Due to delayed flight we missed our connection flight to Amsterdam. Though Emirates have rebooked in next day's morning flight, to get the hotel voucher etc could have been improved. We have waited for nearly 2 hours to get the hotel arrangements. Even some Emirates officials were asking why hotel voucher was not provided at the embarking point. However the hotel and food was excellent.Due to lot of flight disruptions huge crowds were present in front of Dubai connect as everybody was asked to contact Dubai connect office. Some better arrangments are to be thought of
Old flight not worth in economy. Even food was terrible
It took almost 4 hours to collect the luggage from the belt in Lagos. Really pathetic. Flight attendents from Dubai to Lagos were very busy and were not responding at all.
Worst kayak is worst ill never ever use kayak ever again !!
Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.
On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.
Newly reconfigured 380 I assume. Has a new ife with usb c ports and Bluetooth connections
Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try
We never got on the flight. It was delayed and we got moved to another flight. It was stressful and no communication involved!!!
I like soft landing with Oman air both ways,food could have been better it was very poor

Man to Muscat the staff were poor. Missed bringing drinks to me & ran out of Beer. I didn't get a drink. Muscat to BKK staff excellent, food ok, and I was offered a drink.

Oman Air is on the relation Muscat-Salalah without any serious competition and that's to feel same as the metall bars of your seat in your backside after this flight. Don't expect anything other than being brought from A to B and you won't be disappointed
The crew could have offered us seats together as the flight was half empty. But overall, the service quality was good as well as the food and entertainment options. Would love to fly Oman Air again.
The whole trip was well organised, and pleasantly executed. As with most Qatar Airways flights the staff were particularly attentive and supportive. The Q Suite was the "icing on the cake".
Staff were attentive and professional, and managed to be personable and accomodating at the same time. Oman Air has become my airline of choice.
Omar airways mishandled my baggage, it took me 2 weeks to get my baggage back. It's been delivered to someone else.
From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too

Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.

It was mediocre. Honestly, the flight was late but that didn’t bother me as I had plenty of time. The only thing that bothered me is that the crew never asked to make the beds for us in business class. Maybe the crew was exhausted and that just didn’t occur to them.
Etihad can improve the transfer in Abudabi gates instead of making people to climb the stairs.
Etihad checkin boarding and insight experience is one of a kind that i have never experienced in other fights. The flight crew was very kind and helpful when i traveled with my broken leg. Overall i rate the highest
The seat was not functional. Very uncomfortable to sit upright for that many hours😢. There was no legroom. Can’t move the legs or the body. We should have the option to pick our seats. There was no need to call customer support team and have them pick and we pay for the premium seats. When I called the CST regarding the seats, their response is gaslighting. Total disappointment. We have paid to be tortured by Etihad Airlines.
They did not serve my special meal request after departure of airplane
Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.

Food options in Economy class can be improved. The headphones on the entertainment system only have a single earphone active, this can be improved.
Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.

BA flight from London NY had old BC configuration with 2+3+2 seating with open seats which was not comfortable and lacked privacy
People were nice. Seats are so cramped my knees had to be pressed into the seat in front of me.
Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry

There was water leaking from the bathroom in the carpet outside the bathroom in the BA flight from Chennai to London and the foot rest was breaking down
