Cons: "I wasn't able to keep the screen for the entertainment system up (I had no seats in front of me so the screen was on an arm) so I could not use the entertainment system. If I had been able to use it, I usually prefer using the audio part of the system and I noticed that only Indian music was available. It would be nice if some western music was also offered."

Seats were not very smooth and moved sluggishly - may be very old. Much noise of staff /utensils during sleep hours. Lounge was ordinary."

Cons: "The problem was the times printed on our itinerary was wrong. Nepal is 15 minutes different from Delhi and Delhi is 30 min diy from rest of world. Go figure. So we ended up with tight connections even though out itinerary did not show that."

Poor customer service where Air India team first issued Boarding pass for next day Air Canada flight, and then took it back and asked me to deal with Air Canada directly this causing excessive inconvenience and loss of money, as Air Canada declined to allow me in their next day flight and I had to buy new Tickets to get back home in US."

As non-vegetarians, we love meat or fish. And want decent food. Especially when flying business class. Everybody Got The Same vegetarian meal. A shame !! No alcholic beverages on board, not even beer. Never again with this airline. We received our luggage at last. While economy passenger Got their luggage quick."

Cons: "Our AI flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai was delayed by more than 3 hrs. Though I had access to the Business Class passenger lounge, the one at the AMD airport is less than mediocre. Finally, when we reached BOM, it took the wheelchair service nearly an hour to get me and other wheelchair dependent passengers off the plane. This nearly caused us to miss our connecting flight to Newark. We also did not get to use the lounge in BOM as a result of the delay in AMD and BOM. I was travelling in Business Class due to my severely bad health condition. My husband was travelling in economy. AI ground staff was so arrogant and inconsiderate that they would not help my husband get a seat (within economy class) close to the Business Class section so he can attend to me periodically on the 16-hour long flight to Newark. In addition to the ground and flight staff being inconsiderate, the interior of the plane and the food service (in the economy class) are less than mediocre. We had choice of other airlines, but being proud indians, my wife and I decided to give AI a chance. Next time, we will find other ways to show our love for India than patronizing AI."

Cons: "Once again, the bathrooms were in bad shape. This was true almost from the beginning of the flight, i.e., the state of the bathrooms cannot be attributed to their (mis)use by the passengers. Also, I had to use almost all the bathrooms in the economy class over the duration of the flight and none of them were in good shape!! This is a rather sad state of affairs for the national airline of India :( Although not related to the Air India staff, the ground staff at Delhi International Airport provided poor service. Passengers who had deplaned from a domestic flight and were waiting in line for their passport check before their international transfer, were suddenly told to go complete the passport check on a different floor. No reason was provided for this change and the directions provided to go to the new location were very vague ("just go straight and turn left")."
