Cons: The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight.
Pros: One crew member servicing first class was in a mood “not to be here” - it is sad because of first class experience is higher than usual! It was just bad!

Cons: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.
Pros: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.

Cons: flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.

Cons: The crew is the most arrogant and ill mannered from all the other international airlines I have flown with - so please be ready for a very unwelcome experience. I had also worded this out as a complain to them, but received a very lukewarm and uninterested reply.

Cons: Crew was very rude when giving veg meals. Even though we had confirmed veg meals multiple times with the airline prior to boarding, they still did not know that we had a specially requested Meal. After notifying the crew of this, one member gave us an extra meal. Another extremely rude staff member then proceeded to yell at us for eating meal. This was extremely uncalled for and has severly ruined the reputation of this airline in our eyes. The customer should still be addressed with some common courtesy and not be treated as if they are beneath the crew members, as if we are at fault for the crew's own carelessly stupid mistakes and lack of organization and proper communication

Pros: It was good flight. Mainly impressed by professional cabin crew. Check-in process could be better as there was no one at priority check-in desk and no sign for the same.
Cons: We asked one of our hand bags to be checked in. But was told we will be charged.

Pros: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.
