestic markets to foreign carriers."
