Loyal Delta traveler, but last nights flight was a train wreck. Seated in 1B after multiple delays. Then we couldn’t takeoff because of an issue with the passenger that was ‘not in compliance’ and had to deplane along with the threat if they did not deplane, all the passengers would be required to do so. Finally they were escorted off, but the experience threw off the crew. Disruptive for everyone. Service was a mess, televisions didn’t work, bathroom door kept swinging open during the entire flight whenever empty …

My flight was cancelled twice and the third time I tried to rebook it online I cancelled the flight because it looked like I would get a refund to my credit card. Instead I now have a credit. I was also on hold for three hours waiting for a representative and then disconnected. I will never fly delta again.

Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

Horrible. This was not first class. This was a connecting flight whi h was late. My original flight never came. I hated the fact that delta gave me a connecting flight from New York to Orlando Florida. No meals and the television screens were not working. There wasn't even any power to charge your phones. This is NOT FIRST CLASS DELTA!!! Do better next time!

Flight was delayed an no one make an announcement about it., they only have Coca Cola and nothing else., the food that was served was cold… very bad experience and service

They did a fine job. Can't wait to use Delta in the future.

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas!

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar

The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.

My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.

Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl

Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .

My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.

I missed my flight because previous flights came in late. Customer service hard to find and could not reschedule for the same day. Many people appeared to be behind the customer service counter, but only one or two willing to speak to the public. No offer to find alternatives My experience frustrating Very bad

Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help

The food was straight up bad not gonna lie, seats are uncomfortable so I had to re-adjust my self most of the time, delayed our arrival time by alot.

Great flight. Friendly crew. Good food. Nice clean cabin and toilet was a good size. I like the starliner.

Upgraded to business class and it was worth every dollar! The connection in Denver was way too tight time wise and going through customs there plus re-visiting security screen again caused me to miss my connecting flight. KAYAK should not allow that tight of connection on international flights.

Flight from Washington to Munich it was disappointing. I do not get the seat for what i pay. And the crew were rude with people which speaks other languages than german!

Plane was delayed about an hour but nice crew and service

It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!

Well,I miss a flight to Stl with United,they send me to Stl with a different airline, but same day,which was great

I traveled with my sister, however ,we booked a flight separately, and we don't sitting next to each other. The staff on the board where on the top of this unit they find us sitting together. Ty lufthansa team. U are the best

Flight cancelled! Rebooked by circuitous routing although there were seats available on other nonstop flights.

Service of the crews were great. Food on flight was very greasy, and salty.

Sardine can herringbone layout in business class. Uncomfortable and nowhere to put your book, phone, headphones, etc. worst hard product ever, and the service and food aren’t good enough to make it worthwhile. Expensive garbage. British Airways purchased this thinking only about financials, clearly not customer experience. British Airways business class is the garbage truck of the skies. Hard pass!

Horrible. I bought a flight with British airlines from Amsterdam to Orlando via London. Less than a day they changed my flight to London so I had to fly to London city airport and then find my way to Gatwick for my connecting flight. It was very costly

I never travelled better and more comfortably than with this flight because I was upgraded to the business class! it was amazing in every aspect. I was able to lay down and sleep, and the food was comparable to a gourmet restaurant menu. The flight was not only on time, but even much earlier, the crew was excellent as well. It felt like a very nice reward after so many uncomfortable and frustrating travels in the past decades. Even though most of my past trips were not with BA, they gave me a memorable gift with this favor. Thank you British Airways!

The flight attendant kept bypassing our row when serving drinks and food. And the. He spilled water on me. And spilled a chicken tikka masala on the aisle floor right by my feet.

Very helpful. Just sorry that my flight required connecting with British Airways.

The crew was so unfriendly. Our (the last) section of the plane only got drink service once during an over 9 hour flight. When it come to the main meal service we only got a vegetarian option and where told the chicken option gone. About 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom and lo and behold the whole crew were eating the chicken option.

The flight was delayed which caused me to lose my international flight to Egypt. I arrived Egypt 10 hours late which ruined my entire plan any trouble for the people that were waiting for my n the airport. I lost money and time.
